Episode 67.

"No, I won't go anywhere until you explain what's happening! Why do they keep calling me human? Who are you really, and why did he say we're all going to die?" Gwen insisted, urging Olivia to take a deep breath, realizing it was time to reveal everything.

"Okay, I'll tell you everything you need to know, but promise me you won't be upset afterwards, promise me that..." Olivia began, but Gwen cut her off before she could finish.

"I promise you whatever you want me to promise! Just tell me what's happening! Am I surrounded by ghosts?" Gwen asked as Olivia shook her head.

"No, you're not," she replied.

"Then where am I?" Gwen asked, raising her voice.

"You're in the midst of werewolves!" Olivia finally disclosed, her voice tense due to Gwen's reaction.

Upon hearing this revelation, Gwen stared at Olivia with a serious expression, struggling to accept what she had just heard.

She had heard many stories about werewolves and knew they were not on good terms with humans; they fed on human blood. Here she was, unable to believe she had been living with a werewolf all this time.

"You must be kidding, right? This can't be serious," Gwen said, as Olivia maintained a serious demeanor.

"No, I'm not joking. You're in a pack of wolves; everyone here is not human. You are the only human here, but believe me, you are safe with me," Olivia said, attempting to approach Gwen, who yelled at her.

"Stop right there and don't come any closer," Gwen yelled, stepping back in fear.

"How can you be serious about this? I was told werewolves do not exist anymore and they feed on human blood. Now I understand why each and every one of them has been looking and asking about me!" Gwen exclaimed, fear creeping over her.

Her heart began to pound steadily. Hearing this couldn't even bring her to trust Olivia, who brought her here. How could she?

She was already thinking in her mind that Olivia must have brought her here for them all to feast on her.

"Gwen, I know what's going on in your mind, but werewolves are not the way people think they are. They could be your friends only if you allow them," Olivia said, still trying to approach Gwen.

"Stay away from me!" Gwen yelled as she turned, wanting to run away. But Olivia stopped her with just a single statement.

"If you run away, you die!" That was the voice she heard that made her halt. Her heart began to pound, physically scared as she turned towards Olivia, trembling in fear, her breath heavy.

"If you run, before you step out of this castle, most of the wolves will stop you and feed on you. But I promise you that no harm will come to you if you stay by my side," Olivia said. She then approached Gwen, who had no other choice but to allow her.

Reaching closer to Gwen, Olivia placed her hands on her cheeks while Gwen was still somehow acting irritated and scared of Olivia's hands as she shut her eyes.

"Please don't hurt me," she begged as tears streamed down from her eyes.

"What's the meaning of this madness, Gwen? Stop it!" Olivia's voice deepened as she yelled, causing Gwen to immediately halt trembling, gazing at her.

"If I had wanted to harm you, I would have done so long ago back at home. But we're friends, in fact, I love you, Gwen. I care for you deeply and can't bear the thought of anything happening to you," Olivia confessed, her heart on her sleeve, leaving Gwen speechless.

Gwen, taken aback by Olivia's revelation, realized there was more to Olivia than she had initially thought. She could sense the sincerity in Olivia's words and began to trust her.

"Look, Gwen," Olivia said, gently taking her hands and locking eyes with her. "I know you might be afraid. That's why I always insisted you stay home for your safety. Please, promise me you won't fear me. We're not monsters, neither of us, okay?" Gwen, feeling a sense of calm, nodded in agreement after taking a deep breath.

"Let's go," Olivia said, holding Gwen's hand, ready to move forward. However, they noticed Gwen's father standing nearby, his eyes fixed on them.

The three exchanged glances before Olivia led Gwen towards him. "Little misunderstanding with your friend?" Alpha Williams inquired as he guided them towards the Alpha's meeting hall.

Olivia remained silent in response to his question, knowing he didn't expect an answer.

Alpha's Hall.

Many alphas and other high-ranking members had gathered in Dean's grand hall for a discussion. Elena was there along with Ryan, Mula, and Max, but the conversation had stalled because Alpha Williams was missing.

As the group's physician, his presence and knowledge were crucial, given his expertise in various matters and creatures. This earned him the title of the physician Alpha, and everyone was patiently waiting for his return, which was taking longer than expected after he excused himself.

"Why is he still delayed? Ryan, please go and fetch him," Alpha Dean instructed, tired of waiting for Williams.

Just then, Williams entered with Olivia and Gwen trailing behind him.

"I apologize for the delay. Now we can continue from where we left off," Alpha Williams said as he joined the group, heading towards the table where they were discussing their next steps.

Having encountered the beast and engaged in a brief confrontation with it, Williams had a vivid image of its appearance, which he had sketched and placed on the table.

"Now... this creature might be something else—it's clearly a werewolf!" Alpha Williams declared. However, upon looking up, he noticed that no one was paying attention to him; instead, their focus was on Olivia and Gwen.

And of course, he knew they were staring because of Gwen, a human among them, which made him feel vulnerable, uncertain about their intentions towards her.

Gwen, already trembling with fear, discreetly positioned herself behind Olivia, seeking refuge.

"Why have you brought a human into our midst? Are you planning for a feast?" Alpha Dean inquired as he advanced towards them, prompting Gwen to swiftly seek shelter behind Olivia out of fear.

"No! I didn't bring her here for you to feast on. She's my friend!" Olivia responded, only to be met with Dean's disapproving gaze.

"Why then is she here among us? Why introduce a human into our midst? Humans are unaware of our existence or whereabouts, yet you bring her here now and even to the alpha's den?" Dean's voice rose as he moved closer to Olivia, causing her to retreat in fear, with Alpha Williams observing the scene intently.

Dean's presence commanded respect, instilling fear in most of them.

"I apologize for bringing her here, but I was worried she wouldn't be safe out there!" Olivia exclaimed as Dean continued to approach them determinedly.

"Dean, stop! We have a serious issue at hand now. She's not our responsibility; let's not allow her to distract us," Elena interjected, causing Dean to pause and look at her.

"She's a human! What if she's here to spy and distract us?" Dean questioned, to which Elena promptly replied, "That's all the more reason for you not to let her distract you. Let's focus; we're running out of time!"

Dean then took a deep breath, glanced at Olivia, and decided to step back so they could resume their discussion, especially now that Alpha William was already present.
