There’s No Way!

Mrs. Hunnie Bahm











"THERE'S NO WAY!"









Bahm hollers as I hear him trying to summon a portal multiple times. I lay on the temple floor, freezing and scared to see demons again.







"What did you fucking do, Hunnie?"





Then in frustration when the portal kept closing, he wields his sword and jabs it into the wooden walls of the temple.










"Bahm...the dimension is gone...

We've destroyed The Realm." I close my eyes in exertion again, beginning to hear him slashing away t the walls with his sword.









"Hunnie please tell me whats' going on...

it's 3:15!"

He shouts and miraculously I was able to exhale some words out on the cold temple floors.








"Take...

Me...

Home..."









The room becomes silent. Steps are heard coming towards me and seconds later, I feel Bahm's breath fanning all over my face.
My body was shivering uncontrollably, until he scoops me in his warm arms. My head automatically rolls over his shoulder, hanging backwards.











"Hunnie! I need you awake!"



Sounding frantic, the atmosphere changes. Then I feel softness underneath me.



"Hunnie...wake up, baby.

I need you to explain, please!" A loud snore is heard from Kris after Bahm speaks normally.







"What!

Oh....

What's wrong?

She's sleeping dude..." I hear Kris say in a daze.







"No she isn't Kris!" The bed begins caves in around me.










"What do you mean!"









"She used all her energy!

She said she destroyed the realm!" Bahm grunts and groans angrily and I didn't understand why he was so upset.









"WHAT!" Kris shrieks and I feel his hands come over my face.









"Well, do you hear anything in the realm, or smell any demons?"

....












"Bahm, fucking heal her so she can have energy if you aren't going to answer!" I continued hearing Kris yelling towards Bahm as he scoops me in his arms as well. His rapid heart bearts were music to my ears in this moment.











"BAHM!!" Kris yells ferociously.









My eyes jolt open at the power in his voice, observing Bahm sitting on the edge off the bed still naked with his head hung low.







Then Kris grabs my jaw that ached slightly from Bahm's squeeze earlier and he pours his blood in my mouth. The drops fell all over my chin as I felt a spark of energy running through my body.









"Why are you acting this way?"









"BECAUSE!" Bahm gets up from the bed yelling in a fury.





"I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!

This is my, DEMON FIGHTING TIME!!

HUNNIE, did so much in such a short matter of seconds, I don't know WHAT to trust!

I wasn't even a demon anymore because of something SHE DID!!"









Bahm pulls his hair, panting like a wild animal with wide eyes.



Kris stays silent and deep down, I felt crushed by Bahm's behavior. Tears sprung from my eyes involuntarily and a sob follows right after.





My hands quickly come up to wipe away the tear that had fallen down, when Kris pulls my head closer into his chest.









"Whats wrong Hunnie?" Bahm switches back to reality with these warm eyes of protection.







"N-Nothing...I'm just...

tired!" I cry, sniffing and hiding the true sobs that wanted to escape my throat.











"It's okay sweetie.

Sleep. Bahm just in a state of shock."



Kris comes into the link and Bahm takes as seat at the edge of the bed again, prompting Kris to lay me back down and covering me with the blankets. Then suddenly, Kris and I both hear saddening sobs coming from Bahm.



We both turn our heads in the direction at the same time and sees his shoulders shaking with his hands covering his face. His back was towards us and he was crying as though someone had just died.







"Bahm..." Kris mumbles.






"Are you alright?"







"It-It's not possible Kris." He says and his sobbing stops..









"Bahm...if you cannot feel the ream...then I guess its safe to say its gone."






We both watch Bahm approach our side of the bed and Kris stands up and out of his way. Bahm sits by my side, with a dazed look on his face again. He think to himself as Kriss stands right behind him.





"I need to ask you something....Hunnie," he finally looks me in the eye, full of sorrow and emptiness.








"HUNNIE!"





Kris yells in the link suddenly, frightening me.







"You MUST lie to his question!

I heard what he's going to ask, and he won't be able to handle the truth right now!

If it is true...

Don't make your lie noticeable, LIE!"







He barks at me like his life had depend on it.





Just exactly what was Bahm going to say and why do I have to lie...









I eye Kris shaking his head behind Bahm slowly.



Sitting up weakly, I hold the covers over my chest when I see a single line of tears rolling down Bahm's face.








"Did...

Did you...discover the spell....

To destroy the realm... in the book belonging to Hiliana?" He looks over my head, staring blankly as he waits for my response.













I eye Kris quickly, who continued shaking his head.









Hesitiating on what to say, I knew I had to think of something quckly because I could tell it was going to bother him, but then he looks down at me from the lows of his eyes.









He knew.







He knew his birth mother could have done something to The Realm a millennium ago. I was deeply saddened by this questions too.











"Bahm...

I did found some hidden spells in her book, yes...but I combined it with my own knowledge. I also couldn't have done it with you most of all." I place my cold hand on his warm face as his eyes closes slowly.









"Bahm let her get some sleep."







He slides my hands from his cheeks slowly, then he gets up, walking over to the bathroom.










"I'm going keep searching for The Realm." Bahm groans while Kris lifts the blanket up and over my shoulder, pushing me back down to sleep with a kiss on my forehead.






"Go to sleep Hunnie. I'll stay up with him."





His thumb caresses my cheeks and he follows Bahm to the bathroom.



I turn around facing that way, waiting for their arrival, but I gave up moments later, experiencing my body going numb before it got dark.

⌛Two days later...










"Hunnie baby please...I'm sorry!"








"Bahm stop, you're scaring the kids." Kris says in the link.







"But, I just want her to wake up!" Sobbing with blurry eyes, I look over to Kris.



"Pl-Please wake up!" I kiss her warm lips.







"Wake up mommy, please!" Kissing her again, Hubi begins to mimic me by Hunnie's side.







"Wake up mommy...wake up please." She kisses her lips plenty. "Wake up mommy, daddy crying."







"I'm not crying!" I tell her and wipe my face. Kris doesn't want us to worry the kids.

Hubi also wipes away the small tears leaving her eyes.







"But I see your tears daddy!" She points in my face and I embrace Hunnie's head.






"Daddy is happy crying, because mommy needs rest to feel better."





"Come on Hubi.

You wanna go swimming?" Kris claps his hands, cutting out off as he stands from the sofa, holding it out to Hubi.







A blissfully wide and bright smile appears on her small face as she runs off the bed, jumping into Kris's arms.







"Yeah!

Pool!"

She shouts and Bahari leaves his mischief at the bookshelves to mimic her. Though he was bigger, his speech was slightly delayed , but I understood everything he would always say!





"Come with us Bahm."






"But Kris, I was so mean to her--"




"--I know Bahm. You already told me that, just let her rest." Kris and I go back and fourth in the link while he gathered the twins. I hid my sobs in my throat until they all left the room. Then I broke down.



"Hunnie

Please wake up...

I'm sorry....so...sorry....

And I'm scared." Resting my head on hers, I hear the door opens, sensing Nyku approaching.







"Bahm, Kirs sent me.

Please let her rest.

You are disturbingg her soul."





"But Nyku, I was terrible to her.

I-I...I lost my trust and my characters in such a quick time!

I even lost hope in her...what if she doesn't get up!" I look to Nykus's face when she stayed behind me quietly.





"I didn't even tell her thank you...." I cling onto Hunnie's body, scooping her into my arms.







"Bahm just give her a chance--"






"But I'm scared Nyku!"



My shaky hands moves hairs away from her face while Nyku comes closer to the bed side.





"Trust her Bahm. She knew what she was doing. Go be with your kids, they need you too. I'm sure they are scared too that mommy has been sleeping for two days." Nyku continues.





She continues to pry my hands and arms from Hunnie's comatose body, walking me over to the closet and picking out a pair of swimming shorts for me.



"Here, go change and teach your daughter how to swim, because her brother can.

I'll keep an eye on Hunnie until Suki gets here."



I take the shorts in my hands, and she begins pushing me towards the bathroom now.










"GO!"

She raises her voice and closes the door.






Moments after staring into the basin mirror when I managed to change into my shorts, Nyku comes barging in the bathroom, whipping me from my state of thoughts.






"Teleport!

Now!"







She shouts, grabbing my arms. She actual startled me into teleporting, where she came along with me and pushed me towards Kris, who was walking into the pool with Bahari in his hands.







"Daddy!" Hubi yells and rushed towards me, snapping me back to my most precious cargos.







Grabbing miss Hubi, she demands I helped her with her swimming floats and goggles, so she would find 'treasure' and underneath the and we made out way down the stairs and to the chilling water.






We stay I for more than a hour before my. mother sends her servants over to bring the kids ice cream.






"ICEY!"






Bahari yells, pushing away from Kris and paddling his long arms and legs until he reaches the stairs.






For the next few moments, we chase the twins through the maze until they wanted to jump back into the pool.

Hubi was petrified of swimming alone, so she carried her pink floaty over by the stairs and sat on it so she could float away.

I jumped right in, after kris and Bahari does by the low end and I linked one of the servers over to bring over a bottle of cognac, so I didn't go checking in Hunnie every ten seconds!
