Chapter 407 A Scheming Man
Matthew was so angry that he ordered Bates to investigate it immediately.
Seeing this, Eliza left the Braint and Liliana with him. She took Demarion's hand and went downstairs to the ward to find Roseane.
When they arrived, Roseane was talking to the doctor with red eyes.
She was still very surprised to see Eliza. "Eliza, why are you here?"
"I heard that you're here. I'm here to see you."
Roseane said goodbye to the doctor and came up to talk to Eliza.
"You're so considerate."
"Aunt Roseane, don't be sad."
"I'll give you a lollipop. Auntie's mommy will get better."
Demarion took out a lollipop from his pocket and handed it to Roseane, saying sweet words.
When Eliza brought Demarion here, she just felt that this little guy was very funny.

After chatting with Demarion, Roseane looked at Eliza.
"What did the doctor say? How's your mother?"

"Three days later."

Eliza didn't say anything.

Gellert smiled gently and said, "Maybe I misunderstood him. I'll apologize to him the next time I meet him."

"I don't think Mrs. Valentine will lie for her husband's nephew. I have obviously misunderstood Mr. Valentine, so I should apologize to him."

Eliza shook her head with a smile and filled a small bowl of chicken soup for her.

"I suddenly remember that my father-in-law, Jory, and Mr. Williams are old friends, but he doesn't seem to have heard of the Brown family in Krine. I wonder if Mr. Brown is from Krine?"
