Chapter 11 Marriage

**"Kylie, was it really you who slept with me last night?" Dominic suddenly asks.**
**Kylie becomes nervous immediately - why is he asking this? Has he found out something?**
**"H****oney****, of course it was me last night! Look at my face," points out Kylie.**
**Yes indeed it was that face but there is too much difference between day-time and night-time versions.**
**Dominic shows no emotion or expression as he speaks indifferently: "Just now you faked your fall. Do you think I didn't notice?"**
**Kylie freezes; he actually noticed? And yet he still protected her?**
**"Kylie, don't bring such clumsy tricks to me in the future." After saying this, Dominic doesn't look at her again and leaves directly.**
**Kylie stands alone in place; she suddenly understands that Dominic only protects her because he is happy after sex with her. But last night it was Ava who slept with him instead.**
**Jealousy fills Kylie's eyes as she thinks about how Ava has already stolen his heart after just one night together. If Dominic finds out that it was Ava who spent the night with him, then she will be ****thrown away** **- Kylie fears losing her position as Mrs Harrington.**
**Immediately, Kylie takes out her phone and calls Mrs Bennett crying: "Mom, please think of a way! Ava seduced my husband! Mom you must ****deal with** **her!"**
**"Kylie don't worry too much for now. Your father and I are planning to ****arrange a marriage for** **Ava," says Mrs Bennett.**
**"Engage?" asks Kylie.**
**"Yes, we want to cooperate with CC Perfume now. James Brown has connections there which can help us get on board so we plan to marry off Ava to James Brown."**
**Both of Kylie's eyes light up; she knows who James Brown is - he is cruel and dark-minded man who even killed two wives before. "Mom hurry up and arrange for Ava and James Brown!" urges Kylie excitedly.**
**So when school ends, Ava receives a call from Mrs Bennett asking if they could meet at The Williamsburg Hotel to discuss something about Mrs Foster.**
**Ava knows that Mrs Bennett dislikes or even hates her since she comes from the countryside as an ugly girl whom they consider a stain on their family name but now she invites herself over.**
**After replying 'yes', instead of putting down the phone immediately afterwards, Av****a** **lightly hooks onto red lips and sends a text message to Kylie.**
**Soon, Ava heads straight to room 809 at The Williamsburg Hotel where Mrs Bennett has arranged for them to meet. James Brown arrives shortly after and follows her into the room.**
**At this moment, a tall figure walks down the corridor - it is Dominic with his secretary. He glances at room 809; he saw a familiar figure downstairs - that little maid from his house, Ava. She enters room 809 first followed by another man.**
**The secretary reports in low voice: "Sir, the person who just entered is named James Brown. His reputation is very bad as he has special preferences and even killed two wives before. How could** **Ava** **be with such a person?"**
**Dominic remains silent; the secretary cannot tell what their boss is thinking but he feels like Mr Harrington seems to have some kind of different thoughts towards this little maid since earlier when they were downstairs, Mr Harrington's gaze was fixed on her.**
