CHAPTER TWENTY NINE
LIAM POV
When Kacey's angry best friend walked away Ronnie ushered me to a more private location where we wouldn't be disturbed.
"Do you know her home address?" I asked curiously and Ronnie nodded quietly.
"Yes, just forward me your phone number and I'll send you everything you need to find her."
"But I want to ask a favor from you."
I cocked a brow at her.
"What is it?"
"Please don't tell Kacey that you got the details from me otherwise I'm pretty sure that she'll never talk to me ever again."
"You have my word Ronnie I won't tell Kacey where I got her home address and thank you for helping me."
She nodded quietly.
"It's alright you don't have to thank me."
Once Ronnie left I went back to my car with a new destination in my mind and that was to travel to Kacey's home town and try to win her over at any cost.
Before I could start the engine a familiar face stood in front of the car stopping me.
When I looked up I glared at Amelia.
I released the breath I was holding. I guess she was here to make another scene. This woman doesn't have any shame. I can't believe that dared to show her face, especially what she did to Kacey.
I got out of the car and walked towards her.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" I snapped angrily.
She smiled at me.
"I'm here to see you but I didn't think that you would have this kind of reaction. I thought that you would be more excited to see me."
"Get out of the way Amelia, I have somewhere to be and I don't have time for your games."
"Are the rumors true?" She asked curiously.
"What rumor's?"
"People are saying that the famous billionaire is chasing after a local common college girl."
I glared at Amelia.
"Kacey is more than a college girl and you'll never measure up to her no matter how hard you try."
"I won't try to Stop you Liam but when you get tired of that college girl you know where to find me."
I spared one last glance at Amelia and got inside my car. I had only lost Kacey because of her.
KACEY POV
Ever since I arrived home I never left the comfort of my bedroom because it gave me a little closure.
My mother walked inside and turned on the lights. I narrowed my eyes on her while I sat in the darkness. I've been like this for the past three day I hadn't moved from this spot except for bathroom breaks and taking a shower as well.
"Are you planning on staying here forever?"
"Mom I don't want to talk about this just please leave me alone."
She shook her head negatively.
"No matter how angry I am with you Kacey I won't ever abandon you because you're still my daughter I hope that you'll remember that."
"I brought you something to eat, get up or I'll be forced to feed you myself."
"I don't want to eat anything besides I'm not hungry."
"This time I won't listen to you Kacey because it's been three days you haven't eaten or drank anything ever since we arrived here."
"Here I brought you your favorite soup."
The mere smell of the soup made me gag. I didn't want it near me.
"Mom get that away from me I'm gonna be sick."
I got up and rushed into the bathroom and threw up in the toilet.
My mother held up my hair while I emptied the contents that were left in my stomach.
Once I was done I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand and flushed the toilet.
My mother placed her hand on my forehead.
"You have a fever, you must have caught a bug while you were still at campus, maybe that's why you've lost your appetite."
"You'll have to come with me to the hospital."
"No, I'm fine mom, I only feel sick in the morning."
"Only in the morning?" She asked curiously.
"Kacey you'll have to go to the hospital now and I won't take no for an answer."
"Mom please don't make a big deal out of this I'm fine."
A few hours later the doctor was ushering me to a small room where he wanted to collect a sample of my urine.
"You shouldn't be nervous Kacey, the test will only take a few minutes."
"I'm not nervous about the test, it's just something my mother told me she thinks I'm pregnant."
"What's your opinion on the matter?"
"I know that I took the morning pill just to be safe."
"You might think that you're off the hook but the morning pill is not hundred percent effective."
I nodded quietly.
"You should join your mother outside. I'll let you know once the results are out."
I went outside and joined my mother. Let's just say that she didn't look too pleased to see me.
"What did the doctor tell you?"
"He said we have to wait for a few minutes."
She sighed deeply.
"This is not what I planned for your future Kacey Simpson. I wanted you to go to college to ace your exams and get that degree."
"Is that all you care about?"
"What about me or my health?" I asked angrily.
"We'll have this conversation once we are home. I don't want to hear another word from you."
A few minutes later the doctor walked towards us while holding a document in his hands. The worst part was that I couldn't read his expression.
"What are the results?" My mother asked curiously as the doctor handed her the document he was holding in his hands.
"The test results came out positive. Your daughter is two months pregnant."
I placed my hand over my flat stomach.
"What?" I gasped.
"Judging by the reaction she's having to other foods she's not going to have an easy pregnancy."
"I recommend plenty of bed rest and I'll give you a diet plan you need to follow."
"Hold on doctor" my mother muttered quietly cutting off the doctor.
"That diet plan won't be necessary because my daughter isn't going to give birth to this child."
My eyes widened in shock.
"Mother?"
She glared at me.
"You're having an abortion right now and I don't want to hear another word from you."
My mother was about to drag me away but I refused to follow her.
"What the hell are you doing?"
"I'm not coming with you and you're not getting rid of my child."
"You were working as a stripper Kacey, you don't even know the identity of the man who fathered that child inside you."
"I don't care mother but you won't force me to get an abortion because I'm going to give birth to this baby."
"I'll raise this child on my own. If you're worried about the expenses, don't worry because I'll gladly leave your house."
"Kacey," she warned in a low tone.
"I'm going to have my baby."
RONNIE POV
I stepped out of the bathroom and began washing my hands. A few girls were gossiping in the bathroom but when I heard Res I became interested in their conversation.
"So how did you feel when you became a prince's girlfriend?"
"I was on cloud nine but he's not a gentleman when it comes to the bedroom, in fact he's a ruthless monster."
A part of me felt jealous.
"And he took me shopping and gave me lots of money."
"What do I do to get his attention?" One of them finally asked.
The confident one shrugged carelessly.
"From what I've gathered from my stay with him, Res is into bad girls."
"Bad girls?"
"Yes you'll have to be a naughty girl if you ever want him to notice you."
The girls giggled loudly and walked out of the bathroom.
I stared in the mirror.
"Bad girls huh?"
A smirk curved my lips.
"Maybe that's what I need to do if Res will ever notice me."
Kacey's scandal gave me an idea it was a long shot but it was worth it. Kacey Simpson was just like me, a simple girl who focused on her studies for a better future and to make her parents proud. But when she started working at club kiss she became a completely different person she was more confident and she even challgened Diamond.
That's how I have to act if Res will ever see me as a woman.
I pulled out my phone and began researching club kisses. They were recruiting a few dancers and this was my chance to win over Res and give him the bad girl that he wants.
I applied online but I also needed to meet the owner of the club personally. I was going to do that after the classes I had were over.
Later that evening I stood in front of the entrance of club kiss.
"This is the place where Ron is going to be discovered."
