Will You Believe Me Now?

For the first time, Lillianne was able to visit the Davies residence without having to hide in her wolf form. She accompanied Blaze in bringing Evelyn Davies home.
They stayed for a few minutes until the doctor finished examining her. Then, after assuring Blaze that his daughter was alright, they left the place again. He entrusted Evelyn to the nanny and maids. The boss and his secretary immediately rushed to the police station after that.
"So, explain to me what happened." As expected, Blaze didn't waste any more time to interrogate her. "What's with all the oddities I've found about you all day? How could you suddenly be a teacher at my daughter's school and find her in that... that... way?"
Lillianne didn't immediately answer him. She just remained silent while looking at the boss her poker face. It made the man feel even more bizarre about her.
'What's with her? Why does she look even more creepy? I am getting goosebumps.'
Meanwhile, Lillianne was also working with her thoughts about that.
'This seems unavoidable niw. Somehow, I feel on the right track, though.'
It cannot be denied. Despite the rushed change that occurred today, Lillianne felt that maybe it was the right thing.
All this time, she had been thinking about how to approach Blaze about his secret without scaring him too much, but fate seemed to find its own way. She had to think of the best method to use it to her advantage. She couldn't be careless if she didn't want to lose everything in the blink of an eye.
"Are you ready to listen if I explain everything? Will you believe it?" She instead answered the man's question with questions, still maintaining her expressionless face.
"Only if you give a reasonable answer."
"Then it won't happen because I am going to say something that might be hard for you to believe, Leander," she whispered a little saying his name.
"For God's sake that name again. Stop calling me that!" The man snorted in frustration.
"I will explain to you later after your problem is resolved. I know you are very exhausted now, so I don't want to burden you even more. I just warn you to just prepare yourself from now on because our journey will be very long and difficult in the future," she said still in a mysterious way.
"What the hell does that even mean?" Blaze Davies groaned even more annoyed when he heard that.
Not long after, the man's cell phone rang. Theo Greg contacted him, perhaps wondering why they hadn't returned to the office after the meeting which should have finished several hours ago. They just realized they hadn't notified the office about their leave because of the panic.
Blaze decided to ignore his growing curiosity because of the hanging conversation with her. He immediately picked up the call.
“Yeah?”

"What a crazy bastard, an a*shole!"
Blaze Davies was unable to contain his anger any longer. His face was red, as he was so ready to pounce on Kendrick Caddel when he heard his confession. No wonder he ended up being dragged out by the police officers.
"Let me in! That man has clearly humiliate me and my family. I need to teach him a lesson!" Blaze shouted at the two officers. He was still trying to get past them, but they were stronger than him.
"Whatever the reason, you have to control yourself, sir. You will be expelled if you continue to behave like that," said one of the black officers to him.
"But you heard it yourself, didn't you? He keeps spouting nonsense!"
"That's not our problem." The others interrupted him again. "What is clear is that we have processed your report as a guardian whose child was taken by a stranger. As for the rest, you can handle it internally."
“B-But…”
Lillianne only stepped out after that. Blaze was starting to give up fighting the two officers to get back. Instead, he kept cussing as he finally walked towards the car park.
“Are you okay, sir? Here. Drink first," she said, handing over a bottle of drink which again suddenly emerged because of her magic.
However, the man did not accept it. He was still busy with the rage inside him. He loathed Kendrick Caddel so much.
Well, that was acceptable after everything he heard. Kendrick Caddel didn't seem to be playing around with this. He wanted to get Evelyn's custody since he felt more entitled than Blaze to be her father.
Since their arrival, the man kept uttering about unexpected issues. He just found out that the baby Rhea Harrison gave birth to some time ago was his daughter from a one-night-stand between them. He had even confirmed it with a DNA test.
That was why he did that. For several months, the man was around Evelyn. He even managed to approach the timid girl when many failed, especially by taking advantage of the little girl's love of the beach.
Blaze didn't believe him. It was never in his dictionary at all. As for accepting that Evelyn was not his flesh and blood, he still doubted that his beloved wife committed that sin behind his back.
"He really wants to play games with me, huh. I will accept his challenge. I will make sure he rots in prison for messing with me." Blaze's anger became even worse as he got into the car. "I will call my lawyer now."
Blaze was about to take his cell phone, but suddenly Lillianne grabbed his hand to stop him. The woman was still giving him that mysterious look.
"What now? I am rushing. Get out of the way." Blaze tried to brush her off, but somehow, the woman overpowered him. "Hey--"
"You said you wanted to hear my story about what happened today. I can tell you now."
"Not now. This is more important than that. Let go."
"But this might answer all your questions. Not only about me, but also you. You can prove for yourself whether he is lying or not? Even... Is Evelyn is your daughter or not?"
"Of course, she is!" He exclaimed angrily. "You don't provoke me too. I am almost crazy right now. So, it's best not to interfere and make things even worse."
"But, I really have all the answers you want, Leander."
"That f*cking name again." Blaze exploded. "Stop calling me that. I am not him. I am Blaze Davies."
"You are Blaze Davies but also him. You are his third reincarnation. And I... I am your mate. The lover who has been waiting for you for centuries." Unexpectedly, Lillianne didn't want to lose either. She also nearly exploded.
"What nonsense do you keep spouting. Shut up--"
However, that was his mouth shut instead. He couldn't believe his eyes when Lillianne closed her eyes, and then the woman duplicated herself into two people. The identical women both looked at him with the same expression on their faces.
"W-What..." He was so speechless.
"Will you believe me now?" They asked him in unison.
