"It seems Her Majesty isn't in this country either, Your Majesty,” said Commander Julio as soon as he entered a hotel room occupied by the Alpha King.
Zephyr did not show a significant reaction to the information. It didn't seem like an unexpected report to him.
"So, this is the last European country we checked, isn't it?" he asked after a while.
"Yes, it is, Your Majesty. During these two weeks with the help of soldiers and folks we have moved from one country to another. We even enter villages and islands. I don't feel like we missed anything," Commander Julio answered quickly.
"You are right. I didn't feel her presence at all. That's never surprising, though. Lillianne usually avoids this continent to avoid me. She must be somewhere further away." Zephyr seemed to think momentarily. He then looked at the commander before adding, "That means we have to move to another continent. Tell the others to get ready. We will move tonight.”
"I will do that, Your Majesty. However... if I may ask, where do we go next, Your Majesty?"
"Any recommendations?" The Alpha King asked him back instead.
"How about we check Asia first, Your Majesty? Apart from being larger than the others, it's also so far from Notos Kingdom. So, it's most likely that Her Majesty is there. What are your thoughts on that?" Commander Julio did not waste any time to provide input.
"I agree." Zephyr didn't need to be convinced twice either. "It's been a long time since I've visited it. I also miss seeing Asian women too. They have their own charm. Go tell the troops to get ready."
"I will do it immediately, Your Majesty."
Commander Julio left the hotel room, leaving the Alpha King there. He sipped the Bourbon while throwing his gaze out the window.

"So, he didn't say anything after hearing that. He just called his lawyer and then took you home without saying anything else after that?"
Elara concluded her friend's story. She didn't waste time introspecting the Luna as soon as she set foot at home after being gone for several hours.
"Hm... that's right." Lillianne answered calmly. She was relaxing a little on the sofa while massaging her temples. She felt weary like a human being after such a long day. "I think he was tempted by the possibility of seeing his wife again. That's the first time he didn't complain," she added in a slightly annoyed tone.
"Do you think he can do it, though?"
"Hm... I am pretty sure. I think it's time for the wolf inside him to awaken. What happened today was the right trigger."
Elara scooted closer to her on the sofa. "Are you okay with that?" she asked shortly.
"What? His inner wolf woke up so his strength came back?"
"Of course not. I mean... if he goes back in time and sees his ex-wife again. That could be a hindrance for you."
"Tsk, what hindirance? That won't change anything in the end, though. That woman is dead and will never come back, and I was always the one destined for him. I am even sure that maybe this is how he might be completely over with her when he confirmed her infidelity."
"That's right!" Elara exclaimed, hitting her on the shoulder. "There is really nothing you need to worry about about that, my girl. It won't mean anything. In the end he will definitely come back to you and just love you."
No one believed that more than Lillianne herself. That was her and Leander's destiny. She just needed to protect it by getting rid of Zephyr once and for all.
"But rather, I am actually worried about his relationship with Evelyn Davies. I mean, he has been with her since the beginning. That made sense. She had also been thinking about it since day one. However, reality was never easier than words. She remained nervous for Blaze in this. She just prayed that he would accept the bitter truth and move on.

As expected, Blaze Davies indeed had been thinking about that all day. He was even still contemplating in his dimly lit room as night approached.
"No way. That doesn't make sense. That's ridiculous."
However, did anything make sense about what she experienced today? Even from the start of the woman's presence, nothing logical. He had seen enough of that.
Apart from that, he also kept thinking about Evelyn and Kendrick Caddel's issues. It drove him crazy that Lillianne hinted at the same thing. It made him come clean about it.

That was why he felt more inclined to try it. He wanted to know the truth of Lillianne's story and prove it for himself. It seemed like the only way for him to decide what to do with his powerful secretary after all this.

The memory of Lillianne's words made him straighten up. As if in meditation, he placed both hands on his knees. He then began to inhale and exhale regularly while closing his eyes slowly.

He did the same; closed his eyes, took a steady breath, then thought about the time he wanted to revisit. Once he had enough, he opened his eyes again.

Blaze Davies was taken aback a little. Instead of staying in his room, he found himself in a different place.
"I-Is this for real?"
He checked himself. He even slapped his face to make sure. However, it was real. He had indeed changed places in the blink of an eye.
"But is this the wedding venue? Why is it so unfamiliar? Is it because it's been too long?"
Instead of a place filled with typical modern wedding decorations, he found himself somewhere that looked ancient. He also spotted so many antiques around him.
"Where I am?"

He immediately turned his head when he heard a moan. He frowned because he knew this voice so well. The name mentioned also rang a bell in his head.
He saw an open door. He then walked over to peek inside. His eyes widened when he witnessed something unexpected.
He saw a couple making love. Both of them are nak*d, passionately dancing on the bed. However, what attracted his attention more was that they had familiar faces.
'That's me and... Lillianne Guinn?'
He was completely frozen in place. Even though he had heard it from Lillianne, it felt different when he saw it himself. He still couldn't believe his eyes even now.
"I love you, Leander. I love you so much." He heard the sound again. It sounded so sincere between her gasps.
"I love you more, Lillianne. There is nothing more important to me in this world than you. I promise I will spend eternity with you."
The answer from the man who looked exactly like him pained his chest. He felt sincerity there. He could even relate very well to it as if he was the one who experienced it.
Blaze suddenly felt someone's presence from behind him. His eyes jutted when an unknown man suddenly broke in. He was carrying a big sword and it pierced the male love bird's back.
