Chapter 26
She tiptoed to the throne room to at least hear a little of their conversation but changed her mind when she noticed that time wasn't on her side. But as she was leaving, she heard Fiona say something.
" How long do you intend keeping that Zaria girl? She really is a pain in my ass. I'm finding it difficult to get closer to Elsa because of her. Even Raphael has started loosening up towards me. "
" How is it that Fiona knew all their names? She is not sure that she ever mentioned those names while in Captivity. How come?" She wondered but time was against her that she had to find a way to leave the kingdom without raising suspicion. The only way to get out of there was to dress like one of them; " exposing clothes". It was disgusting and at a point she almost had a change of mind. But she decided to bear so as to leave that place alive.

Meanwhile, back at the forest, Sham who was wearing the appearance of Zaria felt he was running out of time and needed to act past. The spell could wear out anytime soon, although the sorcerer didn't tell him that, he knew that these spell things never lasted for long.
" Zaruch, come" Zaria called him placing a hand around his neck.
" I am so happy for you. You've indeed proven to be a great leader. Right from where you were a teenager, I knew something about you sparkled above others." He began with a smile.
" Here, a toast to you, us and a new life of the werewolves. We would no longer hide but defeat this weredragons and I promise to help you out." He added pouring out the keg of wine into two cups.
He made sure his pointer finger was immersed into the silver powder so as to hold enough quantity of the substance. As he poured the drink, he dipped his finger into the drink and brought it out quickly. He handed over to Zaruch who was replaying all her words in his head.
Knowing Zaria for a while, he had always known her to be the stubborn type who only stood for what she knew was right. So, for her to support him, he was rest assured that he would certainly become the next Alpha. He gladly took the think for the supposed Zaria and drank.
" A toast to you." Zaria said before sipping from her own cup. Sham made sure that they moved a reasonable distance from the others so that no one would catch him.
Zaruch began to feel his strength leaving him. He was feeling weak but he thought he was just tired. Sham watched him slump and fell to the ground. Looking around to be sure no one saw them, he took ahold of Zaruch and leapt away. ' That was quite easy' he thought as he moved faster out of the forest.

" Incompetent fool, how could you let her escape?" Adrain screamed untop of his voice. By the time he finished his conversation with his daughter, he remembered he had a captive in his room and hurried to her. To his surprise, the guards weren't standing at their usual spot at the door and the werewoman wasn't inside the room too.
" Ring the bell, find her" he commanded before walking out of the room in annoyance.
Though it wasn't easy, she successfully found her way out of the weredragons kingdom. She used the key she cooked from the guards and removed the chain around her neck. She felt her power restored and how alive she felt.
Not sure where Raphael and the others were, she went to their last location which took her almost a day to get there. It took her only a day before she didn't rest but ran throughout. She needed to tell Raphael what Sham did, they needed to go to the forest where the werewolves were hiding together.
Finding the place empty, she could only guess they weren't far as the fire they used the previous night was still burning a little. " Awoah" she howled.
" Wait, I hear something." Elsa said stoping the rest of the group.
They paused to listen and indeed it was a wolf howling. Elsa responded by howling too and gladly, Zaria heard her. He followed the sound of her howl and in less than thirty minutes, they saw her leaping in all her might to where they were. The whole howling was quite annoying and irritating to Anna's ears. She really hated anything that sounded like a werewolf apart from Raphael of course, who she has chosen to be her eternal mate.
Transforming back into humans, she took time to inhale enough oxygen as she was already out of breath. Raphael could not believe his eyes, he had never seen Zaria that Beautiful. He stared at her for what seem like forever. The exposing clothes she wore, together with the makeup and when the veil she used to cover her face made her look so different yet very attractive. She swirled her hair left and right so as to dry it because her hair was wet. Raphael had always known Zaria with pony tail, she barely let her hair loose. Now he knew why, it would be difficult to resist her.
Anna noticed the way Raphael stared at Zaria, she felt so angered as jealousy consumed her.
" Zaria, you look very beautiful. Accessories indeed make one look different plus I'm glad you are save." Elsa exclaimed excitedly after which she ran to give her a hug.
" I'm glad you are okay" Zoe said with a bright smile on his cute face.
Everyone turned to Raphael expecting a word or two from him, but he said nothing.
" Raphael?" Zaria called out to him wondering why he stared at her that way.
" O, ehm...I happy you are fine. What happened? What did Sham want with you?" He finally composed himself and asked her.
" How did you know it was Sham?" She asked now crossing her hand over her chest while resting her back on a tree.
" The bandits told us, Raphael was able to get them to describe who wanted you and it was none other but Sham." Elsa explained when it seemed like Raphael was taking forever to answer.
" What are you wearing?" Raphael asked keeping a straight face.
" Oh" Zaria exclaimed suddenly remembering what she was wearing.
" It's the weredragons female outfit" she explained now looking at herself over and over again.
" It was the best I could find, I will change now." She said gesturing to Elsa to pass her an extra cloth she had in her bag.
" You are lucky the weredragons didn't feast on you." Anna said out of jealousy rather than concern.
" I would have broken their neck if they had dated to touch me. Even the weredragon king could not touch me, so who will dare?" Zaria responded back from behind the tree where she was changing out of her former clothes.
Anna scoffed hearing such rubbish against a weredragon; even her father to be precise.
" I will make sure to kill this proud werewolf with my bare hands one day, and that would be after I rip her tongue out." She swore in her heart. Since no one was paying attention to her, known could hear her thoughts. But that would have been partially possible only as Anna and not Fiona. Weredragons are immune to the werewolves extra ordinary hearings especially for words not audible.
Zaria came out now looking like her old self.
" Now, this us the Zaria we are use to." He smiled and everyone did the same.
" Let's get down to business." Anna interrupted not liking the smiles and attention given to Zaria just because she looked more beautiful. Besides it is all thanks to the weredragons. Who knows how they will all behave when they see Fiona in her glory. She usually looked like a demi god and it takes the strong at heart to stare at her eyes. If this little dressing could warrant such attention from Raphael, then she really needed to work extra hard to look twice as beautiful with the current body she was wearing.
" Sham took my body to get hold of Zaruch." Zaria began
" Took your body how? It's not possible for a human to possess another body." Raphael asked confused.
Wanting Raphael to look at her, Anna explained.
" It's a spell that enables you take the physical features of a person you want to impersonate. Several times they tried to trick my king then into killing him, they ended up killing the wrong people. The King had ten people who impersonated his looks, for safety purposes. " She explained.
All this while, Raphael payed so much attention to her and that was exactly what she wanted.
" Isn't there a way to detect the real one?" Elsa asked curious.
" Well, you wouldn't know unless you watch the person's attitude."
