My hands were shaking after I read the letter that my father had left. It says the words that I don't want to know.
Hendrix was a witch, the son of a witch, but because his father was mine, he is a hybrid like me.The distinction was that he was a half vampire.

This is insane. Now that my father was gone, I was the one who needed to hide that brat brother of mine.

I tilt my head while continuing to read the letter. Inside the piece of paper, my father asked me to marry someone I liked, and I had to do it soon since he was about to pass the throne to me before he flew on his business trip.

I punched the wall because he didn't go on a business trip because of what happened to him. But since it was needed, I had a wife before that fucking coronation. I had to proceed. However, I don't know why the face of the woman was in my head. A woman that had a resemblance to my first love. She was now in my house, laying inside the guest room, though I didn't recognize her due to her appearance.

Maybe that was the reason why my vampire blood suddenly burst when I smelled her blood. But wait... Why is it that my fucking wolf says he felt the mate thing in the woman?

I despise her father so much, and sooner or later, if I find a shred of evidence that he was the one who killed my parents and Angeline, I will not go to live with him in peace.

However, as I was looking at her talking and almost kissing my fucking brother right in the middle of my fucking engagement party, I wanted to run toward them and rip my brother apart, then punish the damn woman in my bed all night long.

I had to hold myself to doing that. While I haven't thought about what I haven't thought about what I'm going to do with the girl, I have to make sure that she is in my protection until then.

She was in the den where a lion like me was just waiting for the right time.

"What is wrong with you, East?" Lez asked. I noticed that I was grabbing her hands so tight due to irritation toward the two people not far away from me.

Lez tried to look at the location, but I was alert and I quickly did kiss her so she couldn't turn on Louise.

Nonetheless, she allowed herself to remain with me.

After the celebration, all of us decided to go on our normal days, including Lez, since she had to take care of her business as well as mine.

I don't know why, when we were inside the car and the two were still talking, I wanted them to stop, so I asked them annoyingly.

"Are you having a relationship with my brother?"

Luise coughs, and Hendrix laughs. while slipping out of the car. leaving us two inside.

Hendrix was just a friend of mine, and besides, he was a man, as you can see, and if he was a guy, I don't think I could let him be my boyfriend because I don't think our ages were close enough to be lovers, and I also don't because I have a priority right now, and there is someone I think I like. I couldn't be with him.

I gritted my teeth. I felt something pang in my chest.

I wonder who would be the man that she was talking about. Is it her fiance? Or is there someone else? Because if what she had been talking about was her fiance, why did she run away?

When we arrived at the hall near my office, most of our employees were busy gossiping over something. So, intrigued, I approached them and searched for whatever they were swarming about.

"It says that it was Kian's baby."

One of my employees said while the other was looking at Kian

"What is happening there?"

I asked, and I don't know why every time someone could hear my voice, all of my employees would go back to their seats quickly and bow.

Is that scary?

"Don't ask Hunter... you are indeed intimidating in my opinion."

Vall said, then laughed.

I cursed and maybe the people heard, and they were now in panic. I could hear everyone's heartbeat.

Yet I stopped when I heard the cry of a baby in the disk of one of the employees.

"Whose baby was that?" I ask again.

Siiir.. it was found by the guard outside of the building this morning and on the CCTV we saw a girl that was covered by a black shawl was the one who left the baby, but there is a letter in the note that it was Kian's son.

All of the people were looking at Kian, my assistant.

"Sir, I don't know what is happening. I didn't know either."

Kian said, and I asked him to come with me to the office.

I grabbed Louise's hand when she couldn't move, like she was so affected by what was happening.

When we reach the office Louise goes to the kitchen and Kian sits on the chair in front of me.

"So tell me what happened?"

I asked while looking at Kian.

I was cautious because my ex girlfriend does not want to have sex with me. I have a lot of women, but I was cautious because I was afraid of Louise's family. We ended up breaking up not long ago because his father wanted someone for his daughter. I know you know Louise Yantisco, she comes from a wealthy family as well.
