SPECIAL CHAPTER

SPECIAL CHAPTER

I was preparing our snacks when I heard someone running towards me.
"Mommy!!!" My son exclaimed as he runs towards me. He got my hair color while his eyes are like Emerson's. His teeth of course are not yet complete. I think his mood is like mine but his intelligence is from Emerson. He doesn't like to see books unless you'll read him a story about superman. Yes, superman.
"Why are you running, sweetheart?" I said to my son, Ezekiel Lawrence Triumph. His daddy wanted his name to start with letter E because he's a boy. But this patotie inside me will be named as Lexi Jade Triumph. Where did I have the patotie? Well that's my son's doing.
Anyway, I'm one month pregnant so it still doesn't shows. When Emerson told him that he'll be having a sister, Ezekiel ran to me and taps my stomach. He said "I'll be calling you little patotie." I chuckled when I think of that time because when I asked my son why he wanted to call his little sister as little patotie, he looked at me, grinned and said "So that no one would have a crush on her because of her name."
"Daddy and I went to this big store that has lots of cars." Ezekiel said.
"You did? What did you bought?" I asked him as I lowered myself to level him.
He gave me a grin and laugh. What did his daddy bought him? I thought to myself.
"Superman?" I asked him and he nodded but still, he's chuckling. I tilted my head and crease my eyebrows, thinking why my son's laughing.
"Daddy bought me a big big Superman." He said as his small arms form a big big circle.
"Oh! Where did your daddy put it? Can I see it?" I asked as my son nodded and run towards his room.
Emerson sold his penthouse to Jem and bought a house, I mean a mansion for us when I got pregnant with Ezy. It has seven bedrooms with bathrooms, one master bedroom with two walk in closets. Of course for the both of us. It also has an entertainment room where Ezy always watch cartoons and superman, a kitchen, living room, dining room and a sport's room.
"Look Mommy! I've got a big superman!!" Ezy told me as he opens his room. I met with a life sized superman. Oh God how much this costs? It looks so real. I thought to myself. Emerson really spoils his son.
From the statue's feet, legs, stomach's and the color of the skin, it looks so real. It’s like the statue was dressed with a superman costume. When I touched the arm, it feels hard but then it feels soft. It’s like it has a human muscle or something. I chuckled. He spoils his son so much.
"It doesn't cost that much." I heard Emerson said. I turn around to see my husband but I didn't saw him so I look at my son who is beside his Superman Statue.
"Where's your daddy? I heard him talk." I asked.
Ezekiel burst out a laugh and pointed to the statue.
When I look up to his statue's face, I almost choked out because it’s Emerson that I'm seeing. "What!?" I exclaimed as I step backward from him and look at him.
He moved.
"Do I really look like a statue? You know, I'm much more handsome than the movies' Superman." He said, giving me a smirk.
When I look at him again and saw him put his hand up like he was about to fly, I burst out laughing.
"You won't be taking off of that costume." I said to my husband as Ezy looked at us with loving eyes.
We heard a knock on the door and turn around to see Tony, Celine, Jem, Venus and JC grinning.
"That statue is worth a billion dollar." Jem said, teasing his friend.
Ezy ran to my friends and hugged them one by one.
"Hello kiddo!"
"Buddy!!"
"Ezyyy!"
"It’s not worth a billion dollar." I heard Emerson said. "Billions, brother. Billions." He added as we all laughed at my husband, my best friend, my partner, my love, my other half. My superman.
