Chapter 13
The drive to the next town took roughly about an hour, which wasn't much. I remember that I fell asleep at one point, that Kurt had to wake me up to tell me that we had arrive at our location.
I got out of the car and stared at the hotel in front of us. Our driver took out our luggages from the trunk of the car.
Kurt walked up ahead of us, heading to the front desk where the receptionist was. I stood far away with the driver that held our luggages, luckily it wasn't much so it was something that he could easily carry.
I saw from my peripheral vision that Kurt was still talking to the receptionist, the whole thing was taking too much of my time. Plus I needed to rest.
He then came dangling the keys in front of him. A young boy that seems to be in his teens came to us with a trolley and our driver dropped all of our luggages into it.
Our driver bow down, tipped his cap and told us that he would meet with us later, and then took his leave.
"Follow me," the young boy said leading the way while me and Kurt walked behind him, we were walking shoulder to shoulder and I then realized how tall he was. I looked like a dwarf standing next to him.
We got on the elevator and the boy pressed the button, the doors to the elevator closed shut and the elevator ascended up.
There was an awkward silence amongst us as I wished that it would disappear. I was still pissed off with Kurt so the silence between us would pretty much never disappear till whenever I feel like it.
The elevator dinged as the doors slid open and we shown a very long hallway. The boy took us to where our room is, with Kurt handing him the keys to open the door.
When the door was open, I gasped at how beautiful the room was looking. Everything looked expensive I became scared to touch anything due to fear of staining or spoiling something that would require my kidneys to pay.
I decided to enter inside the bathroom and it looked completely spotless, almost as if it was just washed some few minutes ago.
"Sir, Alpha Raphael said that you and your Luna should get some rest, that later on in the evening that he would like to meet up with the both of you for dinner." I heard the boy say.
"Of course we would rest." Kurt replied back to the boy.
"Also, he said that he has a special gift for the both of you, it would be deliver to you two later on. Also sir, if you don't mind I would like a tip."
I could hear rustling like as if he was reaching into his pockets to bring out money to give to the boy.
"Thank you very much sir." The door was closed and then there was silence on the other side.
I came outside the bathroom, seeing Kurt just stood there in the middle of the room. I walked to go and take a sit on the bed.
"Since we are sharing a bed together, I think it's safe to say that we should put a demarcation between us." He said and I nodded my head, still not planning on talking to him and I was grateful that he caught on to the memo, cause he went quiet. I looked at the table that was next to the bed and I saw a bunch of magazines with skimpy cladded models, advertising some sort of perfume.
I picked up one to at least get my mind preoccupied, then there was a knock on the door and I stood up to answer it.
Opening the door I was greeted with women holding different foods and drinks as well.
"Oh my, all these for us?" I said with quite the excitement in my voice.
"Yes, given to you by Alpha Raphael." One of the women said. Kurt came up behind me and took some of the food and drinks and place on the table.
He then came back to the door, and told them to send his thanks to Alpha Raphael.
Closing the door behind him, we walked up to the table and sat on the floor, Kurt looked at me as if expecting something from.
"Aren't you going to serve us?" He asked quirking an eyebrow at me.
If looks could kill Kurt would have been 6 feet under with the deadly glare I shot at him, however despite me glaring at him he wasn't phased even phased at all.
"Forget the fact that you are here with me as my Luna, you are still going to be my slave whether you like it or not."
I could feel my eye twitch in annoyance. I can't believe this asshole, I swear that he makes me so frustrated and angry all the time.
I served him his own food, and he went ahead to dig in, I watched as he ate up the food and suddenly I didn't even feel hungry or tired anymore. The urge to leave the room suddenly entering my body.
"Aren't you going to eat?" He asked between mouthfuls of food.
"You make wanting to eat unflattering," I said getting up and walking outside. I didn't care to figure out if he followed me outside or not, I just needed some fresh air and maybe a drink from the bar won't hurt.
I headed downstairs, and it suddenly looked like the entire place had changed scenery. Or was it the addition of people walking around here.
It looks obvious that I was lost, cause somebody came up to me and asked me if I needed help with something.
"Oh, I just need to know where the bar is."
"That your left to the corner, you would see a pillar by your side walk pass the pillar and that's where you would see the bar."
"Ok, thanks." I said, walking towards the place that was directed to me.
There was some few people that were seated by the bar area, either individual or they came with a partner.
I took a sit on the stool next to the marble counter. The bartender came by and asked me what I would like to drink.
I didn't know what I want so I asked him to surprise me. He went to mixing different things, shaking it he then pour it into a glass cup, while putting ice cubes inside along with a straw for me to sip out of.
I took a sip out of the drink, it had a tangy taste to it, also mixed with the bitter taste of lime.
I felt a presence next to me, I looked briefly to see who it is. It was a very goodlooking man who looked to be in his late 20s.
"A shot glass of your special drink." He said in a very deep and soothing voice that sent a shock wave through my spine.
I tried my best not too look at him while I was sipping out of my drink and savoring the taste. But it was hard not too especially with a man as fine and good looking as he is.
"Good day Miss," he was suddenly speaking to me, much to my surprise.
"Good day sir," I replied back to him.
"I'm sorry for asking, but are you by any chance from around this parts?"
"No I am not."
"Ah, cause you definitely don't look like you are from around here, oh and I mean that in a good way."
The bartender gave him his drink and he took a sip out of it, then smacked his lips together.
"Pardon me, but can I get to know your name?"
"My name's Alexa."
"Nice to meet you Alexa. My name is Raphael."
