The Twin Brother

"Are you feeling better?" Asked Seraphina, she sat on Xavier's bed while shaking her legs. Meanwhile, Prince Xavier lay down with his head resting on the head of the bed which had a very soft and comfortable pillow.

"It feels better," he answer with a smile.

"Shall we go to the garden? It's sunny outside, we can pick flowers together!"

"All right, come on!" Prince Xavier tried to get up, placing his feet on the floor. Princess Seraphina helped him up.

"Be careful!" She said. Even though she really wanted to play in the park with Xavier, she also didn't want Xavier to get sick and hurt.

Prince Xavier managed to stand up, even though his legs were still weak and trembling. But he had to try to walk again, always on the bed it was very boring. He wants to be able to play outside again.

"If you still sick, next time we will play outside when you're ealthier,"

"No, I'm fine. Let's go!"

"But-" Seraphina hesitated, especially since they haven't asked her mother's permission to play in the park. Judging from Prince Xavier's condition, it was certain that they would not get permission.

"I'm fine, at that time I had promised to pick flowers together. So, let's go!" Princess Seraphina looked at her brother for a moment, "Maybe Xavier is really ok," she thought.

"All right, then, shall we hold hands?" She asked as she stretched out her hand. Prince Xavier nodded and smiled, then he grabbed Princess Seraphina's hand tightly.

The children walked hand in hand towards the flower garden which is located behind the Sapphire Palace, the palace which is the residence of the King, Queen, Prince and Princess.

In the Evangelia Kingdom there were some palaces which were very beautiful, but the Palace of Sapphires was the most beautiful palace and had many flower gardens.

"You are looks good in this wig!" She said while touching the long light brown wig that was worn by Prince Xavier.

"Is it true?"

"Yes,"

"Did you say that?" Seraphina asked.

"Yes," Xavier said. His face turned sad.

"Oh, I see?"

"You must be having a hard time?" He asked.

"Why I having a hard time?"

"Because you have to pretend to be me,"

"I'm fine, you does not need to worry. Mother said, if I wants to became you. You will recover, so I will try for you," she gripped his hand tighter. There was a different warmth when they could hold each other like this. As if there is one soul in two different bodies.

Prince Xavier smiled sweetly, for him, Seraphina was everything. It doesn't matter how hurt it is, as long as it can stay together.

Prince Xavier and Princess Seraphina sat on a meadow that was covered in beautiful and colorful flowers. Princess Seraphina, really liked flowers and Prince Xavier really liked Princess Seraphiy who liked flowers.

"Ah...this is the flower I picked for you at that time," she said while squatting on the blue forget me not flower.

"Flowers in the room? You picking?"

"Yes, Helena put it in the vase. She said, so that the flowers stay alive and you could see them when you woke up,"

"I have seen it,"

"It's so pretty, right?" Princess Seraphina smiled. Her smile was even prettier than a bed of colorful flowers.

"Beautiful, but you much prettier," he said.

"Really? But now you are beautiful, because now you are to be me,"

"That's right!" Prince Xavier's heart suddenly pounded hard for no reason and it hurt a little. He immediately grabbed his chest and hoped that the pain would ease a little.

"Are you ll right?" Seraphina was worried, Prince Xavier's face suddenly turned pale.

"It's okay, I'm fine!" He answer was difficulty.

"I will call Diana! You wait here for a moment!" She started to leave, trying to find help. But quickly, Xavier grabbed his sister's hand to hold her back.

"Don't go! I'm fine, nothing hurts!" He said. His hand tight and shaking, he didn't want Seraphina to leave.

"B-but-" Seraphina hesitated, she was sure Xavier was not okay. He must be in pain.

"I'm not sick, really!" Prince Xavier smiled and tried to hide his pain. He didn't want to lose his precious moments with Seraphina.

"Really? You are all right, really?" The stubborn Seraphina wouldn't just believe it.

"Really, let's sit together again!" He asked. Princess Seraphina was silent for a moment, watching her brother and making sure that he was all right.

"Alright," she sat back in the flower field, they sat side by side enjoying the beautiful flowers and the cool breeze that blows this spring.

Princess Seraphina got up from her place, walked over to colorful pansies and picked some of them.

"What are you doing?" Xavier asked.

"Arranging flowers," she replied, her face looking serious as if she were knitting a flower.

"Arranging flowers?"

"Yes, Helena taught me," she said. A few moments later, the flowers were finished arranging. Shyly, Seraphina returned to the place where Nathan was sitting and waiting for her. She hide her work behind his back, as if she wanted to surprise him.

"See!" She said, showing a crown made of pansies which were very beautiful. Seraphina smiled with satisfaction with her work, even though she had only learned it once from Helena.

"So beautifull."

"Is it true?"

"Yes, very beautiful!"

"Then, will you use it?" She carefully pinned the flower crown on top of Prince Xavier's head.

Prince Xavier was silent for a few moments. There was a strange feeling, his head seemed to have been cast with a magic spell which somehow made him feel that he was currently Princess Seraphina.

"You looks so beautiful," she said, her smile bursting into perfection like a newly bloomed flower.

"Really?"

"That's right, you looks so beautiful!" Seraphina looked into the eyes of her twin brother. Eyes that looked very similar to her, very beautiful sapphire blue eyes. Then, she hugged her brother's body which she loved so much.

"Sera?" Prince Xavier smiled wistfully, a very warm and comfortable hug. The pain he felt immediately disappeared, because of the hug and the sincere affection of someone who loved him very much and considered him precious more than anything else.

"Xavier, don't get sick again, huh? I can't if you isn't there!"

"Yes," he answered softly, he could not make a sound. It was too comfortable to feel like falling asleep.

Because of the same feeling and the warmth of the spring air, it made them sleepy. In a matter of minutes, the two prince and princess fell asleep on the meadow, surrounded by beautiful flowers. Two butterflies with the same wing color flew around them. Carrying beautiful dreams about a sense of peace and happiness that only children can experience.
