Growl
Her heart was beating very fast as she and her horse started to enter the forbidden forest area. Her body was shaking more and more violently, for her this was a very challenging experience.
During this time she was known as a stubborn prince who always went against the grain and rebelled, especially when she was forced to do things she didn't like. In the end, when her mother moves and takes action, she will surely melt too.
"My hands and feet don't stop shaking, how about this?" she thought. Her throat felt very dry, she swallowed so often that there was nothing she could swallow.
Kaakk..kaakk ... kaaakkk ...
"Kyaaa..." She screamed hysterically as a flock of crows flew over her head.
Spontaneously, she hugged her horse's neck because she was too scared. In a place that has been rumored to be a hiding place for the demons makes any small thing found in this place feel much more terrifying than finding it anywhere else.
"Ouch...what is that? I almost felt like dying from fear!" she said, holding her beating chest until her voice could be heard in her ears.
She tried to calm herself by taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly. Even though she was afraid, she knew she couldn't give up now. There were important things that she had to find in the forest and they were all for Xavier's sake.
She again directed her horse to walk forward again, while her eyes kept glancing around to see the silver leafy plant. Due to the dark atmosphere and only being lit by a single torch, it was quite difficult to ensure that the plant he found was the silver leaf plant or not.
After 10 minutes of searching, she realized that she had entered this forest even deeper. Even though so far no demon had appeared, it still didn't reduce the fear she felt.
Grrrr ... grrr ... grrr ...
She heard a growl from the bush. It was like a dog growl and when she turned to the source of the sound, Nathania could see a pair of eyes shining in the darkness.
"Who ... who's there?"
Instead of running away immediately when she saw something strange and suspicious, innocent Nathania got off her horse to determine where the growling sound came from.
Nathania stepped slowly hesitantly, although she had to realize one thing that finding the silver leafy plant from the horse's back was also quite difficult.
"Who ... who is it?"
"Grrr ... grrr ... grrr ..." the growling voice grew stronger, a creature with shining eyes walked out from the bush.
Nathania's previously narrowed eyes widened when she saw what creature was growling at her. A large gray wolf stared at her viciously as if to pounce on her.
Nathania thought of Owen's dog which was also big, but the one in front of her eyes was three times as big with a terrifying face.
"Good dog ... good dog ... hahaha calm down, calm down ... I beg you ..." she said pleadingly.
Poor Nathania, the more she walked backwards, the wolf came closer and closer to her as if making a pounce to pounce on her.
"W ... wait ... don't come near ... your mouth is so big, I beg you ...!"
"Grrrr ..."
"W ... wait, don't ..."
"Graao ..." the wolf immediately jumped up and would have bitten her, if Nathania didn't have good reflexes to avoid a sudden attack from the wolf.
Nathania left her horse and ran as fast as possible to avoid the wolf's fury. Every now and then she looked back to ascertain the distance between her and the wolf. However, one thing she did confirm was that the wolf was chasing her.
"Help ... help me ...!" Nathania shouted for help in the middle of a forest that is rarely entered by humans like her.
"Bruukkk ..." the torch in her hand fell off and fell to the ground. Nathania didn't have time to take the torch and decided to run in the dark.
"Please ..." Nathania kept shouting and hoped that someone could help her.
Because she kept running, Nathania did not realize that she had entered the forest deeper and made her lost. However, instead of thinking about a way out of the forest, it was better to think about how to survive the wolf chase.
"Where is this? where else can I go?"
In front of her filled with tall trees, Nathania realized that there was no way she could escape any further. Nathania turned around and saw how close she was to the hungry wolf.
"I'm dead!"
"Graukk ..."
"Kyaaa ..."
The wolf jumped on Nathania's body, it made her fall on her back. Nathania resigned and thought maybe this was the end of her life. One thing she deeply regretted was not having the chance to bring the silver leafy plant to Nathan. Had she been given the chance to find it, Nathania would have traded it for her life.
Big and sharp fangs right before her eyes, Nathania wept as she realized the end of her story.
"Nathan help me!"
From the wolf's body appeared a strange lightning which then changed its form into a human.
"Who are you?"
Hearing that question, Nathania who at first closed her eyes, immediately opened her eyes to hear the voice of a man nearby.
"Th ... that ..." her eyes widened when she saw a black-haired young man with glowing turquoise eyes on top of her body in the exact same place as the wolf that had suddenly disappeared.
"Who are you?" the young man looked at her with his sharp eyes which were very cold and cruel, Nathania suffocate, making her feel that her life had partly disappeared.
"I ... I ... I ..."
"What are you doing at my place?"
