Chapter 21

Explaining to you how much and why I love you, would be like me describing how water tastes. It's impossible.



We pick Levi up from his grandpa's place and we were on our way home with Levi demanding to know everything about our day.

"Mwommy...tell me everything,you have to,how was your day with Papa ,did he treat you well?"he asks crossing his tiny hands across his chest while he threw daggers at Xavier making me stiffle a laugh.

"Everything was perfect my little prince,how about you?"I ask tickling his side making him giggle.

"Mwommy, daddy...I don't want to stay with Grandpa...he is boring and doesn't know how to play our games,I had to teach him like all day long and guess what?"

"What?"Xavier and I both ask faking a shocked expression.

"He only got two games mwommy,two out of all twenty I taught him."he shows two fingers while both Xavier and I burst into laughter.

"Levi did you do your homework?!"I shout as Levi runs to his room.This boy nowadays.

"Yes mwommy."Levi sings making me sigh in relief.
I get to my room to find Xavier laid on the bed with his tie hanging loose,he might be tired from today's events.

"Love."I call out as I remove my heels and head towards the bed.
"mmhm.."he hums as i offer my hand in his in an attempt to make him in a sitting position.

I press my fingers onto his shoulders in attempt to massage him,he is truly exhausted,

"what are you doing love,you must be tired just leave it..I'm okay,I promise."he holds my fingers and presses them on his lips.Why does he not let me treat him right?Why doesn't he let me do simple things like this?  

"Xavier honey,I want to do this,you have had a long day and i just want to make you relax ,why can't you stop being stubborn and let me do this stuff."I huffed and crossed my hands across my chest,making the matter worse by making out one of my best pouts,he definitely can't resist this. 

"Angel,you too have had a long day and i want you to rest too okay."he holds my chin forcing me to stare in his eyes.

"Xavier,all this while you have been the one trying in this relationship,why can't you just let me do this?I want to make this thing work,i want to make us work,i want to also share this part of your love okay?Now you better shut up mr montez are relax."

"OKAY as you say soon to be mrs Montes."he said smirking making me go crimsom red.

Everything has been going on smoothly until Xavier told me of the supposed meeting I have to attend with him .....this professional thing is pretty hectic believe me,seating at a corner acting all serious and stuff...urgh,while the men in suit talk of things you can't understand... isn't that frustrating!!

"Xavier....do I have to go."I pout as I make  his neck tie.

"Yes love,my P.A had to attend her anniversary and since you my angel is also my assistant you will have to attend."he kissed my lips as he readjusted my blouse by buttoning the remaining buttons that left a small view of my cleavage.

"Honey..you should stop this."

"I can't stop, your body is for only me to see and cherish....there are going to be many terestorone men there and I don't want them to eye what is mine."he said in a firm tone, clenching his jaw while I pecked his lips.

"I love you."I confessed.

"I love you so much."he rubbed his nose on my neck while hugging me tight.

We were at the meeting room to find everyone seated maybe waiting for us,a man whose back was facing us was standing by mine and Xavier's seat blocking our way......The moment he turned, almost sending me to my ultimate fall if it were not for Xavier's grip on my waist.

"Watch the fuck where you are going!!"Xavier spat

"You!"I shouted on seeing the man infront of me.

"Well well well,what do we have here?My lost princess."From my side,I could feel Xavier tense and he possessively gripped my waist....oh oh,he shouldn't have called me princess.

"Umm....Mr Rodriguez right?Nice to meet you again."

"It's not Rodriguez to you love."he smirked playfully eyeing  the man behind me .

"What the fuck!"Xavier growled while everyone's attention was on us .

Xavier's POV

What the actual fuck!How do they know each other?How can they know each other?

Why does fate have to repeat itself,why does it have to be him again,the man that destroyed me once.

Love?love my fucking smelly feet!!How dare he call her love and princess? Please give me a break.Martin, Martin fucking Rodriguez,the man I despise with everything I have ,a man I wouldn't think twice without putting a bullet between his eyes.

We have history together,he made me worthless,he destroyed me once but not this time.

I won't let him take what is mine....never again,not this time round.
