Chapter 13

" Sorcerer, my father sent me to you to do something about the werewolves not being able to detect me as a weredragon nor my heartbeat. " She said feeling so lazy.  "Is there a way for me to see their faces?" Fiona asked really wanting her mission to be interesting with a guy to fleet with. 

" Yes, I have a crystal ball that was passed down to me by my great grandmother who was a powerful witch in her time. " He boasted.

" Just keep quiet and do what I asked you to do." She said irritated. 

He dipped his hand into a bag and brought out a shiny round object,  made some enchantment on it and the ball began to glow. Fiona looked hard into the ball but couldn't see anything. The sorcerer laughed a little, " You can't see what the ball shows with your ordinary eyes, your subconscious mind needs to be projected for the ball to reflect. 

" How can I think of what I don't know? That's why I am here, I want to see what the so called recent Alpha and her group looks like." Fiona stated getting really frustrated.

" Lie down!" He commanded.

She obeyed after giving the man a suspicious look.

" Now think of the werewolves, tell your self you want to see the leader of the pack." He made some enchantments as he moved a vial of incense all over her face which made her fall asleep.

IN FIONA'S DREAM

She saw two young ladies, a cute handsome man and a little boy. The excitement she felt could not be explained as she saw more than what she wanted; a hot guy, with strong hands and a very beautiful face. This was more than enough reason for her to obey her dad! She looked at the two . ladies and tried to see who the Alpha was. At first she concluded it was Zaria but when she heard Raphael shout at the other girl to increase the strength at which she used to pull the sword, it made her have a second thought. What made her conclude that the other girl was indeed the chosen Alpha was when her already crush asked her how she was going to defend the pack with these weak hands. With that, she woke up!

" He is cute but what a temper he has. Wait, is that really the Alpha thing, that lanky thing? Daddy doesn't really need to stress himself over her, I can break her neck in the twist of my fingers." She said not talking to anyone in particular. 

" Alright, do whatever you have to do. I need to go!" She commanded.

He cast a kind of impersonation spell in order to carry out her mission well. " This is a parrot, all you need to do is whisper anything to it and I will hear from here." He said handing over a cute green small parrot with red beaks and a hello coloured eyes.

When she looked at herself in the mirror, she looked so different. She looked like a poor human girl with red hair and a pale skin. " I look horrible" she complained.

" At least this would go a long way into getting the pity of those dogs. All I need is a perfect story!". She said thinking hard.

" Let me give this a trial first with the one person that can sense any form of deception, If this works on him, then I am so sure of success. But wait, won't this wear off or something? " It was a good thing she asked because such magic can only last as long as seven days maximum.

" Here, wear this pendant. As long as it is on your neck, then no matter what happens, you would look this way." The sorcerer said giving her a reassuring smile.

" What if I miss my old look and I just want to feel like my real self?" She asked not liking the idea of looking this horrible for long. " Also,  what of my powers, wouldn't it come in play?" She asked suddenly remembering her dragon breath.

" For now, you are someone else differently. It's like your real self is fast asleep, I did it that way so you don't mistakly roost someone. And yes, this person's face you are wearing really exist but you won't come in contact with the person, so don't worry." He said sounding like he could actually read her mind.

" Well well, I'm off with my parrot, the earlier I get this thing done, the better for me." She said and walked off complaining bitterly about how so much she missed her hot body. Remembering the cute guy she saw in her dreams, she just felt so encouraged and seeing that he kept shouting at the girl, then it won't take her too much to actually tear all of them apart.

Crawling into her father's palace, she could see Adrian sitting on his Throne having a serious discussion with Sham.

" Your highness, please help me!" She said with tears all over her face.

" Who let this dog into my Palace?" He screamed.

' Dog? Really?' she thought as she got offended by her dad's words on her. Giving it another shot, she continued with her drama.

" My home is lost as well as my family. I owe no one but my enemies have planned my downfall." She screamed rolling on the floor as shedding even more tears.

" Get rid of this f**l, I don't have time for this rubbish." Adrian barked at the men that were closeby. All this while Sham didn't say anything as he watched the lady with curiosity as to how she entered into the weredragons den without anyone noticing her even crawling into the palace without anyone seeing her.

The sorcerer's place was located somewhere within the palace premises and there was a secret door from there to inside the palace room through a secret door. That was the path Fiona took without anyone actually taking notice of her. Adrian built it this way so that he could get access to the weredragon when the need arises without having either of them to travel for minutes in case of emergencies.

" Dad, really? You can't even recognize your own daughter?" She asked disappointed.

" I never gave birth to a tattered creature like this." He said disgustingly.

" Yes, that's true, Gosh!" She said now standing up to clean her whole body. " That was quite an act."  she added as she cleaned her face and winked at her dad.

" Fiona"? The two men chorused.

" Yep! This was the best the sorcerer could come up with." She said rolling her eyes and batting her long lashes.

Adrian moved from where he was sitting and took time to examine her finding it hard to believe.  Even Sham was so shocked that he left his mouth opened for a while. " This was unbelievable!" He exclaimed over and over again.

" Seeing the reaction from two of you, I guess that old guy did a good job." She said nodding her head.

" I don't believe you. Tell me who your latest crush is." Adrian asked me knowing fully well that no one knew who her latest crush was as her likeness for a man could change in a couple of hours and days if it was at all it lasted.

" Well my latest was Sham but it changed a while awhile ago when I saw the handsome guy with the Alpha. He is so breathtaking and I will choose him over and over again.!" she exclaimed excitedly.

" It is you!" Adrian screamed excitement. " I can't believe what a great job the sorcerer did. Wait? Did you see the Alpha?" He asked curiously.

" Oh, yes. She is as they said, skinny and nothing to write home about. I could possibly kill her with my little finger." She added sounding very disappointed.

" She may be that way now but remember she still the Alpha. The strength and power in her cannot be quantified, with time, you all will see what I sense." he just wish he could make them all to understand how powerful this girl is.

" I am assuming the guy you saw in your dream is Raphael and the girl Zaria base on the description the spy gave to me." Sham added.

" Raphael? Woah! What a pretty name for a pretty boy!" She clapped excitedly.

" What's with the little bird?" Adrian asked not getting the role the bird was playing.

" Well, a little helper." She summarized.

" Alright dad and my ex crush, I'm off to bring home my mate. Prepare yourself for a son in law dad." And with that she left the vicinity of the weredragons treading carefully.

" Left, Right, left right..." Was the words that came out of Raphael mouth as he duel with Elsa who was finding hard to keep up. Eventually the sword fell from her hand and Raphael couldn't help shouting at her once again. This time,  Elsa could not bear it.
