Chapter 27 Dalton Grove

Shelley sighed.
She thought, "Why am I so unlucky today?"
Shelley lowered her head and wanted to walk around the man. However, he grabbed her arm.
"Shelley?"
Shelley was speechless. She thought, "Why can't he ignore me just like me pretending not to see him."
Obviously, the man saw Shelley and greeted her.
The man grabbed Shelley's arm and said again, "Shelley?"
In this case, Shelley could only reply, "Long time no see."
The man was Dalton Grove. He said, "I am right. You are Shelley. Why are you here?"
Thinking of something, Dalton asked, "Do you come here because you know I am here?"
Shelley was speechless.
She thought, "Why is he so overconfident as always?"

At that time, Dalton crazily pursued Shelley. He was very tender and considerate toward Shelley back then. Many people around Shelley persuaded her and praised Dalton.

Dalton didn't let go of Shelley. He said, "You're quite beautiful indeed. As long as you're willing to lower your figure a little, you will find a boyfriend. Don't waste your time on me. Alisa and I will be engaged. Unless you are willing to be my mistress, we won't be together again."
Hearing Dalton's words, Shelley felt disgusted.
She looked at him and said, "Dalton, are you drunk?"
"What?" Dalton didn't understand what Shelley meant for a moment.
"You are not drunk? Why do you talk nonsense?" Shelley looked at Dalton coldly, not hiding the disgust in her eyes at all. She added, "Is it because you cheated on me and I didn't pursue it? He grabbed Shelley's wrist tighter and said, "What did you say?"
"It doesn't matter what I say. What matters is what you did!" Shelley felt pain, but she maintained calm, "I don't care about your cheating. Adrian's gaze was cold and sharp. Dalton was frightened and didn't dare to call him Mr. Layton. Dalton looked at Adrian and Shelley in surprise, wondering about their relationship.
On the surface, Dalton smiled and said, "Yeah, what a coincidence." Thinking of his conversation with Shelley just now, Dalton was not sure whether Adrian heard or not.
