Episode 48.

At The Room.

Elena sat on the bed in the room, her gaze wandering, her mind preoccupied with something.

Restless, she glanced around the room, her mind troubled, before she finally managed to lie down.

After a few moments of lying on the bed, she quickly sat up and hurried to Dean's drawer, beginning to search through it.

Finding a bunch of keys inside, she raised them, studying them for a moment before closing the drawer swiftly and concealing the keys beneath her clothes.

"Yes!" she whispered to herself, a sense of accomplishment washing over her as she hurried out of the room.

Inside The Dungeon.

Mula remained inside the cell, filled with despair, feeling as though Dean had forgotten about him.

It seemed as though Dean intended to let him starve to death. More than a day had passed, and Mula had not been given any food or water. He was barely managing to sustain himself.

He knew that if they did not bring him water soon, he might not be able to endure the hunger and parched throat any longer.

He stayed in the cage, his face fixed on the floor as if he were sleeping, resting his head on his knees.

His heart raced when he heard the sound of the door opening. It seemed like someone was entering, and he eagerly looked up to see who it was.

He fervently hoped that it was someone bringing him food and water to satisfy his hunger and thirst.

"Elena!" he exclaimed in shock as she opened the door and walked in, her face beaming with joy at their reunion.

He was stunned to see her there, as he never expected it, knowing Dean would never allow it. Her presence was a pleasant surprise.

"Why... are you here? Did Dean give you permission to visit me?" he asked as Elena rushed to him, and they embraced tightly, the cage unable to hinder their reunion.

"Hope they haven't hurt you?" Elena asked, concerned, and Mula shook his head.

"Not yet," he said. "I thought I'd never see you again. I'm surprised to find you here, Dean really let you?" he added as Elena shook her head, looking around.

"He has no idea I'm here. I sneaked in to see you," Elena replied.

"Then unlock the cage! I need to get out of here," Mula demanded. Elena shook her head in disagreement, knowing it would put them both at risk.

"No, Mula... you can't escape now," she said, keeping the keys behind her.

"Please, this is my only chance. Let me take it," he pleaded, but Elena remained firm, refusing to open the cage.

"No, Mula. The cell is guarded, he has pack members watching. If he catches you, we're both in trouble. It could be the end for us," she explained. Mula felt a heavy weight on him, realizing the gravity of the situation.

He slumped to the floor, weakened, as Elena approached him, placing her hands on his shoulders.

"Don't worry, I'll figure out a plan for us to escape together," she assured him. Mula turned towards her in surprise.

Her words revealed her enduring love for him and her desire to be his Luna.

"Yes, starting today, I'll begin planning our escape. Everything will be alright, I'll do my best," she said, touching his cheeks as they shared a deep kiss.

"I'm sorry I didn't listen to you; you warned me," Mula said.

"You did what you felt was right to save an ally. It shows you are a good Alpha with a kind heart. I'm sorry Ryan betrayed you," she said as Mula nodded in acceptance.

"How did you end up in this pack? I was confident my pack was well-protected. How did Dean manage to infiltrate? Did he kill my wolves or...?" Mula inquired, while she remained silent, gazing at him. From her expression, Mula already grasped her thoughts.

"Ryan was behind this, wasn't he?" he questioned, and Elena nodded. Mula sighed as he paced inside the cell.

"I spent my whole life trusting him," he lamented.

"Don't fret too much. Dean probably tempted him with money, and he succumbed. But worry not, I will ensure our escape from this place," she assured him, to which he nodded.

"Before that, could you fetch me some water and food? I'm famished here," he requested. Elena hesitated, knowing the difficulty of sneaking in and out.

"Please..." Mula added, sensing her reluctance. Taking a deep breath, knowing the risks, she agreed, "Alright, give me a few minutes. I'll be back soon," and hurried out of the cell.

Mula waited for her, sitting on the floor looking exhausted. It didn't take long before she returned with a cup of water and food for him.

As she reached him, he didn't even wait for her to fully hand it over, grabbing the cup of water and drinking it forcefully, causing half of the water to splash on his body.

She then handed over the food, which he collected and started eating hungrily. Watching him, Elena could see how hungry he was and felt heartbroken.

"Please take it easy, okay," she whispered to him, but he paid no mind, continuing to eat.

Elena stood beside the cage, watching him eat. He paused when he felt satisfied, no longer starving.

"I heard you gave birth," he asked. Elena kneeled gently beside the cage to hear him clearly and look into his face.

"Yes, after I took the potion Alpha William gave me. But I was wondering, since you knew it was meant to help me give birth quickly, why did you hesitate for me to have it?" she asked.

He raised his head, picked up the cup, and drank some water again. "I was scared you would get hurt, but now I see that I was completely wrong," he admitted. Elena held his cheeks as they gazed into each other's eyes once again.

"I know," she murmured as they shared another kiss.

Omega's Head Quarter.

Minerva was suddenly packing her belongings, while Elisa watched, not understanding why she was doing so.

Elisa chose to ignore her, not wanting to interfere, but the seriousness with which Minerva was packing couldn't be overlooked.

As Elisa gazed at her, it seemed like questions to ask was stuck in her throat, so she set aside the book she had been reading.

"Minerva, why are you packing up your things all of a sudden? Is everything okay?" Elisa asked, while Minerva smiled and shrugged her shoulders.

"Oh, I was just organizing my bed and belongings, that's all," Minerva replied, continuing with her task, leaving Elisa still staring at her.

Elisa found it hard to believe Minerva's explanation, as this seemed more than just a routine organization.

"What about the bag of clothes?" Elisa inquired, causing Minerva to pause and respond in a slightly harsh tone.

"What's wrong with me packing my clothes into my bag? Don't people do that?" Minerva retorted. Elisa smiled, nodding in agreement, and raised her hands in surrender.

"Alright then, I'm sorry for interrupting. I'll leave you to it," Elisa said, realizing she needed to be with the Luna she had already spent much time here.

As she rose from the bed and opened the door, she stepped out of the room and nearly collided with Jared, who was entering at the same time.

"Jared, what brings you here? Have you lost your way?" she exclaimed, aware that this was the female omegas' headquarters, where he should not be.

"No, I'm here to see Minerva," he replied. Elisa gave him a disapproving look.

"She's inside," she informed him before walking away.

"Ah, if she's already inside, I guess there's no need," Jared said, catching up to Elisa as they strolled and chatted together.
