Gorevmenos

"Wigs and clothes? but, what's the point, Princess?" asked Jia confused. In her heart the prejudice arose that the princess was starting to miss her old life as a girl.

Jia felt pity, knowing how hard it was to pretend to be someone else most of her life. Moreover, this is the princess that Jia loves very much, whom she raised since she was a baby.

"Ahahaha ... no, I just wanted to try it. I thought how I would look now wearing a dress and long hair!"

"Princess, it must be very difficult, right? I'm sorry I can't do anything to make Princess Seraphina happy!" Jia bursts into tears. Her emotional demeanor and tears easily sometimes makes her a little hesitant to tell her what she needs.

"Calm down Jia, there's nothing to cry about. I'll forgive you if you bring me a wig and some dresses!" her wits appeared. Jia's attitude like this is an advantage for Seraphina, because she can use Jia who is so easy to feel sorry for.

"All right, Princess, I'll get it. Wait a minute!" She said as she walked away leaving Seraphina who was trying to hold back her naughty laugh alone.

"Good, I'm lucky that Jia came over to me. If it was Diana or Helen, they would have interrogated me and complained to Mom," she muttered with a sly laugh.

About 15 minutes of waiting, finally Jia returned to Seraphina's room with Xavier's three dresses and a long brown wig. Jia was breathless as if she was hurrying to avoid something.

She furrowed her eyebrows, looking at Jia whose forehead was flowing with cold sweat.

"What is it? What happened?"

"Earlier Diana caught me opening Prince Xavier's closet!"

"Really? was Diana suspicious? did she say anything?"

"She wasn't that suspicious, she just asked me what I took these dresses for and I said they were getting too small for Prince Nathan, that's why I wanted to get them out of the wardrobe!"

"Does Diana believe it?"

"Yes, she believes. It looks like she's in a hurry anyway, but I don't know what she's doing either!"

"Ah ... thank goodness then, I hope you don't tell anyone, especially my mother that I want to try on these dresses!"

"Of course my princess, I will always be on your side!"

"Jia ... thank you, I really love you!" shouted Nathania as she bumped into Jia and hugged her tightly.

"Ahahaha ... I also really love Princess Nathania. Then, excuse me, I have something to do!"

"Okay thank you!"

After Jia left her room, Nathania immediately closed the door and locked it so that no one could enter while she was in action.

After making sure everything was safe, Nathania immediately took off her clothes and tried on a simple light blue dress which was very beautiful. Strange, her heart was pounding as the dress began to cover her body.

Her hands also trembled when the brown wig began to attach to her head. Being too nervous, Nathania could not bear to raise her head to look at the mirror in front of her.

However, Nathania knew she had to. Look into the mirror and see what she looks like right now. Her eyes grew wide when she saw Nathan's form right in front of her. Her mouth opened, as if she could not believe what she saw.

"Na ... Nathan ..." Nathania muttered. There was a very beautiful girl looking at her, a girl whose face was very much like Nathan's.

"Is this really me?"

Nathania crept past pillar after pillar towards the backyard of the palace. The sky was already dark enough, it showed that the court guards' surveillance was waning.

"Very nice!" she thought. The guards were walking around, while almost all of the palace residents were already sleeping. The clock showed 10:00 pm, Nathania had been waiting for three hours to get out of her room without supervision. Especially when she looked exactly like Nathan.

After Nathania was sure that things were safe, Nathania put her robe over her head so it wouldn't be too obvious. The first place she went to was one of the stables only 100 meters from the secret door.

In front of the stables, a man who is supposed to be looking after the horses is fast asleep on a chair, while his two companions are busy playing on different sides.

"Slow down ... slow ... slow ..." she muttered slowly as her hands began to open one of the stables and bring the brown horse carefully out.

"Tuk ... tuk ... tuk ..."

The sound of horse's footsteps sounded soft, Nathania panicked and hoped that no one noticed that one of the horses had been taken away.

"It worked, they didn't notice!" Nathania was happy when she realized that she had passed the first process to escape from this palace.

Nathania led the horse to the garden at the corner of the Sapphire Palace. After arriving at the secret door, Nathania immediately opened it and pulled the horse out of the door.

"It's not as difficult as I thought! that's good, I can't waste this opportunity!"

Nathania got on horseback and directed her horse towards the hill towards the entrance to the Forest of Gorevmenos, where the demons had gathered.

"Devil?" remembering that the forest was full of demons made Nathania not stop swallowing.

She had never met a demon who was said to be so scary. The only terrifying figure with evil powers she knew was the boy she saw in the lavender garden five years ago. Even though the boy's face and appearance weren't like a devil at all, he looked like an ordinary human.

The horse brought Nathania to the front of the Gorevmenos Forest which was filled with tall, leafy trees. Even though she had not yet entered the forest, a terrible atmosphere was felt around her.

Ravens flew and shouted loudly as if warning not to enter the demon's territory. It's dark, this forest is very dark. The only light came from the torch in her hand.

"How about this? do I really have to go into this forest? Geez, I'm so scared ..."

Her anxiety grew when the horse she was riding was reluctant to continue her journey.

"What's the matter? are you scared? I'm afraid too, but it's all for Nathan's sake!"

Nathania tried to convince herself that all would be well. There were no demons in this forest, only trees and harmless wild animals.

"Come on, you can do it!"

"Takk ... tukk ... takk ... tukk ..."

The horse obeyed her wish to walk and took her into the forbidden forest. A forest that is said to not allow anyone who dared to enter it to come out safe.
