Chapter 33

" Come, hold my hands. Don't be afraid!" The dragon said stretching it's hand towards Elsa who was scared at first. After a few nods of encouragement from the wolf nearby, she later took the dragon's hand. It was like the dragon rushed inside of her and immediately she returned back to consciousness. 

Her eyes flung opened and she felt like a whole new person. Not fully aware of what changed her whole spin, she sprung to her feet. With boldness and so much confidence, she walked straight to Adrian's face.

" O no, she going to get her self killed" the Werewolves exclaimed.

" Let them go now" Elsa said with her eyes gradually changing and her voice sounding husk.

" O my little friend, I didn't know you were hiding somewhere. Glad to have you here, I have actually been waiting for you because we have a lot to discuss. " Adrain was saying still surprised to see Elsa. 

" Hum, what they say about you isn't far from the truth. You really don't look like one capable of Saving a whole race but I trust you will be of great help to me. " Adrian continued visualizing how powerful and strong Elsa will be by the time he is done with her. Infact, he intends making her the most fearful creature to ever exist on generations.

" I will never work with you." Elsa screamed still gradually changing form. 

" It's not a request my darling." He said unmoved by her gradual transformation. Everyone was expecting her to change into a werewolf but she shocked them all and left them breathless when two big wings came out of her back. They all stared at her in awe and unbelief as her slender body was now covered with red scales and her height increased. In less than two minutes, the simple and innocent looking young lady was replaced with a fierce looking creature with horns, scales, sharp claws and a huge long tail.

" O my goodness" Adrain exclaimed breathless. Elsa spat fire on Adrain and his guards but Adrain was fast enough to dodge the blow but some of his men were unlucky as they suffered some injuries.

Elsa expected the werewolves to run away with this distraction she just created but instead they still stood there dumbstruck including Raphael who had seen this side of her once.

" Roorrh" she roared at the werewolves and they all ran as fast as they could. Wether they ran out of fear or because they understood what she said,no onc could really tell.

Elsa quickly flipped her large two wings and flew as high as wings could fly. But she didn't leave without first spitting hot fire on the dwellers of the mountain. Some weredragons quickly transformed into dragons and flew faster than she could, there by catching up quickly with her. They released balls of her on her and as a newbie that she was, she had to avoid attacks instead of retaliating.

" Elsa, fly down and transform into a wolf." She heard Raphael's voice in her head. Thankfully she still had that part of a werewolf even as a dragon Currently.

She quickly flew down but she wasn't lucky enough as her left wing was hit with a ball of fire.

" Arghh" she grunted in pain as she transformed to a wolf since she was close to the ground. The rest of the pack didn't go far as everyone stood at alert ready to defend her. She ran up to them and together they all ran into the forest far from the reaching eyes of the weredragons who were hot on their tails.

" I want that girl found." Adrain yelled when the pursuers returned stating that they couldn't find them.

All this while Sham watched everything from his room window and he was even awed by Elsa ad others were. He couldn't stop thinking about how magnificent she looked turning into a dragon and a wolf later. " She has the powers of both creatures." He couldn't stop himself from imagining how useful she would be in his defeat of the weredragons and in the fulfilment of his dreams in becoming the Alpha.

" Yes! All this is working for my good. Since this powerful weapon as landed safely in my hands, I need to work towards finding out the weakness of the weredragons. " He soliloquised happily.

" How come no one knew she was a dragon too." Adrain asked himself.

" You there, didn't you know? Or you intentional kept it from me?" He said softly to the guard closest to his side.

" No my lord, no one is aware." The guard quickly said kneeling down. He knew Adrain was his most dangerous when he spoke calmly.

" From the look of things my lord, even the werewolves were not aware. They all looked suprised, looks like the girl heard it real good from even her people." The general quickly said.

" Wow, I like her already. She is going to be my right hand person." He smiled visualizing the havoc he could create even more with Elsa at his side.

" Find her at all and bring her to me. She must work with me whether she likes it or not but never to worry, I will convince her." He said before leaving the throne room to find Sham.

None of the werewolves said anything until they returned to the forest.

" What happened?" One werewolf asked.

" Where is Adrain?" Another asked.

" Why are you all quiet?" Another asked noticing the silence and shock on their faces.

" Didn't Adrain come with you?"

" Why will you leave without him?"

" Is he dead?" Another threw the last question.

" Adrain died right in front of us." Zaria said.

" Maybe if we had gone earlier and avoided the stupid argument, we would have been able to save him." The werewolf who had it head-log with Zaria earlier said.

" His death was inevitable, it only delayed for us to witness it." She responded really not in the mood of exchanging words with him.

" Really? You killed him." The werewolf yelled.

" Enough all of you, we have a bigger problem at hand. " One other werewolf that went with them said.

" What's the problem? Every attentionn was now turned on him.

Meanwhile Raphael took Elsa into a tent so she could rest. The wound was serious and it would take too much time for her body to heal on it's own. So, he resolved to using some herbs he knew was efficient for wound healing.

" Huh" she groaned in pain.

" You were brave earlier, you really dumbfounded us all. " Raphael said with pride and appreciation in his voice as he applied the herbs.

Elsa smiled on getting a commendation from Raphael for the first time.

" If getting my self hurt frequently will earn me a commendation from you, then you have it." She joked.

" Common don't be silly." He said with a smile. 

" You should smile often it looks really good on you." Elsa was forced to smile too seeing Raphael smile for the first time in a long time.

" You really need to rest, a lot awaits you and ofcourse your training has to double because the weredragons now are aware of this part of you. I am not expecting them to keep quiet or act like nothing happened." He said seriously.

" Alright, I'm feeling drowsy already." She yawned then feel asleep.

" How do you feel now?" Raphael asked Zoe who was standing at the entrance of the tent all this while.

" Much better, I want to serve better. I heard Zaruch is dead, I wonder how many more will have to die first before we get rid of these vicious fire breathing creatures." He said with a clenched fist.

" Relax comrade, getting annoyed is not the solution. You really need to be in control of your changing emotions, so it doesn't lead you instead. I need to go discuss Elsa's dragon side with the others." He said patting Zoe's back before leaving the tent. Since Zoe had been with them longer than other werewolves, he was aware of Elsa being a dragon too.

" What is this we hear?" The first weredragon started. 

" The girl, a dragon?" They asked not really remembering her name.

" Okay?" Raphael sat beside Zaria who looked really exhausted.

" You brought an enemy to rule over us?" The weredragon said disappointed. 

" Did you already make an Alliance with the weredragons without asking us? So, you expect us to put all our trust and the lives of our generations yet unborn on a dragon blood. You are worse than Sham!" He said angrily.

Zaria couldn't believe this was the best thing the werewolf could say. Not wanting to start a fight, she stood up and went into Elsa's tent. She found her fast asleep, Zaria couldn't begin to imagine the burden the little girl was carrying with little support from her kind. At some point, Zaria wished she could relief her of her resporesponsibi, maybe even become the Alpha at the end.
