She really does look like Angeline. She was an adult version of my late girl.

I pinned her in bed while her hands were on top. I held it tightly, though she was struggling and her strength was nothing compared to mine.

"Hunter, please let me go."
I smirked, "Do you think that I would let you go after all of this?"

"Are you thinking of using me over my father?"
I gritted my teeth.

"If you were in my shoes, what would you do?"

I swallow hard because I feel that there is something in my throat blocking my ability to breathe.

while looking into her eyes and remembering the day that I lost my mom and Angeline. And the more I looked, even my father's terrible accident popped up as well.

Yet there is an unusual beat to my heart that is very strange. like when I first smell her blood. But I'm sure that she doesn't have any wounds today; that's why I'm sure it wasn't the problem.

I tilt my head while I'm still on top of her.

"That much better, so you know that your father does a damn huge sin to me?"

I grin when her cheeks turn red like a tomato.

She even shook her head, but it was too late; I already had a hint. This girl knows something about her father's demonic act, though I didn't know what kind of sin her dad committed; of course, if that was the thing about my family, she wouldn't be here with me. because she knows that she will be dead.

I stare at her chocolate eyes, which I remember having the same color as mine. But the urge to kiss her was stronger than the urge to reminisce about my dead girlfriend.

For no reason, the more I concentrated on staring at him, the more I was drowning in his eyes.

I was staring at his lips while he was on top of me; I didn't even know what I had been saying, but I stopped when I was about to tell him that I knew something about my father.

Hunter leaned closer with his lips to my ear and said.

"You really look like her; maybe that's the reason why I found you attractive from the very beginning." "By the way, do you have a name for our baby?"

Hunter suddenly got serious, then went back to staring at me again.

I look at the side part. I remember the girl that he was talking about just a while ago.

He was just attracted to me because I looked like his ex.

Why do I feel like there is pain in my chest? Is it because my baby felt it, or was it really me?

Hunter held my chin so I could look at him straight. I didn't want to look into his eyes, yet I had to.

I raise my eyebrow. "what? Can you get off of me? "You make me feel awkward."

I said while I kept pushing him.

"Hey, that's the dress that Louise is going to use later."

I push Hunter too hard when Hendrix suddenly opens the door.

"Oops, sorry, I thought that it was ok."

I pout. But Hunter suddenly raised his voice.

"Of course it's not ok; you're disturbing us." Hunter stood up. since even if I tried to push him, Hunter's huge body couldn't budge him a bit.

"Let me have that, and you can go back to your room." I already told the guards that they should call me when those reporters that I asked to come would arrive.

I stand up and ask. "Would the reporter come here?" "I thought that we were the ones who would come to them."

Hunter, look back at me.

"No, baby, it would be a pleasure to be invited to my house." And beside that, I can see that you were worried that something would happen if we were the ones to come to them. And beside your father and soon-to-be ex-fiance, they would surely see our lives, so I was just cautious."

"When did you have time to call a reporter?" I asked calmly, even if I was so afraid inside.

"Don't worry about anything, Lui; my friends could handle everything."

"I was wondering what their reaction would be if they knew who the girl was." I don't know if I would laugh or get worried because of what he said, but his laugh makes me smile inside for no reason.

"Now go Hendrix, and Louise will fit the dress."

Hunter pushed Hendrix out of the room and locked the door.

I narrowed my eyes while he was walking toward me with the branded paper bags in his hands.

"Here is the dress that you will use later." while the other would be your daily clothes. So what are you waiting for, change, or you want me to be the one to change you?"


"Are you not going to come out?"

"Are you shy around me?" "Let me remind you that I already saw all that you were hiding, and I even tasted it if you forgot."

My eyes opened wide in shock at what he said. He was so straightforward that I couldn't even say a word. I sigh and decide to change in the bathroom, where he can't get in.

Once I was done, I came out only to find Lex.

"While Eston was taking care of the things in the living room, the reporters started arriving one by one." I thought that Easton was just joking when he told us earlier that he was calling off our agreement just like that. But if I knew that it was you that he impregnated, I would not allow him to do this craziness. though I know that it would be a big slap to your father that his daughter got pregnant by his mortal enemy Easton. Hunter De Russo, I still have a doubt that maybe this is all your father's plan. "Who knows what kind of evilness is in his mind?"

I couldn't say a word, because I knew better now that what they were saying to my father was right. I was one of the three witnesses to all of their crimes. I wonder what else I didn't know about my father.

"I'm sorry, but whatever my dad did, God knows that I won't put my life or the life of my baby at risk." i said

"How do you know that I was Easton's real fiancée if you didn't just appear out of nowhere?"
I sigh and stoop my head while Lex is walking toward me. My heart is beating so fast because I have a feeling that she will slap me or something.
