Chapter 441 Sylvester Pretends to Be Pitiful, Lela Panics

Lela gazed at Sylvester, her hands cradling his face, her fingertips trembling slightly.

Sylvester said, "Do you know how scared I was when you said you had a period of weakness? I was so afraid, afraid that you would just die like that."

He was also afraid that Lela would be in pain during her period of weakness but kept silent about it. He worried about many things, to the point of being unable to sleep at night.

Sylvester said, "But I found that I couldn't do anything." He felt utterly powerless.

As Sylvester spoke, his eyes gradually welled up with tears,, his jaw clenched tightly, and a layer of misty sorrow covered his eyes, making Lela heart ache.

Lela had never seen Sylvester like this! In her eyes, Sylvester had always been strong and mysterious; even she couldn't see through his identity. Such a Sylvester made her heart ache. She didn't expect that just by not taking her medicine, she could throw him into such disarray.

Lela felt regretful and guilty. She panicked all of a sudden, got up from Sylvester's lap, sat up straight, and held Sylvester's head in her arms. Imitating the way Sylvester had gently stroked her before, she patted his back softly.

Lela said, "Sylvester, don't be afraid. I'm already better, really better. I'm not lying to you."

Sylvester lay on Lela's soft chest, even secretly rubbing against it, pretending to be weak. Lela was soft and fragrant. She truly was his treasure.

Hearing Lela's words, a glint of light and desire flashed in Sylvester's eyes, but his tone remained fragile. "Really? You're really not lying to me?"

Lela held Sylvester in her arms, not noticing his lustful look. She said worriedly, "I'm not lying to you. Do you remember what I told you? My eyes change color because of the awakening of my Mutant abilities. In the past, my period of weakness would last a month, but after my abilities awakened, I recovered quickly. Actually, I was better by the fifth day. I just... just didn't tell you."

Sylvester squinted his eyes, a smile curling at the corners of his mouth. Lela actually had a sense of danger and was quite something!

"But baby, you find me annoying." Sylvester's voice was fragile.

As soon as he said this, the living room fell into an unusual silence.

Butler, James, and a group of servants stood in the living room, shocked at the scene. When did Sylvester become so aggrieved and delicate? Where did the sinister, arrogant, and cold Sylvester go?

Big White paced back and forth in the living room with its heavy paws, observing the scene. Seeing the terrifying man, Sylvester suddenly lying in Lela's arms, it snorted coldly from its nostrils. 'He even needs Lela to comfort him. Humans, nothing special after all.'

Butler cleared his throat.

Sylvester lay on Lela's soft chest, glancing sideways with no hint of shyness, but rather a sinister warning. He seemed to say, 'if you don't leave, you won't live.'

Butler was startled, quickly gesturing for James and the servants to leave.

They were all well-trained, and seeing this, for the sake of their high-paying jobs, they quickly and quietly left.

Lela pushed Sylvester's head. Sylvester was pressing too hard, making it difficult for her to breathe.

Lela said, "Can you loosen up a bit? I can't breathe."

Hearing this, Sylvester quickly loosened up a bit. He was finally being cared forby Lela, so how could he let go so easily? Taking advantage of Lela's concern for him, he grasped her slender waist with his large hand, and his sexy lips, through the fabric, kissed Lela's soft chest.
