She is nowhere to be found

I walk around looking at the amazing places, tall buildings with Wonderful decors, I walk not knowing I've wonder far away from the house, I didn't notice the unfamiliar places.

I kept walking enjoying the view in front of me, from time to time I'll caress my stomach feeling the little baby pump, it is small but there.

I stood looking at a statue when suddenly a van stopped in front of me and I was dragged inside by mask men "hey..." the man place a hand on my mouth muffling the sound.

"sir the production team said they are sure to finish up with the game by next three months, depending on how long the character designs will take." I nod

"You have a dinner date with Miss Lucy." I gave her a hard look, she knows she is not suppose to accept any dinner dates from females but yet she did.

"Sir I said no but she was persistent, I told her I'll try but she shouldn't expect it." I wicked smile appear on my lips.

"sure, tell her I'll go on a date with her, let her send you the address of the restaurant." Sophie has a surprise look on her face "sir are you sure?" she asked I nod.

She left my office to contact Lucy, she came back with a piece of paper in her hand "sir this is the address of the restaurant, she said you will meet each other there that there is no need to come pick her up." that's if I'll show up. I thought.

Work went well, finally it was time for me to go home, I miss Amaya already. I don't know how I feel, I can't explain it, I've never felt this way before and it is killing me inside.

I got in and my driver took off, taking me home, I got home but it was late, the time read seven. There was this heaviness in the air, something is not right.

I got in and found Lydia in tears, Baron and the others had a their head down "what is going on?" I asked Lydia hurriedly clean her tears, she rush to me.

"where did you keep your phone? I've been trying to reach you since morning." I checked my phone, twenty missed calls, my phone was on silence.

"my phone was on silence, what happened?" Lydia look at me, tears filling her eyes, "Amaya.."

"What happened to Amaya? is she OK? is the baby fine?" I asked not giving him the chance to speak.

"when you left for work, I went to my room to do some work like I always do but when I came back down stairs, Amaya was nowhere to be see. Baron said she went to take a walk around the vicinity but that was hours ago, we look around and I found her phone and slipper but she wasn't there." I turn to look at Baron, my eyes flaring up in anger.

"why did you let her go out on her own when she knows no one here but us?" I almost punch the old man if not Lydia who held my hand.

"sir I told Vanessa to go with her but Mrs Campbell refused saying she will find her way back. Am sorry sir" he lower his head

"sorry? sorry won't bring my wife back to me, sorry won't bring Amaya here unharmed. Mark my words if anything happened to her or the baby, you will regret ever been born." I walk out going back to take matters in my own hands.

"give me the car keys." without thinking twice he gave me, I got in. Bringing out my phone I dial a number "hey, I will send you a picture of a girl find out where she is. I want you to tell me where she is in two hours time." I said no to the person on the other side of the family.

"yes boss." the person said and disconnected the call, with Lydia's help, I got to the place where Amaya's stuff was found, I noticed that there was a shop and it has a CCTV camera.

I got in and went to the front desk "I want to speak to your manager." the lady gave me look

"why do you want to see the manager sir? any problem with the customer service?" she asked

"no, look I don't have time to sit and talk, tell me where you manager is." she rolled her eyes "all you rich men think you can rule the world, walking around and ordering people like their lives depends on you." that's it.

I don't have a problem when it comes to hitting women, if you get on my nerves I won't think twice. I gave her a tight slap on her cheek which led to a split on her lip.

"now where is your manager?" my voice thundered, with shaking hands and teary eyes she muttered "in that room." she pointed at a close door "That wasn't hard now was it?" I smiled at her before making my way to the door.

Without knocking, I push it open and got in "who are you and what do you want? and who gave you the right to barge into my office like that?" he asked

"I want to take a look at your security room," he gave out a mocking laugh.

"who do you think you are? get out of my office before I call security!" I don't have time for this, I bought out my phone "Sophie, tell Mr. Donovan I am willing to make a game for him for any amount he wants if he is willing to sell me his shop, the one next to the poorly built statue."

Sophie got back to me in the spam of one minute "he said deal, he will email the contract." she said.

"good." I disconnected the call and turn to look the manager who was looking at me with wide eyes, he heard everything since the phone was on speaker mode.

"now are you going to take me there or should I do something you won't like?" he bow his head and took me there, before entering the room I turn to him and said "And oh, your fired, tell the lady on the front desk to back her stuff and leave else.." I entered the room....
