"Do what you have to , just don't let them die" .... , Arjun said to the doctors and a fat tear flows from his eyes.
He joined his hands infront of the doctors.
All the medical staffs of the hospital stood froze at their spot. The Great business tycoon of India , Mr. Arjun Kashyap stood all broken with joining his hands infront of the doctors.
"Doctor please !! Save them" ..... , He pleaded . His voice cracked at his own words.
Shaurya was crying too for his mother's and siblings safety.
"We will try our best Mr. Kashyap but i hope you prepare for the worst because they're in very critical situation. Only Miracle can protect them.." .... ,, Doctor said
Shaurya and Arjun both were stood impatiently out of the OT for the woman, they love the most in their life.

After two days of Shaurya's birthday :-
Arjun POV :-
I'm wrapping my arms around her huge baby bump but she is trying to move her body.
"What happened? Is there any problem ??" .... ,, I asked her and saw her wide awake and she is trying to breathe from her mouth.
"Pashika! are you alright Jaan?" ,, i was Panicked because i know that she has sinusitis and her nose blocked causes her breathing problems but in winter but now the weather is quite good.
"Ji ! I can't breathe" ... , She said with difficulty.
"You want to get up ?" .... ,, I asked her and she nodded
"I want to walk ji. I don't know why but I'm feeling suffocated" ... , she said and i can't even imagine her problems. Carrying four babies for the whole nine months in the womb isn't a simple thing.
I feel proud and salute to all the women of the entire world who give birth to the next human of the generation.
I call the nurses and stand infront of me in a minute. They talk to Pashika and checked her vitals. Nurses told me that her blood pressure are very low that's the sign of danger. They said me to admit her to the hospital tomorrow. It'll be safe for her and for the babies. They'll be in under observation. I understood her words.
I took Pashika for the walk in the middle of the night. She isn't feeling well. Only only round and she became tired and sit on the chair. All the maids , servants and the nurses were all awake for her. Bunny wake up from the noises and moves towards their parents. Nivaan too ready for the any kind of situation.
"Ji !!" , She said
"Hmm" .... ,, i knelt down at her level.
"Will my babies be ??" .... ,, She didn't complete her words and started crying.
"Don't worry. Everything will be fine" ... ,, I said
"I don't know why but I'm feeling restless and having nightmares that I'll loose them . I saw that they disappeared from my arms" .... , She said and her tears broke my heart into billions of tiny pieces.
"Please ji ! Save my babies. I have a feeling that maybe I'll not survive the labor and you have to ch" ..... ,, I didn't let her complete the words. I crashed my lips fiercely ..
She cried her heart out and slip my tongue into her mouth. I tastes her tears and i too cried for her safety.
"Suniye ji" (listen) ..... ,
"No ! Pashika" ... , I shook his head negatively at her.
All the staffs were watching us and cried silently for her.
"Save my babies ji .. if you have to choose between us then choose the kids ji .. it's my last wish and you can't back out because you already gave me a promise at my birthday to want anything from you and now I am want them. Our Babies.. give me" .... ,, She said and i was watching her.
Her body exhausted from all crying and walking. She rested her head on my shoulder. I carried her to the bedroom.
I'm watching her . She is in pain . Pain too lose her babies.
Tomorrow I'll admit her to the hospital. It'll be safer than to take any kind of risk. Yeah that's better to keep her under observation.
I informed them about her current issues of her . I message them ( Neil , Rudra , Davis , Danny , di , dadu and dad ) to be ready for the upcoming situation.

At Arjun's House:-
It's not fair Neil . I can't leave her alone in this situation. Last night was the trailer for me and you can't even imagine what I was feeling.. , i was hell angry not at Neil but at the board members who thinks that they could control me like I'm a robot. Old fellows....
Neil is good at strategies and yes he is our strategies manager and right now my appearance is very important for our company.
"Okay I'll try to be get there but only for an hour otherwise I'll back out from the upcoming projects Neil. Tell them to behave because we're the CEOs not them" .. , i cut the call.
I look at her . She is still sleeping. How exhausted she was and her words are still ringing in my ears. They were like a acid who burns my all senses. To choose them over her. How can i do this. She is my World. My life ! then how can i give up on my life just to save my Heartbeats. It's like a die die situation for me.
Jaan and kids, i want my Jaan first then I'll think about our kids but how can i say my thoughts to her.
I am getting ready to attend the board meeting and i saw her stretching her body. She fluttered opened up her brown eyes and gave me her sweetest smile.
"How are you baby ?" ...., , I asked her
"I'm feeling good ji . Are you going to the office ??" .... , She said and then observed my attire and asked me
"Yes Jaan . I'm going to the company. I have a very important meeting to attend otherwise I'll not leave you alone" ..... , i said
"I'm fine. Work is important too so go and I'm not alone. There are so many workers in the house for me" ..... ,, She said and I nodded.
I informed Nivaan to take care of her lady boss..
"Baby !! Eat your breakfast and take medicine on time okay. It's almost 11:00 and I'll try to come soon" ... , I said and peck her lips

After three hours and forty minutes of meeting, finally it ended and I rushed out of the room to make a call to my Jaan. I get updates that she's doing fine and playing with Shaurya. I Sighss and realeased my breath...

"Neil make sure that they'll not contact me right now. Pashika is in very bad mood last night. She is looking pale and i don't want to leave her like this again. Either you handle or back out because family is more important than the money. You're too busy in search of Aashmaan too and I don't want to put all the responsibility and burden on your shoulder all Alone" .... ,, i said and he nodded
"Di ! Please try to cancel the meetings when you'll not be able to contact us" ... , I said and she said she'll do the exactly what I told her to do.
"Make sure this does not happen again , same thing next time" .. , i left for the home.

A sound of crash makes my stomach churns.
My hear started to running like a mad man. I run towards the bathroom and saw my Jaan was clutching her tummy.
"Ji !! " .... ,, She screamed and said that it's hurts her too much.
"Jiiiiiiii !" .... , , She was about to fall and i embraces her into my strong arms.
"Aah ! I'm feeling wet. Please check" ..... ,, She said and i saw her kurti were wet and sticky
"My tummy is hurting too much... Our babies please save our babies" ...., , She was screaming and clutching her tummy tightly..
Nurses came and saw her. They checked her body and said, "Sir it's an emergency. We need to go to the hospital.."
Nivaan started the car and my hard luck, we stuck in the Delhi ki traffic very badly..
Her screaming were making my heart go all wild.
"Aaaah !! It hurts ji" ..... ,, She was clutching my hands very tightly. Her nails were piercing my skin.
"I can't, i can't make it ji" .... , She said in her cracking voice
"Shut up Pashika" ... , I yelled at her
Her breathing were getting low and i saw red spots on her dress. I froze . No no , this can't happen . I can't loose her . I can't loose the babies.
"Nivaan just stopped the car at the side of the street" .... , I said to him and He stop and move out from the car.
"Sir ! Ma'am is bleeding" ..... , he said
"Yes and I'm going to take her to the hospital because we can't wait for the traffic to be removed" .... ,, I carried her semi unconscious body in my arms and started to moving hurriedly at the street. My shirt started to get damp by her blood.
"Ji ! Suniye .... Protect babies" .... ,, After this she fell unconscious.
