Chapter 14 - Marriage and Divorce
Sebastian Grey
I was called by Michael to the club because Victor is celebrating his birthday today. I decided to go because I feel like I need some alcohol in my system. I went into the club and the first thing that I saw was my wife sitting on someone else's lap.
That's her private life, I should have just let her have fun but somehow I found myself walking towards her.
The both of them moved to the corner of the club and they closed the curtains. I walked there and the guards stopped me. I showed them that I'm actually one of the owners of this club so they stepped aside.
I didn't even bother to open the curtain but I called her name.
"Isabelle." I called her once and I told myself if she ignores me, then I will let her have her night but if she comes out, I have to take her home.
I was expecting for her to ignore me but she came out. She was just having a make out session inside, it was clear judging by her dress strap that's already fall to the side and her breast was showing a little bit. She quickly pulled her strap back to its place.
"What?"
"Nothing." I said and she looked at me like I'm going insane.
"You wanna go home?" I asked and that came out of nowhere.
"Since you've already ruined the mood, yes.. I think it's better for me to go home." She said and she gestured me to wait. She grabbed her bag and walked out from there. I followed her out from the club.
"Did you drink?" She asked.
"I was going to but not anymore. Let's go." I walked to my car and she got in. I started my car and drove back home. On our way home, we didn't even say a word. We both just have our own thoughts.
Once we arrived at home, we both got out from the car and I walked towards the house first.
"Sebastian." I turned to her.
"About Elijah earlier, Grace McKenzie wanted to introduce me to her nephew and I can't reject her by saying that I don't want to so I decided to tell her that Elijah is my boyfriend." She explained herself.
"It's okay, I understand." I said and she nodded.
"You don't need to worry, the fact of us got married will not be heard by anyone." She added.
"Good."

"Pops.. we-" Sebastian was out of words.
"We're both so busy these days, we won't have time to go on a honeymoon for 2 weeks." I said and gramps looked at me raising his eyebrows.
"Me and Ben are giving you both some rest, yet you're protesting. You're married and you need to have some fun, maybe you can make babies." Sebastian choked on his water.
"We gave you a dispensation by letting you both not publish your marriage. If you don't go to this honeymoon, we will publish your marriage." Gramps said and I sighed.
"So?" Isaac asked.
"We'll go." Sebastian said and after that the both of them left leaving me with Sebastian alone.
"You really never want to world to know that we're married huh?" I asked because somehow my heart really hurts.
"If we get a divorce, won't that be a good thing?" Sebastian said.
"That's true." I nodded. "But did you tell anyone about us getting married?"
"Michael, I told Michael. How about you?"
"I told Valencia, she's in New York. I won't tell anyone else, even Elijah." I turned to him.
"Good." He said and I got up from my seat.
"My friend, Tatiana, is throwing a birthday party tonight. I'll come home tomorrow." I said without looking at him and I made my way out. I grabbed my car key and walked out from the restaurant to the basement. I got into my car and drove to my house.
Sebastian is someone who cares about his reputation, he will do anything on protect it. I agreed to it at first but why am I feeling like this? I hate myself for asking him that question earlier.
I hate you, Sebastian Grey. I really do.

"So you're saying that your wife won't come home because she's going to Tatiana's party?" Michael asked.
"And why is that important? She's having fun, let her be." I said as I sat down after putting back a file on my shelf.
"This is why Candice hates you.." I turned to Michael.
"What? Am I wrong for saying that? Letting your wife having fun is one thing but having fun in Tatiana's party is not one of them." Michael sighed.
"You don't remember, do you? Candice went home so drunk and she's so high on drugs. Tatiana's birthday party is like the party of the century. It's known to be the top tier of all parties." He added.
"Michael, I might be her husband but we agreed to not interfere each other's private lives." I said.
"You're really not capable at loving someone, Grey. This is why you're seeing all the woman you loved go."
"Michael, you know Isabelle's reputation. You're the one who even eaves dropping on people about her." I hissed and Michael chuckled sarcasticly.
"Yes, we all know her reputation but that doesn't erase the fact that she's your wife, besides it's just rumors. People talk and I don't want to judge her based on that. I barely know her anyway."
"Good for you." I said. We both continued to work and I didn't even notice that it's already 8 pm. I could feel my stomach growling giving me a sign that I have to eat dinner.
"I think I forgot to tell you, I just got this news yesterday night that Candice is actually coming to LA with her husband. I'm going to see her, you want to come?" Michael asked and I shook my head.
"I just hope that one day Isabelle divorces you and then she gets married right away. I would pay big money to see the look on your face."
"I signed the divorce paper already, she just needs to sign it and we would be divorce instantly." I said in a cold tone.
"You're crazy."
