I love you

She woke up feeling light-headed and relaxed, "when did you get here?" She asked noticing Mason staring at her.

"Like thirty minutes ago. Why didn't you tell me you were so stressed out? I was so worried when I couldn't reach you." He hugs her on the bed.

"I'm sorry, I just didn't want to disturb you. Let's go home I miss my daughter." They went downstairs bid everyone goodbye and went home.

Amaya rushed to Piper's room "I miss you my little princess" she carried her, and kissed her on the cheek and forehead.

"And Daddy misses the both of you" he hug both of them from behind "let's go out for dinner, just the three of us" He proposed.

They got ready, Mason booked a reservation in a seven-star restaurant for them. The three of them left for their dinner, someone stood by her window fuming with rage.

They got to the restaurant, a waiter took them to their table. Mason didn't book a private room, he wants the world to see that he is complete, he has a beautiful wife and a beautiful daughter.

And that's what happened, a reporter who had come to have her dinner saw them together. She took secret pictures of them, when they entered the restaurant and when he pulled a chair for her and took Piper from Amaya.

They ordered their dinner. Amaya was full of smiles, she felt stupid for doubting and feeling insecure about her husband's feelings for her.

They had their dinner happily, and after settling their bills, Mason decided to take a quiet walk with Amaya, they gave Piper to the driver and took a walk holding hands.

"Love" she called, he looked at her waiting for her to say what was really on her mind "I am sorry for doubting you, I just felt bad because you agreed to let Lindsay stay with us without asking if I was okay with it or not."

Mason stopped in his tracks, he faced her with a little smile on his face. He cup her face, gave her a long kiss that left her breathless, and gave the reporter who was secretly following them a new scoop for tomorrow.

"I only did that because I wanted to give her a chance to prove herself but if you don't want her to be there you let me know and we will pack her out." She laughed after listening to what he said.

"Let's give her a chance, but if she tries anything funny I will personally send her out." He kissed her knuckles lovingly.

"Let's go home, I only wanted you to air what was eating you up" she looked at him shocked. He noticed it, her reactions when she left the dining table in the morning when she said she wanted to visit her family, the look in her eyes when she woke up from her nap.

"I love you, Mason Campbell," she said looking into his eyes. She kissed him again under the moonlight and stars.

They returned to their car, got in, and drove home with a clear head and mutual understanding.
