Why did I feel like sweating inside while I was staring at her? Damn, I know that he was so attractive, but this is right.

I sigh for what Vall said because he might be right, and deep down inside, I do feel that she was indeed my mate. cause if not, why does her blood have the only power to wake up another level? I saw my friends in the living room together, some people that I didn't know; maybe they were the reporters that I had been asking for.

Jack lifted his hands like he was surrendering to me.

I panicked after Jack said that I should quickly go upstairs so I could immediately reach the room where Louise is.

"What the hell is wrong with you? What are you rushing for? What happened?" Chase suddenly yelled when he saw me running from the staircase. I just ignore him and just run.

I burst the door open only to see that Lex was laughing while Louise was speaking. "Just do whatever I wanted to do with you; I know that I was wrong in thinking that I was stealing your fiance; I swear to God, but this is not my plan," said Hunter. "If you can help me stop him from this craziness, you can do it now."

That was their conversation before they saw me near the door, where I was standing.

"Easton? What the hell! "You couldn't just barge into someone's room."

I walk closer to Louise. I want to examine here if she was hurt or something. I know Lex very well. If she was angry, he would definitely hurt someone.

"Relax, De Russo, I wouldn't hurt a pregnant woman. Do you think that I am that crazy?"

I sigh... "Ok, let me help you. Just tell me what to do and I will assist you."

Louise chuckled. This is the first time that I've heard her chuckle. And this is the first time that I think I've realized it. Why do I feel like I want to hear it every now and then?
