Chapter 28

If they love you,they will come back.

Time after waking up,he has been acting rather calm than usual, I can feel that he is still blaming himself for what had happened to  me.He hugs me tighter and kisses me deeply.

"Xavier, everything is okay now,see I'm just fine."I assure him tracing my fingers on his jawline.

"I love you too much you know, never I'm I going to allow you to eat chocolates again.!?"he protests pecking my lips.

"Mummy,you are okay now!You know you scared me mommy,I thought I was going to lose you."Levi rushed towards me wrapping his little hands on my neck, while he laid his head on my chest.

"Everything is fine now."I whisper as I kiss his forehead. I can't deny that I was afraid, afraid that I would die, afraid that I was not going to see them again .At that hospital bed I was in, although someone feels hopeless, depending on how the doctors were going to handle the situation,but I had to fight, I had to be alive.

I discovered my allergy when I was five ,after a friend's party and I always tried to avoid them, although sometimes it can be tempting but on acknowledging the outcome, I try my best to stay away from them.

"Love,I'm taking you all out for dinner tonight so be ready by six okay?."Xavier says as he pecks my lips.

"Mmh" I hum as I tighten his tie.

Somewhere in New York.

"I never thought you could come back.Why are you back though?"the man cladded in his expensive armani  asked the young sophisticated lady who smirked as she took a sip from her champagne glass,she tipped the edge of the glass and stared at the young gentleman in front of her.

"You can say I have got some unfinished business back here, I have come back to take something that belongs to me."the woman contemplated as she arose from the sofa, pacing around the room,the champagne glass still in her hand.

"Lucy Lucy,tell me ,is that something that belongs to you have any relation with a man named Xavier Montez?"the man asked , walking towards the woman and placing his head at the crook of her neck.

"You know me well,so well Martin,I'm back for him,we both betrayed him by having a relationship together,you were jealous of his prosperity and used me to bring him down while I....*sighs* wanted his money more,but that doesn't mean I will let a bitch come take my rightful place!"the woman sneers as she takes another sip from the glass.

"Watch your mouth Lucy, I have feelings for that so called bitch, I want her for me and I would do anything to get her for myself.So what do you say.You take Xavier while I conquer her."

The woman moves from his hold,takes two steps forward and flips her blonde hair.

"I see,you love the bitch-"
"Watch your toungue Lucy!"Martin sneers while Lucy simply rolls her eyes and sighs.

"Whatever.... I will help you get what you want,you get your chick while I get my xavier,done deal."she forwards her hand for Martin to shake.

"Deal."Martin returns the shake and
smirks while Lucy laughs.

"They don't have a hint on what I have installed for them.The devil is back!!!"she laughs evilly as she takes down the remaining wine,the man slowly shaking his head.

Xavier had chosen an Italian restaurant for our dinner,we made jokes on how our day went,Levi telling us of the pranks one of the students did to their teacher, everything was just going perfect, Xavier looking at me with adoration and love,his eyes proving that he is the one for me,he has claimed me and I love him. I sometimes laugh at myself for once saying never,"never will I fall for Xavier Montez!"but now I don't want to ever break from this love spell.

"Ain't she Rina Richards??so nice to see you here."I look up to the direction of the familiar voice as I notice Xavier stiffen while Levi raises his perfect brows in utter confusion.

I place my hand on Xavier's fist and smile his way as I stand up, Xavier also standing up in the process, clenching his jaw.

"Mr Martin, what brings you here?"I ask faking one of my best smiles.

"That word again, anyways,I'm here for a business meeting and I can say that I'm pleased to find you here."

"Since you have nothing important to tell her then you can take your leave."Xavier spits ,possessively placing his hands on my waist.

"Xavier...chill,nice to see you princess."Martin smirks and leaves while I stop Xavier before he could make a scene.

Xavier pulls me to  a hug,burrying his face in my hair.

"Is everything okay mommy?"Levi asks as I break from the hug.

"Everything's just perfect baby... come on eat up."I say tickling his side as he giggles, I place my hand on top of Xavier's as I reassure him with a smile.
