Chapter 49 Extermination

Clinton came to that building in the suburb at dawn.
It was a dumped prison with no one around for years.
In the building, the light was dim.
He strode outside of the iron bars and heard the crying of Charlize like a lunatic.
"It was Stefano Morris who killed John. If you are brave enough, you should go to him for revenge! As to the eyes, why should I return them to you! If it wasn't for taking revenge for what the Wilsons did to me, why should I make myself blind to cheat Clinton?!"
Clinton looked through the fences to see Charlize was on the penalty chair, messy hair. There was no trace of lady demeanor around her.
While beside her, Sandra was in red dress, standing with back to her, nice-shaped.
Just a look at her back, he could image how stunning she must be today.
But the color of the dress made him unsettled.
Red...
Exactly as what looked like in his dream!
As if she sensed something, Sandra turned back suddenly with her cold and sharp eyes looking towards him.
A glimpse made her smile and she snapped her fingers to Charlize.
"Look, the person you are waiting for is here."
Charlize noticed his presence too, and her tears fell down immediately.
"Clinton, save me! Please save me!"
If only Clinton saved her that day, she would promise to live the rest of her life with him, leaving all the past behind!
She was scared of death.
She thought she was taking revenge, so that she wouldn't commit suicide.
But she knew at that moment that she didn't want to die!
Tears in her eyes, she looked so miserable, which made Clinton more upset.
Uncertainty in his heart was stronger and stronger.
He wanted to pushed open the fence door to embrace Sandra hard in his arms to tell her he would compensate everything to her.
But the door was locked from inside.
Clinton was overwhelmed with panic which he didn't have for a long time, shaking the fence door forcefully.
"Sandra, open the door!"
His anxious behavior in Sandra's eyes was just the concern for Charlize.
She should have known it much earlier, shouldn't she?
He loved her always from the very beginning. But during the time of her memory loss, she mistakenly thought it was good to be with him.
How ridiculous!
Sandra didn't pay attention to that man but turned to Charlize.
"I was wrong with one thing. I didn't want your eyes back, but these pair of eyes shouldn't be on your face either."
"What did you say?"
Charlize was in a daze and then screamed out of sudden.
Nobody saw how she did it, but in a second, there were two traces of blood dripping from her eye sockets!
"Ouch... Ouch... I can't see... who can help me? Help me!"
"Nobody can help you!"
Sandra's voice was cold as if it was from the ghost from the hell.
She had the sharp knife at her left hand rubbing against Charlize's clothes to clean off the blood and polished it as brand new.
"Since your eyes were blinded by yourself, it shouldn't be counted on me. Now the debt of eyes between us is clear. But my brother's life shouldn't be brushed away so easily."
"You... What do you want to do...? Don't kill me... Don't kill me!"
Charlize was tied up by hands and feet, she was struggling on the chair by herself and then fell to the ground together with the chair.
Sandra didn't look at her but let loose the knife in her hand. The knife was on the ground but she pulled the gun out of her waist.
She used the gun for more than 10 years, which was cleaned to shine.
At that moment, she turned to walk to the door and pointed the gun at the man she loved for more than 10 years.
Clinton was trying to compromise the weakest spot at the door by smashing it. When he heard the noise, he looked up slowly.
He met first her eyes like a dead person and then the black gun point.
In the next, the most pleasant voice sounded.
"As to you, what should I do with you?"
Her beautiful eyes gazed at him, and a faint smile produced on her red lips.
"Every night recently, you could see those shadows in my dreams. They were my father, mother, my brother, my child. they never stopped blaming me for me taking the murderer as family! Why should I love someone who is my enemy?"
"Clinton, you tell me how I should reply to them?"
Her head was slanting. She was annoyed to wait for his answer, while her eyes were both innocent and vicious.
Clinton was speechless to her question.
After a long while, he heard his voice in tension.
"Sandra, I didn't protect well your brother and our child. but as far as your father was concerned, you should know that when we were confronting with the opponents, it could cause a lot of casualties..."
When he was talking, the gun was placed against his forehead, coldness next to his skin.
Sandra looked at him, without blinking.
Her curled lips were dragging down further gradually till it looked like a crying curve.
She spoke.
"Clinton, I have nothing now."
"They came to me every night to question me. If I don't kill you, I won't have peace."
