"Chad!" I panicked, picking the dress up and attempting to use it to cover up my nakedness.

He stood still as if what he was doing was not an invasion of my privacy.

A smirk played on his sexy lips and he leaned against the door. "Well, I don't understand why you're covering up." He said, coming closer and getting ready to close the distance between us. "You are my pretend fiancee so what with the shyness."

I had to be dreaming. I pinched my hand to confirm whether that was true or not. It hurt bad and I knew this was reality.

He put his hands on my waist and I closed my eyes, afraid to see what would come next.

When I felt him withdraw his hands, I calmed and reopened them to his forearm flexed. He had the string of my underwear attached to his index finger, suspended in air.

"Where did you get that?" I gasped, attempting to snatch it from him but he raised his hand higher, making it a difficult task for me to accomplish.

"Chad what are you doing?" I was no longer conscious of my nakedness. I knew I wasn't reacting to his presence the way I was supposed to.

"I found it outside. You must have let it slip out of the dressing room." He rendered his explanation. I took it from his grip with a frown.

"That still gives you no right to come in here! That's assault if you have no idea." I had no problem with his presence to be honest but I didn't want him to know that.

"I thought since you had no problem with sending the image to me, I could as well get a real picture." He shrugged, turning around to leave.

I couldn't define what type of character he was but he did confuse me.

I squinted my eyes at him. "Get out." I said although aware he had already made that move.

"I already am leaving." He shrugged. "Take care, and hurry out of there, we're running out of time." He informed me.

It took us ten minutes after his entrance but I managed to get the perfect dress to his taste and he had paid for it and the previous ones I had selected as promised. We were headed to the makeup section of the huge place and I was curious to know what I appeared like with heavy, expensive, professional makeup sitting on my face.

"I am curious for the result." I said as we made our way there. I was surprised by how familiar he was with every part of this place but I didn't know him that well so there was no telling what he did with the extra time he had.

"Me too. I hope it works according to plan." He said. I flinched a little from his sentence especially since I hadn't expected him to respond.

"You too? What are you expecting?" I furrowed my eyebrows out of curiosity.

"Well, I'm hoping they can make you completely unrecognizable. I dont want my mum finding you someday and realizing we had her duped. Plus, you're too ugly for my taste. If I don't butter you up, she might find out how unreal this is." He said. I was hurt by his words and I hoped to hide it from him as best as possible.

"Oh." I finally managed to say, not wanting to seem like I was vulnerable to hurt.

"Here we are." Chad said.

I looked at the beauty spot and shook my head to myself. I really didn't fit in here. Regardless, I followed him into the building anyway.

He spoke to the ladies in charge for a while and after their conversation, he told me he was going to wait outside for me whoke I hired ready. He directed me to the spot I was supposed to meet him at after agreeing to do this.

I watched him sit and pull his phone out before disappearing out of sight.

Chad

I turned my left wrist to a prone position so I could see my wrist watch and Coburn what the time was. It had been over an out since Nikki went into that building hit she was tet to return.

They were testing my patience and it was just a few screws left before I completely list it.

I suhed and stood to my feet to check what was going on. I didnt think minimal face painting was supposed to last that long, it wasnt as if she was getting married anyway.

As soon as I was sjt to walk into the room, I heard a familiar voice call for me. It got me to freeze to the ground.

"Chad?" The voice called a second time when I didn't move.

I felt Rebecca's hand on my left shoulder as she tried to turn me around.

She furrowed her eyebrows at my presence, "what are you doing here?" She demanded to know.

I scratched the back of my neck. I knew I would save myself with a lie. I didn't care about being honest with her.

"I'm just here to get a few stuff." I sounded careless, knowing I was supposed to give her some sort of treatment especially knowing how she was supposed to be my fiancee.

"But this is a women store..." She never got to finish the sentence because the room door came open.

Of course.

The make up artist walked out with Nikki, of all moment, now? I forgot all about the awkward air in that instant. She had taken the form of a goddess. My mouth opened in a reflexive action and I would be lost if I didn't notice her face drop. I turned to look between both women as they stared at each other, confusion flashing through their eyes.

"Rebecca stepped forward, ignoring the confused make up artist still keeping her hand on Nikki's shoulder.

"What are you doing here?" Rebecca gasped, her eyes widened as she eyed Nikki from head to toe.
