Episode 11.

"Why?" Max inquired.

"Because today, you will tail her. If you discover she visited him again, she becomes your prime focus. Consider her a suspect from now on, monitor her every move closely, and report back to me," Dean instructed firmly.

"Yes, sir," Max responded as Dean went inside. Max followed him downstairs, and both of them quickly got themselves prepared and dressed up.

Dean got into his car and headed towards the casino company, while Max went to Mula's Territory to tail Athena.

It was morning, and their food had already been prepared. However, due to the importance of the matter, Max and Dean couldn't eat and hurried to their respective destinations.

Although Elena urged Dean to eat, he hesitated, stating that he needed to meet with the casino company owners, as other parties were also interested in purchasing it.

As a result, Elena was left to eat alone in the dining room, enjoying her food.

Soon after, Minerva entered the kitchen with her hands folded behind her back, accompanied by Elisa.

"You called for me," Minerva said as she entered, bowing her head slightly, while Elena gazed at her.

"She's here, my Luna," Elisa added before Elena could say a word. Elena nodded gently at her.

"You have done well. Please have a seat, let's have breakfast," Elena requested. Minerva immediately took a seat, thinking she was the one Elena was referring to.

"Not you! I'm talking to Elisa!" Elena yelled at Minerva. Minerva, feeling disgraced, nodded her head and gently stood from the chair.

"I'm sorry," Minerva said as she moved a little bit away from the dining table, creating space for Elisa, who then sat down and joined Elena in eating.

Minerva watched them, her body shaking visibly. She couldn't stand her ground, as she was just managing, having not eaten since yesterday.

The food Elena gave her was still her last meal, and she had hoped Elena called her to offer her some food, not to watch her eat.

"So, Minerva, I want to ask you a question, please are you really here to hurt me? I don't understand what you were thinking when you told Dean yesterday that it had been hours since I left the pack," Elena asked, referring to Minerva by name.

"I didn't mean to put you in trouble. I checked your room, and you weren't there, nor did I see Elisa," Minerva started explaining, almost with tears in her eyes.

"Before I asked Jared, who told me he didn't see you for hours, I personally searched everywhere for you..." Minerva was explaining, but Elena interrupted her.

"Didn't your little mind tell you I was going to see your mother as promised? You wanted to make sure she was okay, and now you want to use it to backstab me?" Elena's voice grew audibly angered.

Minerva was left with her mouth agape, clearly surprised by Elena's words.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know..." Minerva attempted to explain, but Elena interrupted her once again.

"Keep quiet! It's clear you were trying to set me up with fabricated stories and lies. There's nothing more to it!" Elena stated firmly.

"No!" Minerva immediately denied, trying to deflect Elena's accusation, although doubt lingered even within Minerva.

It was uncertain if she truly meant her words or if she was pretending. Only Elena, who had lived with her, could discern what she was capable of doing.

"Do not say another word," Elena thundered, as she seemed poised to say more.

Elisa, feeling pity for Minerva, saw her as an innocent victim of Elena's wrath.

"By the way, I can see you're already shaking. The covered white plate contains your food," Elena informed Minerva, who quickly scanned the table and found the plate near Elisa.

Elisa helped shift the plate towards Minerva, who picked it up with a sigh of relief.

"Thanks, I'm grateful," Minerva said, lowering herself slightly before turning to leave. She opened the plate and couldn't believe her eyes.

What Minerva saw was disheartening. It felt like an act of cruelty, perhaps Elena's way of retaliating for everything Minerva had done to her, or maybe an attempt to inflict more pain on Minerva since Minerva had decided to strike her for her kindness.

However, the plate of food given to Minerva contained only two slices of bread, despite her hunger. She knew she needed a full meal to sustain herself, especially since she only ate once a day. How was she supposed to survive on this meager portion until the next day? it's obviously a mission impossible.

After gazing at the food for a moment, Minerva couldn't just walk away. She held back her emotions, turned towards Elena with tears welling up in her eyes.

Elisa also observed Minerva, puzzled by her tears, until she noticed the sparse meal on the plate.

"What's wrong?" Elena asked, seemingly oblivious to the inadequacy of the food she had provided.

"Elena, please... this food won't satisfy me. I'm starving already. I'm begging you, I can't bear this hunger," Minerva pleaded, tears streaming down her face.

"Seriously? You're not even grateful. Fine, keep it if you prefer eating at night," Elena remarked, trying to take the plate from Minerva, who quickly pulled it back.

"I'm sorry, I'll eat it," Minerva pleaded. Elena gazed at her in silence for a moment before sitting back down.

"Leave my presence!" Elena ordered, and Minerva promptly left the dining room to make do with what she had. halve bread is better than none.

Elisa felt a lump in her throat, wanting to speak up. she believed that Minerva seemed genuinely innocent to her, and she couldn't understand why suspicion should fall on her.

And so she took a sip of water from her glass, pausing from her meal.

"My Luna, if I may... Minerva appears innocent. I'm not trying to defend her or claim her innocence because I don't know her well, but please show her mercy. Give her more food to eat; we have an abundance of foods here, and she had been starving, I know you really feel hurt for what she did but please have mercy on her," Elisa pleaded on Minerva's behalf.

Elena stopped eating, letting out a heavy breath. "I understand, Elisa. I'm not heartless. I just want her to realize the gravity of her actions," Elena replied.

"But she has apologized and expressed regret," Elisa pointed out.

"You don't know her! If you did, you would understand why I need to be stern with her. She is aware of her actions! I'm trying to reconcile, but she complicates matters," Elena stated firmly, leaving Elisa speechless.

Elisa nodded silently, acknowledging Elena's perspective.

"Once we finish eating, provide her with more food, alright?" Elena instructed, and Elisa nodded in agreement.

"Thank you for showing mercy," Elisa expressed her gratitude, to which Elena nodded in response.

Alpha Mula's Pack.

Alpha Mula had already welcomed Athena, and they were engaged in a conversation about how she could assist, they were standing in the parlor discussing their plans.

"So, you're committed to helping me now?" Mula inquired, with Athena standing beside him.

Athena nodded, affirming, "Indeed, I attempted to deliver Elena to you yesterday, although the plan didn't go smoothly. However, this incident just proves that it won't be difficult to bring her to you."

Mula nodded, acknowledging her words. "Really?" he questioned, realizing how easy it might be to trick Elena to him since Athena almost succeeded in her previous attempt without an elaborate plan.

"Certainly, but there is a problem," Athena mentioned, causing Mula to be alarmed.

"What is it?" he asked urgently.

"When I hand over Elena to you, Dean will undoubtedly search tirelessly until he locates her. I need your assurance that under no circumstances will you surrender her to him," Athena implored. Mula nodded in agreement, pledging to keep Elena safe.

"If that's the only issue, then there's no problem. Elena is my mate, and I will never let her go if I ever have her in my grasp. I would rather take her far away," Mula vowed. Athena then turned around, swiftly scanning the surroundings of the house.

Athena slowly met Mula's gaze. "Then there should be no issue. I will deliver her to you at Harry's Casino, where you can claim her," she reassured, and Mula nodded resolutely.

"On what day? I need to get prepared" Mula inquired, and Athena shook her head, taking a deep breath.

"I cannot pinpoint the exact day, just be ready always, but I will inform you when I am ready to bring her there. You must arrive discreetly, making it appear as though we are not working together," Athena explained, and Mula readily agreed.

Even though he had not heard the full plan, he sensed that it would unfold seamlessly.
