"What? That’s impossible."

Alice faintly heard Chiki and Elena talking. She immediately woke up and saw them staring at her.

"What’s going on?" Alice asked.

Chiki looked hesitant to explain, while Elena moved closer to her. There seemed to be something they wanted to discuss.

"Elena, what’s wrong? Why do you both look so tense?" Alice pushed the blanket away from her body.

"Alice, today Sandy and Amora are having their wedding ceremony. It looks like we’re late." Elena’s voice trembled, and she sounded upset.

This couldn’t be happening. The wedding had to be stopped. Alice quickly grabbed the charm given by the Eldorian fairy and prepared to save Sandy from the dark energy. Elena and Chiki immediately chased after her.

"They can’t get married! Sandy can’t be with a wicked woman like Amora." Alice flew into the air to find Sandy.

The wedding was being held abruptly. She saw a large crowd from the healer clan and landed immediately. They weren’t enthusiastic about seeing Amora and Sandy getting married. Behind her, Chiki and Elena followed closely.

Amora looked at her with a hateful gaze. "Hi Alice, you finally came and are witnessing my wedding with Sandy. The ceremony will begin soon. Even the heavens bless our union."

"Nonsense! I won’t let this wedding happen!"

In a fit of anger, Amora suddenly attacked Alice. All the healer clan members immediately moved aside, not wanting to get involved. Chiki wanted to help Alice, but Elena held her back.

"Chiki, let it be for now. This is their business, and Alice can handle it."

"But, Elena—" Chiki felt guilty seeing Alice having to fight Amora.

Amora cast a spell that formed a dark circle around Alice. Waves of darkness emanated from the circle. Alice felt a strong force trying to knock her down. However, she remained standing and held the charm from the Eldorian fairy high.

"This charm will counter all forms of dark energy!" Alice shouted with determination. The charm’s light began to shine, slowly dispelling the black energy created by Amora.

Amora was truly shocked by this. Elena and the others were also taken aback.

"Do you think that charm can stop my wedding to Sandy?" Amora said mockingly to Alice.

Alice raised her charm and focused positive energy into the shield surrounding her. In an instant, bright light enveloped her body, resisting Amora’s dark power and destroying it. The woman grew increasingly furious and tried to cast more spells.

"Sandy will not escape this marriage destiny! We will unite, and you will not be able to separate our love," Amora shouted loudly.

Elena and Chiki watched as a great battle unfolded before their eyes. The powers of Alice and Amora clashed, becoming a spectacle for the healer clan’s people.

Sandy, standing at the altar, looked confused and anxious. He was still not fully aware of what was happening, caught in the middle of the chaotic situation.

"Alice, you have to be careful." Chiki shouted towards Alice.

"I will stop this wedding, no matter what happens!" Alice unleashed her ice power to surround Amora.

Amora cast her strongest spell, a black orb with immense energy. Finally, the two powers collided in mid-air, creating a loud explosion. The ground around them cracked slightly. Elena and Chiki held on tightly to each other.

Amora appeared exhausted from using such great power. However, Alice continued to hold her ground with her power.

"Amora, I will not spare you! You are truly evil!"

"Evil? You are the one who’s evil, taking Sandy away from my life!" Amora said, clutching her aching chest. "You won’t be able to stop me, Alice."

"Elena, we can’t let this go on," Chiki said. "We have to stop Amora from causing more damage."

During this fierce battle, Elena and Chiki tried to help. They knew that if Amora was left unchecked, her malevolence could cause even more destruction. They decided to assist Alice and divert Amora’s attention. The healer clan members also joined in the effort.

Amora didn’t expect to be unable to use her magical powers anymore. Alice could finally breathe easy, then her gaze turned to Sandy. The man remained still at the altar, looking at her. She then moved closer to Sandy.

Amora tried to use her power to block Alice from approaching Sandy. However, Amora’s body was restrained by Elena and Chiki with magical force, preventing her from moving freely.

"What are you doing to me?" Amora was furious with them. "You bastards."

"Amora, surrender now. Accept your fate!" Chiki scoffed at Amora.

"I won’t let them get close again!" Amora was extremely agitated as Alice almost reached Sandy.

Alice seized this moment and channeled all her power into the charm to create a large amount of positive energy. The light began to radiate and spread in all directions, driving out the dark energy from Sandy’s body and the surrounding Vestinel area. She concentrated her thoughts on the first gem in the charm. The gem grew brighter with a golden light.

Sandy began to feel a change. The man shivered for a moment, then his breathing calmed and his expression gradually turned cheerful. Alice felt the charm’s power growing stronger and the golden light blazing brighter.

Minutes passed, and finally, the charm’s light dimmed. Alice saw Sandy with a brighter face looking at her.

"Alice?" Sandy called her name gently.

"Sandy? You’re back."

"Yes, I feel better now." Sandy hugged Alice tightly.

"I’m glad to hear that, Sandy. You don’t need to worry anymore. The dark energy is gone." Alice looked at Sandy while stroking his handsome face.

"What dark energy, Alice? What do you mean?"

"I’ll explain in detail later."

Sandy felt confused by his wedding attire. Then, Alice and Sandy looked towards Amora, who was still restrained by Elena and Chiki’s magic.

"You were almost married to Amora," Alice said, looking at Sandy.

"Married to Amora? That’s impossible and will never happen. I don’t love her."

Amora was enraged by Sandy’s words. All the healer clan members knew that Sandy only loved Amora. Chiki felt satisfied and mocked Amora.

"Did you hear what Sandy said? He never loved you! Stop hoping, Amora!"

"Shut up, Chiki!"

Amora was defeated by Alice. Sandy had returned to his old self, and the dark energy was no longer within him. She moved closer to Sandy. Chiki and Elena were very happy to see their relationship restored.

"Alice, thank you for saving me from this wedding. What would have happened if I had married Amora?" Sandy wrapped one arm around Alice’s waist.

"Yes, Sandy. It’s because there was dark energy in you that had taken over your heart and mind. You didn’t even care about me anymore after being with Amora." Alice showed a pouty face.

But it was all over, and Amora had suffered a major defeat today. The woman was taken by Elena and imprisoned in the dungeon to atone for her actions. This was a joint decision by the healer clan, and they would no longer allow Amora to roam and cause chaos.

Then, Chiki approached Sandy and punched his arm. "You jerk! You hurt Alice’s feelings."

"Chiki, I’m sorry to you and Alice. I didn’t realize it. It was all under my control."

"Don’t apologize to me. Apologize to Alice, because she was constantly jealous." Chiki left after finishing his sentence.

Alice, standing beside Sandy, felt nervous. Her face felt warm, and her cheeks were flushed. She was embarrassed by Chiki’s honesty towards Sandy.

"So, you were jealous of me being with Amora back then?" Sandy asked, teasing Alice.

"Yes, I was jealous back then. But not anymore." Alice smiled wider at Sandy.

They held hands and walked side by side. The healer clan members cheered at the renewed closeness. Suddenly, Sandy lifted Alice in a bridal carry. Alice was surprised but very happy to be with Sandy again.

"Alice, I love you."

"Sandy, I love you too."
