We flew out of the dragon realm entering the human world, into a wolf pack’s territory to capture the stupidest dragon. He thought he could take advantage of one of my younger sisters. I brought a few palace guards, and my beautiful fiancée as well. We could barely see it was the craziest blizzard and we were almost blinded. My dragon roared in frustration. The cold did not bother me. I am a water dragon, and my three sisters were wind dragons but the guards I brought along with my girlfriend were fire elemental dragons, and this would dampen their abilities.

We were meeting with the royal advisors my father sent with his cousin along with the new members of the Elder council to discuss the pack’s future and the festivities I had planned for tomorrow when I heard a roar it shook the ground slightly I ran outside to see what was going on when a green dragon dropped to my feet shifting in front of me. A teenage boy, barely sixteen, looked up at me with sad green eyes and asked me for help.
“Why what is going on who is after you?”
Before he could answer more dragons landed shifting to their human forms I pulled the boy behind me.
“You’re trespassing, before an unnecessary fight starts who are you and why are you here unannounced.”
The last dragon landed the biggest man I had ever seen even bigger than my cuddly bears we locked eyes, and everything froze in place he smirked at me and my knees got weak.
“Hello, mate.”
He said, looking me up and down slowly licking his lips.
“MATE! NO! This cannot be happening.”
Some girl cried out grabbing his arm recognition crossed his face as well as guilt as he looked at her. As my mates surrounded the boy for me. Then some obnoxious girl stepped around the gorgeous man.
“He is our prisoner return him now.”
Tilting my head and I looked at her.
“Who are you speaking to like that little girl? Did you forget your manners? Did you forget diplomacy? Watch yourself.”
“I can speak however I like I’m a dragon princess.”
Tristan laughed and addressed her.
“And she is a princess, in fact, the heir to the King of Alphas throne. The king of all shifters including dragons, meaning you are below her. And her mother the Supreme High Priestess, the Priestess of all covens. Try again little princess this is not your kingdom.”
She stomped her foot and turned to her brother complaining. The other dragons, including her brother all bowed and bore their necks in respect and submission he grabbed her arm and pulled her down.
“I ask again why you are here and what could this boy who looks scared of his shadow right now have done to warrant all of this.”
“He tried to force himself on me.”
The annoying girl said, making me scoff.
“Doubtful.”
“Are you calling me a liar?”
“I am.”
She stood defiantly.
“It’s true he wouldn’t take no for an answer.”
“My sister wouldn’t lie.”
My new mate said.
“You’re a fool blinded by brotherly love you don’t see the true nature of your sister her aura is dark and muddy.”
“You may be my mate but watch yourself.”
I growled pushing out my alpha aura forcing all the dragons to their hands and knees.
“Did you just threaten me? You may be a mate, but you are not marked or known watch your tone.”
“I apologize I meant no disrespect I just believe my sister that is all.”
“This can be easily remedied. Boy come here and you obnoxious princess come here.”
He got up immediately and came to my side she refused I forced her to me dragging her across the snow with my magic she screamed and tried to grab for one of her people. When she was next to me, I looked at her.
“You get only so many chances before I can no longer ignore the disrespect.”
Pushing more of my alpha power to her through gritted teeth she apologized. Taking both of their hands.
“Tell me what happened.”
They each give their sides. When they finish, I cast a spell to reveal the truth, and like a projector images float in front of us that show the princess has been harassing this boy for some time trying to make him hers trying to blackmail him when he constantly refuses her. When none of her tricks or extortion worked and she couldn’t get him she decided to punish him and set him up. Her brother stood slowly, shame and resentment crossed his face.
“You were going to have me kill this boy all because he didn’t like you back.”
“It’s not fair I’m the princess all the popular boys avoid me he’s the most popular his family has the highest seats in our kingdom we should be a power couple, and I hate his girlfriend.”
