Chapter 83

"He left earlier. He's just going somewhere."
My attention turned to ma'am Millendsy again.
"Yes?"
"My Son, he left early in the morning."
"Ahhhh ..." I nodded.
Where did that go?
"Here," she handed me a plate of vegetable salad, "Have some veggies hija."
"Thank you."
We soundly ate breakfast. None of us want to interrupt the silence. I can"t think of anything good to say here. And maybe he is too. Isla, on the other hand, has a refreshing silence.
Until the end no one speaks to us. I offered to wash the dishes. I didn't want to rely on my companions to do things, even though I was able to move normally.
Ma'am Millendsy stayed with us for three days. He almost didn"t want to leave us. Especially Isla. The child was very dear to him. He really considers her a grandson. And that melts my heart. My Ayanna deserves to be love and accepted no matter where she came from and what memories she bares.
"Are we going to stay in the orphanage today?" prenting Spencer entered his room. He just kept walking until he walked in closet.
"Yes. I want to see Greece. Let's take the kids for a walk again."
"I don't like it," he bluntly answered.
"What?" I push towards the closet.
I caught up with her without a top and looking for a dress to wear. He is becoming more and more masculine. She seems to be spending time in the gym during the times I"m away. I lowered my head and leaned against the door jamb. I fondly stared at his well crafted body.
"I want you and me to go out alone," he stopped what he was doing to stare at me.
I am no longer ashamed of those who work for him. I can shamelessly show him how I like his built. He knew I am obsessed with muscles and abs. That's art! And besides, there is no malice in me if he undresses in front of me all day. That's actually a good gift I'd gladly receive.
"Really?" I winced.
"But I know you won't let me," he snorted and turned away. Like a child sulking.
"We will go out alone some other time. Today is our family day."
"Family ..." he quickly turned his body in front of me again and tilted his head, "Family what?"
"Family day," I repeated what I had said earlier.
The side of his lips slightly rose up.
"That's better."
We bought fruit for the children before finally going to the orphanage. Upon arrival, I was immediately looking for Greece. Good thing, she grew fine and healthy. Her caregiver said that her body was responding to the drugs. There is a chance that he will escape the brink of death. I do hope she'll survive.
'Lord, please make her and all the kids in this orphanage live'
"What time will you go home?"
"Tomorrow maybe."
"Is Kiesha really the companion?"
"What do you think?" I stopped doing the packing and leveled his gaze.
"It's hard for you to read Gee. I don't know when you're lying and when you're telling the truth," he scratched his nape.
"Just don't read me okay? You're not a psychic," I said then stood up and a quick kiss was awarded to his cheek.
I am now going to a resort with the squad to secretly spy on Fergus and the lovely Deleila that Kiesha hates. I personally advised him what to do. She can't just go back to their factory, knowing that her husband is with a snake. He may be caught in the act of indifference.
"Can't come?" he gently caressed my waist.
This way we treat each other is refreshing for me. Usually we are more into teasing each other. But now, we're on a different level.
Unnexpected enough, I thought I'll be awkward around him. Because now we are no longer just friends. We are officially in a relationship. It was so fast that I hardly remember. One night we had a deep conversation. He confesses his feelings once again. And for the first time, I said yes. I was unable to leave him at the beginning of my new life. He was there when my boat sank. He saved me. It's only right that this time, I'll give him what he wants.
And besides, I am slowly catching feelings. And it is growing each day. In order to forget my past, I need to accept my present. He is my present. And he will probably be the future.
"Are you crazy Spencer Valle? Kiesha is there. She still can't find out about you."
"Then, I'll hide," he pouted, "I just want to make sure nothing bad will happen to you."
"You're paranoid too," I laughed slapping him on the shoulder, turning around to continue packing. I only have a few things to bring. Only two pairs of clothes and maybe swim suit too.
"Sasama ako okay? You can't say no Geline Nielani. It's a condition from your sexy boyfriend."
Once again I was stunned at what I was doing. He looked at her and narrowed his eyes.
"Just admit it. I'm sexy," he said huskily and winked.
"It sounds stupid," I could only say.
Do I still have reason to howl? He is truly sexy. No one can deny that fact.
He hurried into the walk-in closet. It's as if someone is pursuing an important path. I opened the phone first to find out where Ronnie and Lorie were. They would pick me up at a fast food chain just next to this condominium building. They didn't know about me and Spencer too. My only alibi for them is that I am teaching a child in this building. Someone was teaching, but it was Ayanna. My adopted child. And she wasn't around. Momma Millendsy took him to the mansion of the Valles.
I waited ten minutes for them to arrive. Spencer had already preceded me to travel to the resort. If I hadn"t just told the squad I was going to reconcile, I might have gone with my boyfriend.
'Boyfriend'
The thought made me blush a bit.
I needed to really train myself in our new situation.
"On board!" Ronnie shouted at Kiesha. At the gasoline station we caught up with him. Just released from CR. She is wearing neon attire. Glow in the dark is his drama now. Really, huh?
"Hey there!" Lorie and I greeted almost at the same time, showing up with the water gun we were holding.
We plotted this ahead of time. That Deleila can't be allowed to go home safely. She is too dirty. I know that the man is married, he is still busy. Why do some people choose to date, rather than find a partner? Tsk!
"What's your trip?" her brows furrowed.
"The ketchup and mayonnaise are ready, just in case that woman does something bad," Lorie explained one by one the alleged stuffing.
"We have bread too!" I'm a narrator.
We bought all of these on our way here. We are not very ready.
"And Deleila is the hotdog," Ronnie said.
"No, he's the snake. Capital A-H-AS!" Lorie corrected, emphasizing each letters.
"By the way, why neon?" I couldn't help but comment on Kiesha. Then the look on his clothes was open.
"Yeah, I thought we were going to do undercover? E even on the other side of the resort, you'll be noticed and noticed," Ronnie said.
"That's beautiful. For Deleila to realize that even in the dark, my beauty still appears," she pouted.
"Yes, then Fergus will know what we're doing. You're dead again."
"Why just me?"
"Because you planned it, we just came. You know, to personally witness the live action," Lorie laughed out loud.
Ronnie and I did the same.
Our flight took thirty minutes. And it wasn't boring. If the companions are insane.
"A cottage for four," Ronnie said. He himself offered to talk to the receptionist.
I and Lorie talked a little bit while Ronnie and Kiesha were talking with the receptionists. We wrote our names on the log book, then walked towards our cottage afterwards.
A few passersby were distracted in our area. I don't know if they found us gorgeous or weird? But probably gorgeous. We can't look weird in their eyes' cause obviously, we're perfect in every damn angle.
"Look, I told you you're wearing too bright," Ronnie whispered. Even this is noticed by the critical eyes of some.
"It's not just Kiesha we should blame here ... The four of us!" and Lorie.
"Why?"
"Our beauty is the real culprit."
"You know, I really thought of that too. Who wouldn't be distracted by our angelic faces?" I quickly agreed.
"Tara girls, ramp!" Ron suddenly shouted.
And who are we to refuse? I don't feel like being released anymore. Exhausted in the past. This time I wanted to make a total change. From the way I dress and act. The old Geline Nielani is dead.
We started walking like a super model, with the hallway as our runway. Kiesha flipped her hair and winked at some guys. Lorie openly waves like a beauty Queen. As I pass them with a sweet smile. And Ronnie, if you can feel like there are no bones in your body. Tumbling is all that is missing, and he will surely leave a stunning impression.
Kiesha was about to turn right. Case was stunned to notice Deleila not far away. Opposite was the tall man, standing just on the side of the big tree.
It quickly hid behind Ronnie. Her confidence vanished in a snap.
"The snake!" I myself taught flirting. For the two to see.
"That's Deleila? She looks flirty," Lorie bitterly said.
"That's my ex ..."
We both turned to gay.
Ex?
"Is it Deleila?"
"No. I am referring to that guy she was talking with. He cheated on me before," his voice cracked, "I thought we would never meet again."
The energy in his eyes suddenly disappeared.
"What, do you want us to go down? After all, we really came here in a mess. It's good to be full," I said boldly. Then he let out a few blows in the air.
If we can't bring the events of now and later to a proper discussion, we will immediately go to a bloody melee. But it's better not to talk. Why do flirtatious people deserve to be hurt?
"Let's just relax first okay? We can do that later too. For now, we need to find the cottage first," Lorie sighed, as she glared at the snake.
"Let's go to the other side. Maybe there will be a way out, so that the beautiful one won't notice our fragile hero."
I first walked with Kiesha and I's bag to the side of a hut. We only took a few steps before finding the cottage. If you look at it, it just so happens that it can be found exactly where they stand.
If Lorie hadn't peeked at the number just above the door, we'd definitely be over.
"I'll just go through the window," Kiesha said.
"All right ... If it's okay with you," I simply snatched my phone out of my pocket, "Come on up," I added. I want to do something. The thing I"ve often done ever since.
"What is that for?" he questioned doubtfully.
"Documentation, for research purposes."
We laughed. Except for Kiesha. She's pissed, her expression is very evident.
"Sir Fergus!"
Hearing his wife's name, he quickly went to the dark part to see where they were. And as the great curious, we complied as well.
"We're glad you're finally here sir. Clients have been waiting for you before," the guy formally said.
"Yeah, we actually met on my way here."
"Why did you take so long to come?" seems to be contributing says Deleila.
Why, his voice is just annoying. Maybe I'll start with that woman first when I'm full. I have even less patience compared to Kiesha.
"Pake you?" Lorie whispered. "Very artistic to speak!"
"I just went through the office," from here, Fergus shifted his gaze to the man.
"Where are the other engineers? Let's not waste our time with the project."
"They're still in their cottages."
"Please tell the restaurant that we will meet."
"Yes," the man bowed slightly. When leaving.
"Look at the g*go. It's very nice to look at, but there really is a demon race," Ronnie firmly said.
"Bitter ex," Keisha teased here.
"Are you kidding me?"
We both bowed when Fergus suddenly turned to our band.
And we all know why. The glow in the dark that Kiesha was wearing was too obvious.
Looks like we haven't started yet, buking right away.
"Where is your cottage sir?" Deleila's grab of its attention.
"Near the team," he coldly answered, before walking away.
"Where are you going?"
He didn't answer. Attitude si Mr. Da Silva. That's it Fergus. If you don't want to be beaten by your spouse.
"Wait for me!"
The snake quickly followed. It shamelessly wrapped its arms around Fergus's hand.
Aba!
Kiesha suddenly stood up. He wanted to get out of our hiding place, but Ron quickly stopped him.
"If you don't want to ruin Kiesha Amira's plan, you'll have to rush later," I slammed it violently.
There is a right time to rush. Don"t go now because we"re not that ready yet. We need weapon.
"I know. But what if he suddenly-"
"It's up to Fergus if he shoots."
"He will never do that!" she exclaimed.
"We don't know yet. I'm not drunk yet ..." Lorie said.
"Let's get dressed fast!"
She playfully wacked our butts. Really stupid.
On our way inside the cottage, my gaze accidentally went to the guy behind a tree. It was openly watching us.
I simply signaled here that we would meet later. He got it quickly. He nodded and smiled.
I felt bad for him. For us ... How long will we be in this situation? How long will I keep him from my own friends and family?
I'll take up courage to personally tell everyone about him and the truth about us one day. Time will come, he doesn't have to hide anymore.
We thoroughly tidied up and had fun inside the cottage. Kiesha made a group trip. After what we were doing, we immediately decided to go up.
We went straight to the restaurant. In the place where we think Fergus and co -workers are currently meeting.
"You go first," Kiesha gently pushed Ron, "Please look where they're sitting."
"Okay," he quickly answered. There was no hesitation to head inside.
Lorie and Kiesha simply approached the entrance of the restaurant to peek. While I was looking around. I again spotted Spencer on the far corner. It"s sitting on a lounger, and seriously typing what"s on the phone. When he is done typing something, he looked up and met my gaze. He motioned for me to look at my phone. But I didn't bring it. I left it in the cottage.
I focused my attention too much on him. Reason to miss Fergus. When I averted my gaze to the other side, it is too late to hide. He has already seen us. He is walking languidly towards our direction. This includes co -workers, including the bitch.
"Fergus!" I know it's too late. But his eyes may be blurred and we may not be able to face them. It's too surreal, but I'll just assume the situation is like that.
"Where?"
At the same time the two turned to what I was looking at.
"They'll notice if we suddenly run," I paused for a moment. Even if we don't hide from Fergus. Deleila is our main target. He is the one we should avoid meeting, before it even thinks of running away.
"Ah, individual art," I quickly lay down on the sand. I don"t know why of all that can be done, this is what I still thought. I"m even worse off drunk. I don't know how intense the shame I'll be getting later.
"Hey, are you okay?" a man asked.
"What are these girls doing with their lives?" and Deleila.
What are you doing with your life too ?!
"No more delicacy ..."
We are ashamed of you!
"Maybe they need help," said another man with them. It's more of a lusty intention that being concern.
"They're not the ones we sent here. Let the crew do the job," Fergus replied authoritatively.
"All right."
They did not last long in office either. The next thing we heard was their footsteps. I quickly lifted my face and shook the sands sticking to it. I was embarrassed to look in Spencer's direction. He is surely laughing at me right now.
His girlfriend went crazy over the situation.
"Animal, this is the worst decision I made," I growled.
"Confirmed, it looks like your brain has really left you," Kiesha teased.
"What's the taste?" Lorie asked laughingly. He walks back, wearing a mocking look.
"Let me throw your face in the sand so you know what it tastes like," I firmly answered. Subconsciously, I felt someone other than Spencer is staring at me. I looked around. Without seeing the bulk of anyone, I simply let out a deep sigh.
"Let's wait for Ronnie behind the tree. It's safer ..." I said as I got on my feet.
"You don't want to repeat what you did?"
"Shut up!"
"Iconic 'yon," Kiesha gently tapped my shoulder.
"You made history tonight, my friend," Lorie still laughed.
"Whatever, let's just go!" I openly scolded them. Then he started to walk to the back of the nearest tree.
His duration ... "Kiesha whispered.
One hour ... We waited that long for Ronnie to come out. Concern is starting to creep into my system. What if Fergus noticed her listening? What if he'll use it against Keisha? What if because of us doing this, they still split up?
"Can we just go?"
"What's the use of this hiding, if we just show up?" my brows snapped together.
Of course I can't let them know we are already caught by Fergus on act. I had to play innocent 'cause I want to avoid Kiesha and Lorie's savage remarks. I was the one they expected to keep an eye on earlier. But instead of Fergus, I was watching someone else. And besides, the plan isn't really broken yet. Deleila is still clueless.
"Yes Kiesha, you're stupid too."
"Let's wait some more- Oh, there he is!" Lorie excitedly said. She got on her feet, then ran towards Ronnie.
"Let's go fast!"
He just gave her a confused look. Wondering maybe why we"re here.
"Did you catch anything?" Kiesha's opening question here.
"Of course..."
"What?"
"I sat right behind their group. I clearly heard everything ..."
He smiled broadly, as he raised his eyebrows down.
"What is it?"
"The girl's friend asked if there was still a chance for them to be with Lance ... The girl's answer was, 'Our story ended years ago. Even if we meet again, that's fine. We can't be together anymore," he said. dramatically held his chest, "I cried at their story when Lance."
Wait, who's Lance and who is the girl he is talking about? He seems to be listening to a different group.
"What kind of information is that? Who are you listening to?" Kiesha asked. I feel like I'm confused too.
"There at the table in front of me. Their conversation got my interest," Ronnie laughed, scratching his neck.
I gasped violently, then shook. He is hopeless!
"Ah, gaga ... How are Fergus talking?"
"They are purely talking about structures and design. I don't understand!"
"You didn't see what Deleila was doing?"
"Of course, I'm still watching," he licked on his lips, "He tried to side with your wife earlier. Case attitude too fafa, frankly really moved the chair."
"Serves her right!" Lorie and I responded almost simultaneously.
"Goodbye birdie he really is to me, just in case he cuts," Kiesha said. She greeted her teeth and subconsciously rolled her eyes.
"Goodnight team! See you tomorrow."
That's how we hurriedly bowed after hearing Deleila's voice. She's standing next to Fergus, with her arms entangled on his.
Alas, galawang ahas really!
"All right, goodnight!"
They partways. Except for Fergus and Deleila.
"Are you going straight to your cottage now?"
"Yup," Fergus coldly answered.
"You have nothing else to do?"
"I'll try to call my wife."
"Why?" she pouted.
Does that even need to be asked?
"I have to make sure she arrived safe and sound."
"Oh ... Kay" her lips twisted. He obviously didn"t want to support what Fergus wanted. Looks jealous even when there is no right.
Well, bitch things ...
"Let's have a drink for a moment," she added.
I like her spirit! Hands down! I was so moved, it was as if I wanted to approach him and force my face into the sand.
"No, thanks," Fergus himself let go of its grip.
"C'mon! Even just a whiskey sir. I'm having a hard time sleeping without drinking alcohol."
You won't die of insomnia!
"Sir, please ... I won't tempt you until you agree," he tied his arms around Fergus's arm again.
Snake with leech breeds. She's a gruesome kind of species. I'll never wish to be close to her. I don"t want to be infected with the poison he carries.
To be continued...
