Chapter 11

Duarrr! Duarrr!

There were explosions everywhere during the fire attack. Alice, who heard the sound, woke up immediately. Chiki sensed that something wrong had happened out there. She immediately came out of her room and saw who had come here.

All the residents of the healing clan had gathered in a line to prevent the enemy from entering deeper into the territory. Alice had no idea that Maxwell had arrived here and was looking for her. How did he know she was here?

"This is a disaster!" said Alice in a low voice.

Maxwell continued to stare at her. The prince of the Kingdom of Estonia wanted to take her away. In the palm of Maxwell's hand was a fire stance, ready to strike.

"Leave Princess Alice to me!" Maxwell said it in a loud voice.

"Don't expect you to take Alice away from here!" Sandy immediately became angry at Maxwell.

"If you don't hand over Princess Alice to me, I'll burn down your entire territory." Maxwell gave them a stern warning.

Elena, Sandy, and the others ignored Maxwell's warning. Instead, they attacked the Estonian Royal Prince with various moves to drive him away. Alice didn't want to stay like this and wanted to fight back. All the royal troops moved quickly to attack.

With her strength now growing, she could fight against Maxwell. Alice took out her ice move to attack Maxwell. The man repeatedly threw fire moves at Alice, but she was able to dodge them. She would not let them win.

"Princess Alice, we meet again," Maxwell said as he pulled out a fire move towards Alice and displayed a grinning smile.

The Estonian royal guards were really cruel. They burned many of the magical trees in this region of Vestinel. They also killed the animals here. 

"Do you still remember your father, who was locked up in my kingdom, and your mother, who was killed?" Maxwell asked with a laugh. "They must be sad to see their favorite child looking weak like this."

Alice was angry that Maxwell was badmouthing her parents. She attacked Maxwell with a combination of ice and wind moves.

Meanwhile, Elena took out small poison needles and threw them at the Estonian royal guards. Immediately, the poisonous reaction entered their bodies. Maxwell, who saw that all his guards were unconscious, immediately became angry. In the palm of his hand, he already had his fire stance out and was ready to attack.

"Aaaa ....!" Alice shouted excitedly to oppose Maxwell.

The prince of the Estonian Kingdom still hadn't given up. They pulled out great moves from each other. Suddenly, Sandy approached and helped her. Maxwell's strength was enormous, and she was still unable to fight him alone.

"You guys are such a weak pair!" Maxwell mocked Sandy and Alice.

Maxwell continued to release his fire. Meanwhile, she and Sandy took turns to attack. Alice was relieved that many of the Estonian royal guards had fainted due to the poison given by Elena.

"I'm so sorry I didn't kill you right away, Alice!" said Maxwell as he threw fire moves at Alice and Sandy.

"Don't dream you can kill me so easily!"

Their fight was getting more and more intense. Elena and the others also joined in helping Alice attack Prince Maxwell. Maxwell seemed to be getting overwhelmed, and his strength was slowly weakening. This was a good opportunity for Alice.

"Ahhh!" Maxwell suddenly fell down and felt weak all over.

As it turned out, Elena had given Maxwell a poisoned needle. She and Sandy were delighted. All the residents of the healing clan surrounded Maxwell quickly.

"You were too careless not to notice me." Elena gave Maxwell another poisoned needle and threw it into his body. Prince Maxwell screamed in pain.

Alice hated Maxwell so much that she had the biggest grudge. She wanted to kill him now. She made an ice move, and instantly Maxwell's body began to freeze and chill. She didn't want to waste this opportunity again to destroy the arrogant prince.

"Alice, I'm warning you; if you kill me now, my mom and dad will definitely come here right away, and there will be a big war. We will destroy this region, just like the Goldenia Kingdom did." Maxwell bullied Alice not to do anything more crazy. Maxwell felt very cold.

"Alice, don't listen to him! You must take your revenge right now." Sandy had been beside Alice all along.

"And one more thing you should remember, King Arthur is still in the Kingdom of Estonia. We could have killed your useless father by now." Maxwell provoked Alice's emotions and laughed widely.

How could Maxwell still laugh under these circumstances? However, after thinking about it, Maxwell's words were true. King Arthur, her father, was still locked up in the Kingdom of Estonia. She didn't want anything more to happen to her father.

The ice move that Alice was ready to aim at Maxwell, now she didn't. She heard the threat and was afraid that her father would be even more harmed in the Kingdom of Estonia. She did not attack Maxwell. Sandy tried to wake her up.

"If you harm my father, you will pay the price!" Alice only let out a wind move in front of Maxwell with a small intensity.

Maxwell smiled with satisfaction that Alice had not attacked him. Sandy warned Alice not to trust Maxwell's words, as they were all full of lies.

"Alice, don't let him go. He's just telling lies." Sandy exhaled heavily.

"I'm sorry, Sandy. For now, let him live first. They can do anything to my father if I fight them." Alice looked at Maxwell with a sharp gaze.

Actually, she wanted to kill Maxwell right now. However, her father was still a prisoner in the Kingdom of Estonia. She had to save King Arthur's life first. Sandy, Elena, Chiki, and the others respected Alice's decision and didn't push her.

Maxwell's laughter grew louder when he saw Alice not confident like this. Slowly, the ice on Maxwell's body began to melt. However, the toxic reaction in his body was still so strong that the prince of the Estonian Kingdom could not let out a fire. Maxwell was furious.

Maxwell's face looked blue from Elena's poison. "Give me the antidote!"

However, Elena did not want to give the antidote because Maxwell deserved such punishment. Maxwell screamed even more in pain, then vomited a lot of blood. It was as if his energy was drained.

"Maxwell, this is nothing, and I still hate you so much. I'll let you live one more time. But, when we meet again, I will definitely kill you!" Alice trampled Maxwell's body to heal her pain.

Maxwell and his remaining troops chose to retreat from Vestinel's territory. Eventually, they were all gone. Alice also helped the wounded Vestinel people.
