Chapter 747 Life's Like a Play
Eliza left.
She left arrogantly with a group of people.
After she left, the guests who had come to mourn felt a chill down their spines when they saw the mess all over the floor and how dejected Chester was.
They didn't dare to watch the fun anymore and got up to leave one after another.
When all the guests had left, only Chester, Haya, and the others were left in the villa.
Chester looked at the broken urn, and his tears fell silently.
"Eliza, one day, I will make sure you die without a burial place!"
Haya watched from the side and despised him in her heart.
He only knew how to say harsh words, but he couldn't do anything in front of Eliza.
Sure enough, Beau's idiotic brother couldn't even be compared to Beau.
If it was Beau, he would definitely be able to control this situation and wouldn't allow a woman like Eliza to be arrogant!
She felt disgusted in her heart, but there was a look of panic and fear on her face.
"Chester, with Eliza's reckless character, is she going to do something crazier in the future?"
"Will she take revenge on you?"
Chester already hated Eliza to the core. When he heard Haya's words, his eyes widened in anger.
"How dare she!"
"But she even dared to smash Beau's ashes..."
"This crazy woman, I will not let her go easily!"
Haya, who had succeeded in achieving her goal, showed a hint of a smile in her eyes, but she hid it well.
"Chester, what happened today created big chaos. It must have been posted on the Internet. Do we have to control the public opinion?"
Her words reminded Chester.
Chester recovered from his shock. "Yes! This b*tch will definitely take the opportunity to talk nonsense. I must be one step ahead of her. I must nail her to death on the pillar of shame and make her unable to turn over for the rest of her life!"
Chester picked up his phone and called his subordinate.
On the other side, Eliza brought her people back to Valentine's Mansion.
Except for Eliza, everyone else had a lot on their minds. They were not as relaxed as everyone thought.
When she arrived at her own territory, the expression on Eliza's face became much more relaxed.
"Do you think I'm crazy?"
Everyone looked at each other and did not speak.
Only Graciana hesitated for a moment and said, "Eliza, have you been too agitated?"
Eliza shook her head. "I'm very clear-headed."
"But..."
"That's not Beau," Eliza said firmly.
Everyone didn't know what to say for a moment.
Eliza said, "I absolutely don't believe that Beau will leave in this way. Even if he really wants to die, he won't become like that."
After she finished speaking, Graciana said, "But Owen has tested the DNA and it matched Beau's."
"So what?" Eliza didn't take it seriously. "It's possible that the data is fake."
"Eliza!"
Graciana wanted to say something more, but was stopped by Julian.
Julian stared fixedly at Eliza, and the speculation in his heart had taken shape.
Judging from Eliza's attitude, she was certain that Beau wasn't dead.
But he couldn't tell her the truth, so the result could only be...
"Eliza, I know that you are very sad about my cousin's death, but this is not a reason for you to fall into depravity! We are on your side but you can't use us as tools."
"It's all right that you smashed his ashes. But I hope that in the future, you will have a sense of propriety when you do things."
Everyone was stunned by Julian's words.
Only Eliza's eyes flickered and the corners of her lips curled up faintly.
Since the stage had been set up, how could she not cooperate?
Eliza grabbed the cup on the coffee table and threw it at Julian's foot!
Tea spilled everywhere, and the teacup was smashed into pieces.
"I said he's not dead!"
"You want him to die, don't you? Chester is like this, and so are you!"
Julian's expression was extremely ugly. He took a step forward as if he was about to take action, but was pushed away by Graciana.
"Don't be like that. Let's talk about it. Eliza is in a special situation now."
"She's still pregnant, so it's inevitable for her to be agitated."
Julian lowered his head and looked at the tears in Graciana's eyes. She was obviously very worried, but she had to put in a good word for her friend.
This little fool.
Julian's heart softened, but he continued to act.
"So what? It's better than her deceiving herself like this!"
"She lost Beau, and the children also lost their father! As a mother, she could be stubborn, but what about these children?"
Graciana also felt uncomfortable. She wanted to say something, but Sawyer suddenly shouted, "Julian, who are you talking to? Eliza is your sister-in-law. Do you have the right to lecture her?"
Julian looked at Sawyer with sharp eyes.
"Very good. There's an insider here."
In order to put on a realistic act, he couldn't fight with Eliza, but he could fight with Sawyer.
So he pushed Graciana aside, pointed at Sawyer's nose, and said, "This is the family business of the Benton family. What does it have to do with you?"
"I'm Eliza's brother. What do you think it has to do with me?"
"What brother? You're just trying to sound close to her."
"What did you say? Say it again!"
The two of them were entangled as they talked.
Valentine's Mansion was in a mess, and Liliana was almost scared to tears.
Matthew rubbed his nose. He couldn't bear it.
Finally, he had to stand up and say, "Okay! Can you stop fooling around?"
However, as soon as he opened his mouth, Julian pointed the spearhead at him. "Who are you? How dare you talk here?"
Matthew's face was livid. "Yes, I'm not qualified to speak. Go on!"
He was so angry that he flicked his sleeves and left, and Eliza didn't stop him.
Noah went up to separate Sawyer and Julian. Seeing this, Graciana grabbed Julian.
"Eliza, everyone was too impulsive today. You should rest at home first. Don't think too much. I'll try my best to persuade them. We're a family. There's nothing that we can't go through."
Eliza didn't say anything. Julian pushed Graciana away and turned to leave.
Graciana quickly followed him.
The living room quieted down. Eliza looked at Noah and said, "You go back to rest first."
"Mrs. Valentine..."
"Just go back."
Noah frowned and did not say anything. He sighed and left.
When the outsiders left, Eliza gave Sawyer a look and went upstairs to rest.
After settling Braint and the others, Sawyer went to the guest room wearily.
When the living room was quiet again, a figure went to the yard and dialed a number in a remote place.
"Eliza had a dispute with Julian and the others. She must have been irritated and had gone mad."
The man told the person on the other end of the phone what he saw and heard. After receiving the order to continue monitoring, he hung up the phone and left quietly.
What he didn't know was that in a guest room upstairs, someone was looking down at him through the window and hearing his words clearly.
After watching the two scenes, Beau put his feet in front of the floor-to-ceiling window and shook his head with a smile.
"Life is like a play."
He had just finished sighing when the door was pushed open and Eliza walked in with a natural expression.
"You're quite free." Eliza said unhappily, "Why are you not lying on the bed? You're not obedient at all."
