Chapter 31
"Apparently, the power of the Lumina stone is indeed very strong. Even a sorceress like Marie can be in such pain," Chiki said with a satisfied expression, having seen Marie get her comeuppance for her actions.
Elena had already demonstrated that the Lumina stone had immense and mystical power. It wasn't just talk but based on reality.
"Are you still curious about the Lumina stone?" Elena asked.
"Thank you, Elena, for bringing us to see that enormous stone."
Elena signaled Chiki with a wink. At first, Chiki seemed confused but soon understood Elena's meaning. The two of them hurriedly left Alice and Sandy, floating in the air and laughing.
"Elena, Chiki. Why did you leave me behind?"
As Alice started to chase after them, Sandy gently pulled her back into a warm embrace. Alice’s previously frowning face brightened into a cheerful smile.
"Did you want to leave me here alone and go after them?" Sandy asked, playfully pinching Alice's nose.
"Not like that."
Sandy picked Alice up and took her flying, showing her the beauty of the sky. Alice felt happy and comfortable near him. Sandy flew slowly towards the Vestinel region.
"Alice, I feel lucky to have you in my life." Sandy brought his nose close to Alice's.
"I feel the same way. Sandy, thank you for everything."
Some of the healer clan members looked up at them as they floated. Sandy and Alice smiled shyly at the attention. Alice hugged Sandy tighter, feeling the gentle breeze on her face.
"You're welcome, Alice," Sandy said. "You know, I’ve long dreamed of flying with someone special like this."
Alice gazed at the view below, admiring the sprawling green forests and majestic mountains of Vestinel. She felt like she was in a dream. Sandy descended lower, getting closer to the Vestinel region. The healer clan members stopped their activities to watch them. Some waved, and Alice responded with a bright smile. She gently released Sandy’s embrace and looked around in awe.
Upon arrival, Chiki and Elena approached her. Alice was delighted to have flown with Sandy.
"You left me behind earlier," Alice said, gently pinching Chiki's arm.
"Sorry, Alice. Elena and I did that so you could have some time alone with Sandy." Chiki’s gaze was teasing.
Alice blushed at Chiki’s words, still close to Sandy. The man hadn’t moved away and was actually getting even closer.
"Sandy, what’s going on?"
Sandy took Alice's hands gently in front of Elena and Chiki. "Will you be my wife? This time I’m very serious and won’t play with your feelings again."
Alice was shocked by the question. Her heart raced, and she could feel Elena and Chiki’s curious stares. Elena offered a small smile, while Chiki observed them closely.
Sandy didn’t release his hold, continuing to look at Alice with sincerity. "I’ve felt this way about you for a long time, and I want you to know how important you are to me. I don’t want to wait any longer. So, will you be my wife, Alice?"
Alice felt warmth in her heart and gradually smiled, her eyes sparkling. "Yes, Sandy. I will."
Everyone who heard Alice’s answer cheered with joy. The happiness came suddenly to her. Sandy had proposed, and without hesitation, she accepted. Sandy’s face lit up with joy as he pulled Alice into a warm embrace, while Elena and Chiki clapped and cheered for them.
Elena then stepped forward to congratulate them. "Congratulations, Alice and Sandy. This is a beautiful beginning for both of you."
Chiki joined the hug, teasing in a cheerful tone. "Congratulations, Alice. You finally got what you wanted."
"I can’t wait to start this new chapter in our lives," Sandy said, releasing the embrace but holding Alice’s hand tightly.
Alice felt overwhelming happiness. She looked at Sandy with love and gratitude for this moment. With the joyful and laughing backdrop of her friends, she and Sandy stood side by side. Alice felt ready to start a new life with Sandy.

In the coming days, their wedding ceremony would officially take place. Alice couldn’t wait for what was to come, as it was the most beautiful thing in her life. Spending time with the man she loved was the greatest blessing.
Elena and Chiki were the busiest with the wedding arrangements. Sandy had also prepared everything to ensure the ceremony went smoothly. Elena would cast protective seals over the entire Vestinel region to prevent any unwanted occurrences, even if it meant sacrificing a lot of her spiritual energy.
"Don’t worry, Alice, everything is arranged as best as possible," Elena said.
"Elena, thank you so much for your hard work," Alice said, hugging Elena tightly. She couldn’t find words to express her gratitude.
Elena hugged Alice back gently. "You’re welcome, Alice. I want everything to be perfect. You deserve the best," Elena said sincerely.
The healer clan members also helped with the wedding preparations. Alice prayed for the ceremony to go smoothly.
"Alice," Sandy called out.
Soon, Sandy would officially become her husband. The joy she felt was unending. The man held her in a warm embrace, gazing at Alice’s beautiful face.
"I am the luckiest man in the world to have won the heart of a woman as beautiful as you, Alice," Sandy praised her in a soft tone.
"I’m also the luckiest woman because I’ve managed to win the heart of a man named Sandy and make him fall in love with me." Alice’s smile widened, feeling the happiness that came to her.
Chiki and Elena nudged each other, watching the romantic scene between Sandy and Alice. They both smiled, enjoying the moment.
"Very soon you’ll be husband and wife. Sandy, I hope you’ll make Alice happy and not make her sad," Elena gave Sandy a bit of advice.
"Watch out if you ever hurt Alice’s feelings like before! I’ll make you regret it, Sandy."
"Elena, Chiki, calm down. I promise I will never make Alice sad," Sandy said, raising his fingers in a peace sign and making a promise to them.
