Epilogue
*4 Years Later*
**It's been 4** years since the accident, 4 years since his life changed. He was nothing close to the man he had been all those years ago. He had turned to the help of Whiskey and Scotch bottles, cigarettes, guns, drugs, and dangerous situations.
Every night he would have nightmares of what he thinks might have happened, why it would happy, who did it and last but not least what he would do if he found out who did it. That day he felt hopeless and could do nothing to save the people he loved with all his heart and soul. That day he became a shallow man with no emotions except for depression and anger.
Silva had thought he was a strong man. A man with no weakness. A man that can't be hurt the way he is now. He had endured a lot of pain his whole life. The death of his Brother, then the suicide of his mother and he finally his father that left and could not be found just because he didn't want to be in the place he lost his family. He had thought he could withstand any type of pain, but he was wrong.
Silva had to take the Gang over at the tender age of 19 and in his eyes he wasn't ready but then he met the love of his life Grace. She was the school's nerd that only talked English when necessary and he didn't really notice her until after graduation. She had intrigued him and he wanted her, he would do anything to have her. He had done a lot of things to make her happy but she never wanted any materialist things since she was always, all throughout high school in love with him.
After he had released he was in love with her he proposed and they got married at 23. Sadly they could never have children of their own. That was why he took Tatiana in so easily when she spoke of her life and family. They both wanted children but Grace was unable to give him that so he took Tatia in and had always treated her with respect and love like she was his own daughter. Like he would treat his own daughter.
He was happy and content that was why he definitely didn't expect what happened that day when his enemies caught him so unexpectedly and took away everything he had, loved and cared for. He looked down at the stone in the ground where he had spent almost every day for the last 4 years.
On the right, he read the stone
Here lays Grace Ferreira
A Beloved wife, Amazing friend, Strong leader and a Gentle mother.
2 January 1987 – 26 January 2019
She was a dearly loved, uncompromisingly unique, once met never forgotten, woman.
On the left, he read the other stone that kept Grace away from loneliness. Another person he thought would never leave him. Someone he loved just as much as he had love Grace.
Here lays Tatiana Aksakor Moretti
A Beloved Daughter, Kind Friend, Taken Mother, and an Adored Wife.
4 September 1998 – 28 January 2019
She was an always loving always loved, Inspiration to all and Beautiful gift.
Until we meet again.
In the distance, he felt the presence of another person. Silva knew that Nikolai never left him alone these days. He was always in a distance when Silva was with his family. He also knew that Nikolai had lost the person he surprisingly and unexpectedly fell in love with.
At least he wasn't as alone as Silva. Tatiana had given Nikolai something to hold onto, something to stay strong for. She gave him twins, a daughter named Riley and a son named Dylan. They were both 4 years old now. When Nikolai and Silva were here at the grave the kids would stay at Olivia or his mother's house.
Nikolai was strong and he was a true man in Silva's envious eyes. Whereas Silva had stood emotionless at the wake, not believing that it was true and then cried every day after that fateful day and where he turned to the bottles for comfort Nikolai was different.
Nikolai had cried like a baby, said his goodbyes and then stood next to Silva everyday following. Nikolai was strong because even though he lost his wife he had to take care of his two newborn babies and Silva. He had to pick up the slack where Silva couldn't. He had to be there for everybody but himself.
Silva remembers that on the day they had shot his wife, she died of blood lose where Tatiana had it worse. She was pregnant and was shot so many time we all were surprised that the babied survived. Silva doesn't know how Nikolai does it. He had at least heard his wife's voice one last time. Nikolai had no such chance.
Tatiana had gone into a coma and the doctors had to do an emergency C-Section to see if they could save the babies. When the babies came out they were rushed to surgery to fix them and to try and save them.
We all thought there was hope when they survived but Tatiana was in a coma for two days after giving birth. The doctors said that she was weak from the shooting and from giving birth. After two long, emotion days the doctors lost her.
The doctors had said that she was very weak and didn't know if she'd survive the first night. The next day we all had hope because she survived the first night but it wasn't long after that when they couldn't help her anymore. Her brain was swelling, her heart was giving up. It would have been torture to all of us if we kept her on life-support.
Nikolai missed his wife, the bad girl that sprung into his life unexpectedly. The woman that bought the danger and mystery out of him. He wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. He wanted them to get married as soon as possible and have a family together. He had hoped to get the chance of growing old with her, having their own children and grandchildren.
At least he had achieved some of his dreams. They did get married. They spent 2 wonderful years as husband and wife. 9 of those months were carrying two babies. Unfortunately, they just could grow old together and watch their grandchild play in the backyard.
Nikolai had to be there for their babies. He had to be a better father then her father and even his. He had to be strong for them and for Silva.
He had asked Olivia to take care of the kids for a day 2 years after the accident and spent the day with Tatiana. He had told his buried wife all about his dreams, the hopes and what he wanted for his and their children's lives. He knew it would be a long time, maybe even never before he could meet someone half as amazing as his wife
.
Although he is still young he believes he couldn't and would never love someone half as much as he loved Tatiana and for now all he could do was love and care for his children. No matter what, they would always come first.
