Andrea wasn’t sure what to say, she felt like she had made mistake, she had trusted Emil and it turned to be a mistake, now she had upset Lorenzo, her longest friend.
“Lorenzo, I am sorry, I am sure there was a problem somewhere, Emil must have a mistake, I will clear it up with him” Andrea said, hoping to calm him down.
Lorenzo stood up and said “I am sorry Andrea but I am very upset right now, I think I should leave, I just have to think about this, I am never expected this from you” the pain in his voice was so very evident and it broke Andrea’s heart.
“Lorenzo…” Andrea began but was caught short by Lorenzo.
“It is okay Andrea, you did nothing wrong, you just had to confirm something you heard but I am really hurt” Lorenzo said.
Andrea opened her mouth to say something but she could not think of the right words to say, she felt like she had lost a good friend.
“Let me escort you to your car, you need to get back home because I am certain your husband does not know you are here” Lorenzo said with a small smile.
He could see it on her face, his goal had been achieved, the doubt had been planted and that was all he wanted.
Andrea nodded and stood up, her heart was broken and it was all Emil’s fault.
They walked back to the car in silence, Julia was waiting by the car, looking very harassed, she kept glancing at her watch, it was getting late and if Wilma found out she had taken the Donna out without anyone knowing, she was going to be in serious trouble.
Relief flooded her entire body when she saw Andrea approaching, she rushed toward her “We should go, it is getting late” she said.
Andrea simply nodded and said “Yes, we should go” her voice was dull and sad.
She turned to look at Lorenzo and forced a smile “Thank you for coming out today Lorenzo and I am sorry for everything” she said.
Lorenzo smiled and said “I am glad I could see you Andrea, I am always glad to see you”
Andrea smiled sadly and nodded.
“Donna, we really have to go” Julia said, she was beginning to feel bad for bringing the Donna out, it looked like she was having an affair with the young man and if Don Ferrari found out, he was definitely going to have her head.
“Take care of yourself Andrea” Lorenzo said.
Andrea smiled and followed Julia into the car, the moment she got into the car and she had the door close, the first teardrop slipped from her eyes, she felt like something had broken inside her, she had just lost her closest friend.
“Are you alright Donna?” Julia said when she got into the car and found Andrea crying, her panic was rising with each passing second, she was certain she was in trouble.
“I am fine Julia, just get me home immediately” Andrea said.
Julia nodded and said to the driver “Let’s go home, be quick please”
Through out the drive home, Andrea was thinking about how she was going to react once she saw Emil, he had just cost her a friend and she will be a fool to just accept it.
She had the mafia blood flowing in her veins and it demanded she paid every hurt and pain back in equal fold.

Emil was furious, actually, he was not just furious, he was in a state of raging anger and his anger was not going to dissipate until he saw the person responsible for his anger, he did not like to be disobeyed and Andrea had decided to disobey him.
He sat in her bedroom waiting for her return.
Emil had wanted to speak to her about their fight and show her proof that Lorenzo DeLuca was indeed bad news but when he tried to find her, he realized she was nowhere to be found, after asking her guards, they had informed him that she had left the house with her personal maid and it did not take much for him to realize that she had snuck out to see Lorenzo Deluca.
His anger had been directed at her guards the moment he found out, they were currently locked up but his anger had refused to dissipate, he wanted to look at Andrea when she told him she had outrightly disobeyed him.
The door to the bedroom opened and Wilma walked in, Emil was not in the mood to deal with Wilma’s drama right now, he needed to speak to Andrea.
“Emilio, I know you are upset but you need to calm down, please I beg you” Wilma said.
“Wilma please, just let me be for today, this is between Andrea and I, and I do not want anyone to get involved” Emil said.
Wilma had never seen Emil so upset and she was scared that his anger might make him do something he might regret.
"Emil, please I beg you, just speak to Andrea tomorrow, not tonight, please" Wilma pleaded.
Emil had never refused Wilma anything but today was certainly the exception.
"Wilma I am sorry but you should leave, this is between my wife and I" he said, his voice was stern and his tone left no room for argument.
Wilma knew she will not be able to convince him so she said *Be gentle with her, she is just a child, she doesn't know any better"
Emil said nothing to that, he simply stared straight ahead, his eyes were hard due to the anger brewing deep inside.
Wilma simply shook her head and walked out of the room, she was going to give Julia an earful when she returned, she should have known better than to help the Donna leave the house without informing anyone.
Emil could focus on nothing but his anger in that moment, he felt disrespected and belittled, he might have forgiven her but she has disobeyed him to go and see Lorenzo DeLuca, that was something he could not forgive.
