Chapter 29
Angelo Severino stepped out of the car and stepped into the Ferrari mansion, he was immediately shown to the ballroom and when he stepped in a gasp escaped his lips as he took in the sight before him, the decorators of the hall had spared no effort in turning the room into something from a fairytale and the party guests had done well to keep to the theme of the party, masked men and women roamed the room.
But what really held his attention was when he saw his sister dancing with Emil Ferrari, Angelo was shocked at the sudden change from last time, she was smiling happily as she moved in perfect sync with the oldest Ferrari son.
He thought she looked absolutely beautiful and he was glad she was happy in her new home but then again, one could not be really sure, she might have been putting on a show for all her guests.
“They look wonderful right?” A voice said from behind Angelo causing him to turn around quickly.
Marco Ferrari smiled and said “Nice of you to honor our invitation Angelo”
Angelo did not recall a time when he ever spoke to Marco Ferrari, their paths had never really crossed personally and so they had never a reason to get to know one another and there was also the little issue of the family feud.
“They look happy” Angelo said.
“Si, they do, they really look happy” Marco Ferrari said.
“But is it all real or is it just a façade?” Angelo asked but the more he looked at his sister, the more he thought that she was really happy here.
A laugh escaped Marco Ferrari’s lips “I don’t know much about Andrea Severino but I know Emil and he could not care enough to put on a show for anyone, the fact that he is here right now, dancing like some fairy prince should be enough proof that he cares about your sister” he said as he drank from the glass of wine in his hand.
Angelo was glad, he was really glad that it all turned out for the best in the end.
“I am glad she is happy here, I was really worried about her, I am glad she could find happiness with Emil Ferrari” Angelo said.
“I am glad she could make Emil smile like that, I never thought I would see the day” Marco said with a smile on his handsome face.
Angelo said nothing to that, he simply watched his sister smile and hide her face in Emil’s chest when he whispered something to her.
“Anyways I welcome you to the Ferrari renaissance ball, enjoy yourself please, the wine will never stop flowing and there is never a shortage of beautiful women in an Italian party” Marco said with a smile.
Angelo smiled and said “That is true indeed”
“So my friend, wipe off that dull look on your face and enjoy the party, I see many women stealing glances at you” Marco said with a grin on his face.
And true to his words many women were giving the young Severino heir flirtatious looks and smiles and Angelo had never been a man to turn away a beautiful woman when she sought his attention, he was just a man after all.
He reached for a glass of wine from a passing tray and raised the glass to his lips with a smile, this night was going to be interesting without a doubt.

Anna Deluca had been to many parties during her years growing up but she had to commend the efforts of the Ferrari family, the party had really been worth all the noise and one thing she was most thrilled about was the fact they was no shortage of gorgeous men and the masks gave an air anonymity and mystery that she enjoyed.
She could do whatever she wanted and no one here would even recognize her, she basked in the attention she received when she passed by, she knew she was beautiful woman and the looks she got from men were nothing new to her anymore.
Raising her glass of wine to her lips, she scanned the room for the prefect man worthy of her attentions tonight, they were all good but no one in particular caught her attention.
Her eyes glided to Emil Ferrari and the Severino girl and she not help feel a little jealous as to how lucky the girl was, Emil Ferrari was handsome, he was more than handsome to be honest, he had a kind of beauty that forced you to look at him and at the same time, he was wrapped in a shroud of danger and mystery, he was simply perfect and his little bride could not see any of this at all.
“What a waste” Anna thought as her eyes drifted away from the handsome man, she may not be a very good person but she had her morals, she did not go after another woman’s husband.
“You seem like you could use a dance” A deep voice said from behind her.
Anna almost jumped but quickly turned around, she turned around to meet a tall handsome man with dark hair and dark eyes, he mask covered only his eyes and she could tell that he was a rather handsome man, he was dressed elegantly and he had an impressive build, he wasn’t bad at all.
So Anna smiled and said “And you look like you could take me for a dance”
The man smiled and exposed a set of fine dentition “May I have this dance my lady?” he asked as he stretched out his hand toward her.
His deep voice once again washing over Anna and she loved the delicious feelings this man was staring up, it had been a while since she had been with a man and tonight seemed like a good night to change that.
Anna smiled and placed her hand in his and before she knew it, she was gliding on the polished wooden dance floor, moving in perfect sync to the music along with her handsome stranger who kept smiling all the time and watching her with his deep dark eyes.
“Can I ask what your name is?” the handsome stranger said.
Anna smiled and said “There is a reason why we are all wearing masks tonight, it is because we do not want to know each other right?”
“But I know almost everyone here but you, I do not think I recall seeing you before, I would have surely remembered” he said.
Anna figured he must be close to the Ferrari family which was why he knew most of the guests, she was glad he did not claim to recognize her that means she could do whatever she wanted and not care.
“Well maybe if you can show me a good time tonight, I might let you know who I am tomorrow” she said as she stood up on her toes to whisper into his ears.
The stranger smiled and said “I love a woman who knows what she wants”
Anna smiled in a seductive manner and said “So what are you going to do about it?”
A deep chuckle escaped his lips and leaned down and whispered “Come with me”
He held her hand in his and began to lead her away from the dance floor, Anna smiled as she felt a thrill of pleasure run down her spine immediately.
She followed the stranger until they got to a room and he opened the door and pulled her in, they both wasted no time the moment they were inside, he grabbed her waist and pulled her to him, their lips met in a fiery kiss immediately as her hand went around his neck, they kissed as his hands roamed all over her body, Anna was enjoying every second of it and she was loving it.
A gasp escaped her lips when she was lifted from the floor and hefted into strong powerful arms, before she could register what was happening, her back hit the bed and a powerful body hovered over her.
He had a smile on his face “I am not going to be gentle with you” he said to her.
A shot of pleasure coursed through her body and she said “Dominate me, bend me to your will”
A low growl escaped his lips as he leaned down to do exactly as she wanted.
They spent the night in each other’s arms and Anna could not remember ever satisfying her the way the stranger did that night, their masks had come off at some point in the night and she had realized he was one of the most good looking men she had ever seen, what she had not realized was that he was also Antonio Ferrari and her story with him was just beginning.
