CHAPTER 33

“Good morning old man,” she said as she walked up to him.
“I thought you would have dropped that by now,” he said as he took her in his arms.
“How can I? Its romantic to me,” she said and leaned in for a kiss.
“I brought you something to wear,” he said after they broke off the kiss.
She broke free from his embrace and looked at the bed where the clothes were. She looked up at him with questioning eyes.
“You don't like them?”
“I like them but I'm wondering since I am now your wife, should I still wear those short clothes?”
“You should wear them because I love you in them. I don't want you to restrain yourself simply because we are married,” he said as he picked a white short and handed it over to her.
She looked at him and then at herself, remembering she didn't have any underwear to put on. He seemed to read her mind and pulled out one beneath a white crop top.
She smiled at him and dropped off her gown exposing her naked body. Lucian walked up to her and she held on to him as he knelt to the ground and helped her to put on the black silky panties. He kissed her lightly on the thighs and she gasped.
“Don't,” she begged and he stood up with a smile.
He helped her put on her brassiere and he was done.
“You are good at this,” she said putting on her short.
“I'm glad to be of your service,” his shamelessness was way over the top but she liked it.
“You must be. I need some clothes. Either you should make them pop out or we are going shopping,” she said zipping her flyer.
“You will do the shopping and I will meet someone for a few hours,” he said.
“I thought it was our honeymoon.”
“It is but it is urgent. I will play with you later and make it up to you,” he said passing the top to her.
“You will do whatever I want,” she suggested.
“I will do whatever you want. Deal?”
“Yes, deal,” she said putting the top on.
She found some flat white shoes and slipped them on.
“I'm hungry,” she told him. She didn't eat anything since yesterday afternoon at the reception and now her stomach was grumbling.
“I took care of that. Let's go and have some heavy breakfast,” he said taking her hand and led her to the elevator.
They took the elevator to the floor where the restaurant was. Since the staff knew who her husband was, they all showed him respect while they took their seat at the table he had reserved. The table showed a great view of the city. She could see the neighborhood she grew up in and that was one place she didn't think of visiting again.
Their breakfast was served and it was a feast.
“Dig in and don't worry about anyone. I would be happy if you gain some weight,” he teased her lovingly and she smacked him in a playful manner.
“Are you implying that I'm thin?” she asked as she looked at herself.
“No, I'm not. But I would be happy if you won't wear the same size with Jewel. It makes me think you are both my children,” he said as he scrutinized his beloved.
“I can't believe you are calling me your child. I'm your wife!” she yelled with her puffed cheeks.
“There she is. I was starting to get worried,” he said taking her hand and she knew exactly why he did that.
“I can't be always like that, you know,” she pouted as she looked at him. She knew that he was just worried about her and she was grateful for that and everything Lucian and his family did for her.
“I know but I was starting to miss it. I won't do it again, so please eat before I feed you myself,” he told her and a nasty idea came into her mind right away.
“You said you would do whatever I wanted earlier,” she reminded him with a wink.
“Yes, I did. What do you want now?” he asked.
“Feed me!” she smiled at him after ushering the command and opened her mouth, waiting to be fed.
Lucian didn't protest but cut a fried egg and fed it to her. She chewed it happily without minding other people who had taken a keen interest in them.
The breakfast was fascinating; from time to time, they fed each other. She didn't remember the last time someone fed her and it was great. They took their time and after the dishes were taken away, she had a cup of hot chocolate.
“I should let Faith buy some of this when we get back,” she said sipping her coffee very satisfied with what she had eaten.
“You are after all the lady of the house,” he reminded her and she smiled.
“I nearly forgot about that.”
After having their breakfast, the two returned to their suite where Lucian got ready to meet his colleague whoever he was. He gave her his bank card and some cash and she looked at him.
“What's the cash for, you already gave me a card?” she asked with raised eyebrows.
“There will be places where it will be unnecessary to use the card so use the cash. There is a car waiting for you. It will take you everywhere you want to go,” he said, his hands on her shoulders.
“You are sure you don't want to go with me?”
“I will go tomorrow with you anywhere, I promise. And buy another cell phone,” he informed her.
“Okay, I will,” she said and gave her husband a soft kiss on his lips.
Lucian escorted her to the ground floor and then outside where a black sedan was waiting. She climbed into the car and waved her husband goodbye.
“Where to Mrs. Ladra?” the driver asked and her heart jumped.
