THE BEGINNING:CHAPTER XXVIII:BREAK IN

Sermond stood looking at the slow movements of aquatic beings outside the white glass especially at two turtles through a transparent glass which encircled a a fairly large air space underneath the deep ocean and moved a bit closer to observe the brown turtles swimming beside three red clownfish, heading to the right direction away from the glassy aquarium in order to get far from a flock of sardines whose scent had already being picked by the sharp and attractive instincts of nearby predators. He felt intrigued and enthralled each time he watches the sea creatures whenever he enters into this small cubicle of the large chamber shrouded by concrete structure except for the glassy shield which cloaked the entire ventilated facility at the bottom of the sea fully built on the sandy sea beneath the ocean depths and whose structures housed some professional hi-tech scientists from the NAS agency including their biological lab soldiers that were illegally imprisoned in several locked cells where they are tightly guarded by fully armed security officers in order to safeguard their merchandise and prevent them from escaping before the deadline for the secret experiments, comes to an end.
The alpha of the Sao clan had secretly paid a visit to the dock by the bank of the dark ocean above the previous night in response to an impromptu summons from the Mayor, along with four of his henchmen together with his sidekick where he and his small group were taken below to the ocean floor, by two hefty submarines thanks to the skilled effort of subdrivers put in place by Mayor to convey the VIP guests to the illegal facility. The two submarine left to resume their frequent night patrols above the ocean around the area to perform their usual routine duty of keeping a tight lookout for unwanted intruders that might be lurking in the dark forest not far from the dock, quite unseen by the hefty searchlights from a tall lighthouse which stood a short distance away from the reef after the transporters had discharged their human cargos into the oxygenated structure through a glassy narrow entrance which took them to an inner broad chamber where some scientist were fully engrossed in their work while some ignored their presence walking to and fro out of little cubicles situated at the both side of the narrow corridors. They strolled forward looking at the complicated experiments of some scientists being carried out on their own brothers and came across four men who were made to lie down on heighted stretch beds by strange scientists fully cloaked in white lab coat before inserting sharp syringes into vital regions of their veins until the liquid drug fully enters into their bloodstream. The tour group took glances at the despicable operations in silent as they try to find their way to the Mayor's secret office through the right corridor gilded with resplendent fluorescent lights but they didn't find him there and were told by the head scientist, that the craty politician isn't back yet from his emergency trip to see a renowned congressman in Vinewood concerning a confidential issue meant only for the ears of the top dogs.
"So, When will he be back?", Sermond inquired suppressing his anger and adjusted his black suit in front of his henchmen who stood behind him listening to their conversation.
"Four days from now",
"That long?",
"I'm afraid so. I myself wasn't pleased to hear about it either",
"I guess the deadline will have to be shifted to avoid any controversial interest between both parties involved",
"Unfortunately, yeah",
"But we need his presence urgently",
Camonda commented intrusively but his alpha sneered at him.
"For what reason?" ,
"To get some of our new toys",
"I don't think he will permit your request even if it is an emergency",
"He won't be able to refuse my urgent demand if I persuade him myself",
"I hope you have something better to persuade him with because we are aware he won't release the merchandise for no benefit in return",
"Surely I do, Dr. Jonas",
"Good but sadly, he won't be here for four nights to hear about it",
"Then we have no other choice than to stay here until he return back",
"But....",
Simon was preempted from rejoining to his statement by his unfinished speech.
"I know that the rest of you need to go reinforced our ghetto brothers against the sudden attacks of the Lyoana",
"The Lyoana?",
"Yes, Doctor. One of our local den is in danger of being wiped out and the rest of you except Simon should head back to defend the hideout using the strategy of defence I told you about before we came here" ,
"Yes, master",
They all chorused behind him.
"I don't think this will pleased the Mayor to find out about this once he comes but I'll have to lend a helping hand",
"How do you intend to do that?",
"Allowing you to recruit four bio wolfs to assist your men",
"Thanks doctor. I'll really remember your kindness to help me out of this problem",
"It's no big deal. So, gentlemen come this way please to fetch your friends" ,
Dr. Jonas said leading the fellows to the restricted zone where the lab dogs were placed under tight guard, with sophisticated weapons given to the security officers, in different cells and the Doctor were reluctantly permitted to discharge four patients for the Sao clan from their cell after receiving a warning from the head captain of the armed guards.
Sermond and his sidekick was left behind to wait for the pending arrival of the Mayor and they were given a room to spend the night where half of the glassy wall was exposed for him to see aquatic animals swimming during the day above the surface for three days while his other henchmen were fully engaged in their fierce but small battle with blood sucking vampires whose warriors had surprisenly attacked one of the hideout of the Sao clan the previous in an effort to increase their territorial expansion within the areas of the city but they were held back in spite of outnumbering their rivals who got reinforced to save them from total annihilation.
