"When would you like me to pick you up tomorrow?"

"Ryker, it's up to you."

"Ten in the morning is that ok?"

"Okay, no problem for me."
"Where are you headed?"

"Mall maybe. or any other location, like you suggested, aimlessly strolling."

"Where Do you know Kian? Why am I unaware of you?" He abruptly questioned. When Ryker called that night, I was just about to go to sleep.

How many days have passed since the party? Due to the accident-related death of the Crimson Raven pack's Alpha, our date was always postponed until the engagement party. Since Easton Hunter still doesn't have time to accept his new position as the pack's new Alpha, the entire wolf community is obstinate. Later, however, the young De Russo agreed.

I was brought back to reality when Ryker said, "I'm sorry on behalf of my friend," I almost didn't realize I was on the phone with him.

At the pub, his ex tried to flirt with me, but I ignored her because she wasn't my type. We got into a fight at the pub because he felt I was hitting on her, but after we calmed down, the girl apologized and said sorry. But after he realizes that the girl was to blame for his breaking up with her, Kian will continue to be Kian. After that, we occasionally catch up at each club. "Same feather, flock together." we can say. We had been pals for a while, and so on."

"Because of you two, I apologize. Future conflicts between you are possible." I said.

"Don't regret it. If I won't pick you, I shouldn't be calling you my fiancé. It's my duty going forward to keep you out of any difficulty. I'll be your friend, your hero in shining armor, and soon, your husband."

I exhale deeply and smile dejectedly.

"You're not need to be Ryker. Nobody, especially you, should have to deal with my load. You are not responsible for me. Yes, I'll be your wife shortly. But constantly keep in mind that this relationship isn't real."

His only sounds were choked laughter and no other words.
I get ready in the morning. The servant informs them that Ryker has already arrived, so they leave right away.

I was smiling as I examined him. He grinned and said, "Hey!"

"Good day, handsome." Ryker picks at his neck. As I watch his checks turn crimson, I assume he was immediately ashamed.

"My fiance blushes. Why? Didn't they used to be called handsome?"

The phrase "my fiance" made him flush even more.

"Please stop making fun of me, soon to be Mrs. Ferrer. "It will be a long day. Have you prepared?"

I nod, but like him, I'm aware that I was also blushing.
He first opens the door to the passenger seat for me before driving a little bit to open the window shield for her.
She says, a smile on her face,
"Thank you. As they approached the mall, he stopped the engine and pulled aside into the parking lot.

The sun is searing inside even if it isn't particularly hot. As we approached the mall, I eagerly opened the door.

"Are you ready?" "Of course!"
As we make our way to the mall's entrance, I hold his arms. I didn't feel very joyful, but at least I tried.

They go into every store they come across and purchase numerous items, including clothing, shoes, gowns, and jewelry. They persisted. till they get worn out. They can't stop laughing there. Until they enter a specific store and witness someone sabotaging their nice day.

I kept staring at the two couples as they selected items from the boutique. I turn aside and pull Ryker outdoors with such venom.

He held my face so he could see me well. I could see tears flowing out of my eyes.

"Don't be upset, baby; he's not worth it."

He was referring to the man who was with an unknown girl inside the boutique.

"Do you want to eat? It's almost time for lunch. Just gotta let the strain out," I said. He just nodded in response.

He began to clench his fist as the other person grabbed my hands.

She remembered seeing Kian with a girl holding hands the moment she was with Ryker. There was only him in her thoughts as she clasped his arm.
While she was on display, she could only cry silently in her mind even though she knew it was unjust to Ryker. I sure wish she was in her room right now.
This is not what I want to feel. It no longer appeals to me. She must despise Kian, but her heart tells her otherwise. I was holding out for a chance. I've already given up, yet this heart is still the issue.

"What would you want to eat, Louise?" Ryker's voice came back to me as I was thinking deeply. She doesn't understand why she isn't more attracted to him despite the fact that his smile has considerably higher sex appeal than Kian's. Glancing around, she wiped away her imperceptible tears. Everyone was joyful, smiling, and laughing. She took a breath and shut her eyes.

"Anything will do, Ryker, as long as you avoid offering me pineapple juice." Yes, he replied with a chuckle.

"Oh, you weren't a fan of pineapple?" I grin.

I was drawn to the next table as we began to eat by someone there. How is it possible that the one and only Easton Hunter is with a boy? Oh, I believe I knew him "Hendrix? In the orphanage, he was the young man who regularly offered to teach the children how to sketch. We became friends since I had helped at the same orphanage. I wanted to talk to him, but he was with Hunter, so I made the choice to message him instead.
Hunter drank something and glanced at her for a moment before looking at Ryker, who was also starring at him. There was too much stress. The entire time, I can feel the heat. I didn't ever look away from Hunter. I couldn't explain why it suddenly made me want to fix my gaze on him. The last time I can recall, I was furious with him.

"Ryker I'll using the restroom." I said that I don't know why I feel the way I do. It's strange that I yearned to see his face.

I move more quickly inside the restroom. My heart was beating more rapidly as I imagined the man's face.

The cubicle door was shut by me. Perhaps because this restaurant was a bit pricey, the restrooms were exceptionally clean.

I immediately had the urge to throw up and was powerless to do so. I opened the door and puked in the lavatory, but all that came out was nasty saliva.
In the mirror, my face appears paler. What was going on? My body goes crazy the moment I even glimpse Hunter.
I was getting ready when the door unexpectedly opened. Hunter was present, which surprised me.


"It's been a while, pretty babe; good to see you."

He moves closer to me, and I force a hard swallow.

"This is a ladies room, what are you doing here." In a smirk, Hunter.

"I don't really care. I need to speak with you. Just that. I swear I won't harm you. by slapping your butt, but that was just unless you want it."

I gave him a sharp word-slap.
"Stay away from me." he said.
"Why, as I had already observed, you were unable to take your eyes off of me. like you want to devour me. I see that you don't want to be with the man who is with you."

I give him a strong push before making for the door. I returned to Ryker more quickly. I couldn't stop thinking about the man as I was eating. What is it about him? My body yearned to look at him. I saw him and He's right; I didn't want to be with Ryker. However, why do I suddenly feel that way? The craving was too intense.
Ryker and I continue our exploration after our meal.
I am so lost now.

His right has the captivating eyes. I'm able to look away from him. Yet why?

"Are you okay, Louise? What cute head of yours thinking spill it out."

I slap my forehead. "Nothing, I'm just maybe tired."

"Nice, to see you dating, er, wed my ex."

Kian's here. My blood started to quickly boil at that moment. also disregard Hunter in my head.

Kian chuckled and gave me a dirty look.

Then suddenly, Kian was grabbed. I'm surprised to see Hunter there. He hit Kian right away.

He even yelled out his fury. "You reveal your face yet again, dude. You are aware of my level of annoyance with you, don't you?"

In the mean time that the people start commotion. I use that to escape.

I left Kian and Hunter behind and took Ryker.

"What just happened?"

I gave a headshake. "I'm not sure. They might have been rivals." I respond.
