Chapter 15

The door besides us open up and in came a very pretty woman with caramel skin, who's hair was braided. She came in with a tray and placed it on the table, she then bow and took her leave.

Raphael reach for the bottle of what seemed to be red wine, and poured the drink into the glass cup. Kurt took the drink, sniffing the it, he couldn't help but look at Raphael.

"Is there something wrong?" Raphael asked, Kurt shook his head and then proceed to drink out of it. I decided to drink out of my cup as well.

The both of them began to discuss about things that related to their packs and I then decided to tune off the conversation, and focus on the wall clock that was ticking away behind Raphael's head. Watching it go 'tick-tock-tick'.

I felt something nuzzle my leg, I looked down and I saw a very cute pup staring at me with big brown eyes, its tail wagging and his tongue sticking out.

I reach out to hold it in my hands, stroking it's brown fur as it rubbed himself against me.

"Daniel? What are you doing here?" Raphael called out which made the boy to change back to his human form. The boy looked at his father with fear in his eyes, as he came down from my lap on to the ground.

The door besides us burst open and in came a woman with a panic look in her eye. "Raphael have you seen Daniel?" She asked frantically.

Raphael pointed to where the boy was sitting on the floor next to me. The woman, who was probably the Luna of Dark night pack, came rushing over to Daniel, scooping him up into her arms with relief washed over her face.

"I am so sorry, I didn't even know when he left from sight. I'm sorry if he bothered you in anyway." She said apologizing to me.

"Oh, it's not a problem."

She then took her leave, and then Kurt turned back his attention to Raphael. "Sir, shall we continue our conversation?"

"Ah, yes let's continue."

Along the line Raphael's Luna, who  was introduced to me as Catherine, came and sat next to Raphael.

"Is Daniel asleep?" Raphael asked and she nodded her head.

"That's good, so Kurt from our conversation it seems to me that you are doing a good job taking over Nightfall pack, ever since your father retired."

"Well, I tried my best. Aside from the usual rogue attacks, there hasn't been any much of a problem."

"Kurt, if you don't mind, I would like to invite you to our annual ball. Different pack alphas are coming for the function, but it's ok if you don't want to come."

"I would think about it."

"We would love if you come over, it's this Saturday." Catherine said, "bring Alexa along with you too." She said shooting a smile at me, and I smiled back at her. For some reason she reminded me of someone, I just couldn't put my finger on it on who the person was.

"Anyways, we should get going, it's getting late already." Kurt said looking at his watch, we both stood up, with Raphael and Catherine also standing up as well.

"Ah, yes it is getting late. It was nice finally seeing you two, hope you enjoy your stay at our lovely hotel. We would see you this Saturday."

"Of course you will."

"Have you already made up your mind yet?" I asked as we got into the elevator, Kurt pressed the button to our floor.

"For what?" He asked casting a quick glance at me.

"Whether we are going to the annual ball. I mean when we were leaving, Raphael said he would see you on Saturday, and you said 'of course you will'."

"Maybe I want to go, I am still undecided about it. Do you want to go?"

The thought of putting on a pretty dress and also doing my makeup sounded really fun, which was weird cause usually girly things never really excited me before till I became Kurt's Luna.

"Well, I do want to go. But if you don't feel like going, then that's your decision to make and I would respect that."

We didn't say anything until we got to our room floor and entered our room. I took off my shoes, and went to seat down on the couch, both me and Kurt settle into the couch. Then Kurt suddenly said, "you know what, I think I need to head downstairs for a drink." He stood up, heading straight to the door and then he left me all alone.

I decided to soak myself in the bathtub. Peeling off the clothes away from my body, I prepared the bathtub with scented soap and plenty of bubbles, I then immersed myself into the bathtub.

I stayed like that for a very long time, I didn't even know when I feel asleep.

I blinked away the sleep from my eyes, and realized that I was still in the bathtub. I stood up and carefully place my leg on the tiled floor, I gingerly walked towards the towel rack and dry my body off with the towel.

I then went outside the bathroom naked, I checked my bag for my night gown. Then I heard the doorknob jiggling, I froze as soon as the door open up.

I slowly turn around and I saw Kurt, who looked tipsy lean by the doorway.

"Look what we have here," he said in a very annoying high pitched voice.

I felt water, or maybe it was my sweat drip down my back.

"Kurt, please go back I need to dress." I tried to make my voice sound stern, but it failed me.

"You have such nice boobs by the way."

I clench my jaw in anger, and glared at him. "Kurt I repeat again pls leave this room, let me get dressed."

He entered inside the room, close the door behind him, went to the bed and sat down, his eyes looking at my body with such lustful gaze.

I let out a sigh, while mumbling a curse underneath my breath. I tried my best to ignore him looking at me.

I finally put on a night wear, I climbed the bed and lay flat on it, while facing the other side so that I won't look at Kurt and whatever it was that he was doing.

I heard rustling and it seems that he was changing into something more comfortable.

I then felt the bed dip with his body weight. There was silence between us, then the light went out, he probably switch off the light.

As we lay there in silence, there was a weird sound coming from the room next to us. It sounded like a woman moaning, and the sound only grew louder and became more uncomfortable as I lay there.

I tried closing my eyes to at least sleep, but the sounds were disrupting my sleep. Why exactly wasn't the room around here sound proof.

I felt heat in-between my legs, I put my hands in-between my legs to at least stop the throbbing. It didn't stop.

I wondered if Kurt was feeling it too, the noise stopped after a while and I managed to let out a small sigh of relief.

I fell asleep almost immediately.
