CHAPTER 15

The King sighed before he continued speaking. "The negotiation went smoothly until one day, King Abaddon decided to continue his pursuit in taking over Sherlock's kingdom after discovering about the fullmoon's power that allows them to have omnipotent power. King Solomon tried to stop him but he was so naive and persistent. King Solomon then decided to consider King Abaddon his sworn mortal enemy and swore to kill him with his own hands. King Abaddon succeeds in defeating Sherlock using his Alpha form, though I thought he was no longer interested in taking over their Kingdom, not until today. I guess, my mind cannot fathom how that evil creature's mind works!"

"And what is his greatest weakness my father?" asked Prince Arthur.

"His main weakness is the sword you wield, the great Tizona sword! Not even his alpha form can match against its slash. The Celestial King once told me that it was intended to kill evil creatures like him . So I have a huge expectation that you utilize it someday to cut off his head, thereby stopping him from his wrongdoings!"

"But father, to tell you honestly, I am so pressured having to bear this big responsibility you put in my shoulder and doubts never leave my mind!"

"Arthur, you are my son and therefore, I entrusted this task on you more than anybody else because you have my blood running into your veins. Besides, even the celestial spirit king himself put his faith in you as you are the rarest warrior and magician with the most powerful zodiac sign, the 13th gate Ophiuchus!"

Prince Arthur bowed down. "Yes my father, I will always remind myself of that!"

The King turned back to the zodiac warriors. "I would like to see how all of you fight in team. We will observe your fighting skills so I can measure each of your strengths and weaknesses!"

Prince Arthur leaped behind his zodiac warriors and put his right arm on the ground, "Revival magic activated. I call upon the legendary dark phoenix of the celestial spirit world. Llamo al legendary fénix del mundo espiritual celestial dark phoenix!" a green magic circle appeared from the ground and it lit up the whole area. The sky opened and a mythical bird with colorful feathers and a tail of gold and scarlet descended. Its appearance is much like of a bird.

"Woah, it's getting scary now... that is a freaking huge creature, just looking at it makes me want wanna throw up!" Alexander said.

"That is the legendary dark phoenix. The most powerful creature in the celestial spirit world!" said Prince Arthur who was sweating and gasping for breath after using so much magic. "I just learned to summon it recently before all of you got here! And since this is our last day of intense training, I would like you to know all the creatures you fought previously were not as strong as this one. Its fire alone can burn this land or evaporate the waters of the oceans!"

The dark phoenix breathed fire but the zodiac warriors formed their strongest shield. "12 gates of the zodiac infinity shield activated, Zodiakku infiniti shīrudo no 12 no gēto ga akutibu ni narimasu!" All of their zodiac patterns resisted their shields and were able to block dark phoenix's attack. Then they throw their swords at the dark phoenix, penetrating its body, yet it was ineffective. They charged and used their celestial swords to simultaneously attack it again. The dark phoenix's green blood dripped into the ground, however it flew again above the skies like nothing happened.

"I forgot to tell you, it was considered as an immortal being in the celestial spirit world!" said Prince Arthur.

"I see its power surpasses all of the creatures we fear, as Prince Arthur stated!" Loki said.

"Still, we were able to defeat those creatures. I am sure that even this powerful creature has its own weakness!" said Leomord.

"We should never give up easily!" Elshor said.

"So what do we do now?" said Odysseus.

Ammon threw his knife digger at dark phoenix and managed to hit its body but it did not die. "I was able to pierce its heart with my knife digger and yet it's still alive... what a piece of shit!"

"Are you an idiot, Ammon? What makes you think that stabbing your knife digger is enough to kill that stupid thing above?" asked Loki.

The dark phoenix's fired a blue flame and hit the 12 zodiac warriors. Fortunately, Leomord used his water magic to shield them from the burning attack of dark phoenix.

"It takes more than that to beat all of us," said Leomord.

Twelve white horses appeared with wings on the ground.

"Those are versions of pegasus I am giving to all of you, please use them to fight the dark phoenix in the air!" Prince Arthur ordered. "King Abaddon can also fly and fight in the air, it's much better if all of you can fight in the mid air as well. Worry not, these horses are human friendly and they can be controlled easily. Don't forget that they can attack with beam using their mouth as well!"

They all ride on white horses and flew into the air. Leomord used a water barrier to protect them from Cerberus' fire.

"Hey, It has been two days since I discovered that I am a magician too, but I don't have enough stamina to protect all of us with my holy water magic so don't be cocky and attack without thinking!"

They surrounded dark phoenix and they whipped their horses and cast beam. The dark phoenix was hit but their attack had no effect on it. It spewed green fire around them and they were able to escape easily.

The Cdark phoenix spread its wing and blast black fire surrounding the zodiac warriors. Little by little, the holy water magic of Leomord disappeared, evaporated, and before their bodies burned to ashes, Prince Arthur used his tizona sword to quench the black fire. The 12 zodiac warriors fell to the ground and were badly injured. Prince Arthur canceled his magic and dark phoenix disappeared. King Bartholomeo was not pleased with what he saw and raised his eyebrows to his son.

"Get your fucking ass," shouted King Bartholomeo.

The 12 zodiac warriors were forced to stand up and formed three rows again. Prince Arthur knelt before his father and apologized.

"Please forgive my father, I know that you have high expectations for my warriors!"

"I don't accept your damn apology, my son. I expect a great fight? You know that I despise weak warriors!"

Prince Arthur stood up and King Bartholomeo punched him in the face. He fell behind Alexander but he didn't help because he was afraid of King Bartholomeo.

"I am very disappointed with what I see Prince Arthur... and I am screaming inside. I am sure that King Abaddon will mock us once he finds out how weak our warriors are!"
