Chapter 35

*Chapter 35
2101 Woodpine Road*

**"Damn, okay we're** done for now. Please let's get some food, I'm practically starving here." Nikolai begged me for the fifth time in the last 10 min. I sighed in frustration and then just nodded. Nikolai jumped up from his chair and run out of my office before I could think twice about my choice.

I chuckled a bit and walked out of the room after Nikolai all the way to the kitchen. Luke, my head of chef was in the kitchen waiting for our order. Nikolai looked up at me with big puppy eyes and pouted lips. I burst into laughter.

"Dear lord. Don't pout like that, you look like a monkey." Nikolai stopped and I heard Luke chuckled under his breath. Nikolai looked at the chef then back to me. He placed a hand on his heart and wiped away a fake tear "That hurt you know? I'm a softy!" He pouted again before bursting into laughter as well.

"Hey, Luke, can you make us a sandwich- Uhm I got to take this but just whip something up," I said well looking down on my phone. Silva was calling me.

"What is it?" I answered "Tatiana... we have a mission and it can't wait." I sighed "Okay?" I looked over to Nikolai and he was looking back at me with a raised eyebrow.

"There is a rough CSI-agent that worked for us that now turned against us about 2 hours ago. I'll send you all the info right now. You have to make this guy disappear. He has information about us. He's going to give it to the Russian Mob."

My eyes flashed to Nikolai before I turned my back on him and answered Silva "Okay send me what I need but what am I supposed to do with Nikolai?" I looked back up and saw that Nikolai was making funny faces with Luke.

"What about Nikolai?" Silva's frustrated voice came through on the other hand of the phone. "Well he is here and we're busy with a school project." Silva sighed again and I could hear the irritation in his voice. "Do something, but this mission must be done within the hour." I rolled my eyes "I'm on it," I hung up and turned around bumping into Nikolai

"Somewhere you have to be?" I nodded "Look I'm sorry but I need to go but it’s family business." Nikolai disappointed look on his face but nodded. "Well, I'll just get my things than be on my way," I nodded "Well I'll ask Mr. Pennyworth to let you out. I really have to go. I'll see you at school or maybe later." Nikolai nodded but I could see the disappointment in his eyes.

I rushed up the stairs to the weapons room. Looking down the hall seeing nobody coming up I entered the code, walked in and closed the door behind me. We wouldn't want someone, especially Nikolai to wander in here.

I picked up a duffel bag in the corner and put in a sniper gun with a bullet box. Then I put in 10 knives into the bag. I bent down, rolling up the bottom of my jeans and placed a strap that held the knives in and places 4 knives in there.

I picked up 2 handguns and pulled out the magazines filling them up with bullets. I placed the one gun in the back of my jeans under my shirt and the other on the side of my jeans. I pulled my shirt off and placed on a bulletproof vest on before I put another strap over the vest. I nodded knowing I was safe. I quickly put in 5 fully loaded magazines just for safety measures.

Just then my phone pinged and I saw that it was a message from Silva with everything I needed. I look at my phone security camera check to see if anybody was coming. When nobody was I entered the pin on the inside pad and the door opened. I walked out and shut the door once again behind me.

I run down the stairs and out the door. I jogged over to the popup garage and pressed the button. The floor moved and all my cars came above ground. I walked to the red Audi.

Opening the back door I stuffed the duffel bag in and then got into the car. I sped down the road to the gate and opened it. Driving to the cafe was easy because I drove like a maniac between cars and got to the cafe house that was 30 minutes away in less than 20 minutes.

I walked to the petrol station across the road and walked around it to the back. Climbed the ladder that was against the wall all the way to the top was easier said than done. I, after all, had to carry a fully loaded duffel bag with me and my arm was still sore.

I settled and started setting up. I saw 4 guards on the cafe rooftop, 4 guards outside the cafe entrance and I guessed about 15 guards on the inside. They sure were protected but this wouldn't stop me. They obviously didn't know much about me.

I put to silencers on the guns and shot the 4 guards on the rooftop. 2 of the guards by the door looked up but then just went back to normal. I started setting up the rifle guns that I had also put in the duffel bag.

I then shot the 4 guards by the door. Suddenly about 10 guys ran out of the building. I saw a guy ordering everybody around. I quickly stuffed enough magazines everywhere I could.

When everybody that was in front of the cafe was gone I did a front flip off the roof onto an SUV that was parked. I tucked my legs in and rolled to not injure myself.

I crept closer to the cafe and looked into the window. It was then that I knew I was wrong there had to be at least another 10 people in the cafe. The four other guards that were looking for me spotted me and I quickly shot at them. When they were all dead I looked back into the cafe.

I took a deep breath before bursting into the cafe. I started shooting everywhere with the rifle guns. I tucked and rolled behind a booth and reloaded the guns. I looked over the booth and then started shooting again. Glass was flying everywhere.

When the rifle's ammo was finished I dropped them and grabbed the 2 handguns. I peeked around the booth again and saw that the CSI agent was shot in the leg and that Gretchen was hiding behind the till counter.

I took another deep breath and the aimed for Gretchen. She jumped over the counter and kicked the guns out of my hands. I sighed knowing that I had to damage my hands now and would have to hide the marks with makeup for school tomorrow.

I punched her twice before doing around-the-house kick. She moved backward on impact. She quickly recovered and got back up to kick me in the stomach. Yeah, that was going to hurt tomorrow. I did that thing where you flip your body up again from the ground.

I kicked my right leg into her stomach but caught her by the shoulder then kicked my right knee into her stomach. This move made her struggle to breathe. I saw movement on my side and quickly pulled out 3 of my knives. I bent down and swiped my feet in a 360-degree turn and the person fell to the ground... I flicked the knives and they all entered the body.

I heard a soft sound before feeling pain in my shoulder. Darnit, I thought silently. What was it would people, guns and my shoulders? My right shoulder had just healed a bit and now I had a bullet hole in my left one.

I quickly picked up one of my guns and shot Gretchen between the eyes and the shot the CSI agent that was crawling away in the shoulder and another leg. I walked over and looked Donovan in the eyes. "It looks like we have to make an example of you Donnie! Did you not know better than to turn against us?" I said before shooting him between the eyes as well.

I flipped open my phone, dialled Silva's number. When he answered I said, "It's done cleanup crew in need." I hung up and walked back to the petrol station. I was surprised that nobody came out but I guess Gretchen took care of that in case something like this happened.

I got back into my car and looked at my shoulder. Son-of-a-Biscuit, there was a blood stain on my shirt. This was one of my favourite coloured shirts. Rolling my eyes I waited for the clean-up crew and when they arrived I sped off home.

When I arrived home I walked up to the kitchen and Mr. Pennyworth saw me. He rushed over and looked at my shoulder. He quickly took off and came back a minutes later with a first aid kit.

He cleaned up the wound, pulled the bullet out then cleaned the wound again. He quickly wrapped it so I won't lose any more blood.

He washed his hands as I painfully pulled my shirt back on over my head. He placed a cup of hot coffee and a slice of toast with cheese on it on the table and gave me a pointed look that told me Eat-or-Else.

Not bothering to question him I quickly ate it and I could feel the light heartedness leave me. I swallowed the coffee in a few gulps and nodded at Mr. Pennyworth. He nodded back and I walked up to my room. This had been a long day! And it wasn't even 2 pm yet.
