Chapter 22

I have a question for you. Why my heart trembles and my hand shakes while you are around? Why I feel like I have everything in the world and I am so lucky?

Why does it feel like this two men know each other and I might say not in a nice way....the grip on my waist says it all,the silly smirk on Martin's face just proves that they share something intense.

"Xavier....Mr Rodriguez, I met him while I was still working at the diner."I say confidently trying to get rid of the intense air between us.

"It's Martin to you."Mr Rodriguez mutters while Xavier makes a step forward but I manage to hold his hand.

"Strictly professional Mr Rodriguez, please let us start,the gentlemen here are waiting for us ."

"Sure ."Martin chuckles and I swear his chuckle sent goosebumps all over me. ...he is freaking scaring me out.

The meeting was intense,scary,a movie worth watching,it was intriguing....the two men were like two ticking bombs ready to explode,the response they gave in the meeting was as if it was contest on who says something out of this world.

Luckily enough,the meeting ended.I let out a huge breath I never knew I was holding back .

"Xavier my man,how are you and who is the beautiful lady beside you?"one old man exclaimed, patting Xavier's shoulder.

"Mr Clinton,meet my assistant Rina Richards."Xavier said holding me by my back.

"You really are incredibly beautiful my child."

"Thank you."I say blushing while I excused myself to the washrooms.

I had finished my business in the toilet when I was roughly pulled into someone's arm making me gasp,from the smell of the cologne it made me tense,this is absolutely not Xavier.

"Princess, you didn't get to tell me your name."oh no! Martin,it should be him ,he had me sandwiched between the wall and his muscular body,his head almost burried at the crook of my neck

"Martin, what are you doing...get the hell out of me!"I shouted, trying to push his body off me, failing in the attempt since he was stronger than me.

"Shh... princess, we would not want people to hear us would we?I just want to know your beautiful name and that's it."he slurred  making me wince in disgust....I take back everything nice I said about him,he looked all cute and nice from the outside but inside he is a devil.....that's why Xavier loathes him,they have an agenda that I will find out.Now I have to get out of this position before someone sees us and suspects otherwise.

"Fine,,,my name is what you want...ok,I'm Rina Richards now leave me the heck alone."I tried pushing him off me.

"Not too quick princess,,,you have somehow managed to capture my heart and I will make you mine soon."
He caressed my face making me jump,dear Lord help me.

"The heck!!"A voice that I perfectly know growled behind us.... Xavier.

Xavier roughly pulled Martin off me and threw him a blow,but the man still had the nerve to laugh.

Xavier's POV

Rina has been taking long to come back since she went to the washrooms.

Three more minutes, just three and I will go check out for myself.Maybe she is stuck with her clothes or something.

I have been entertaining my business partners but my thoughts were on one person,my angel, what could be taking her so lo- wait! Where the fuck is that ass of a man Martin...

On surveying the room and not finding the presence of that bastard, I rushed towards the women's washrooms and at a corner I was shaken at what I saw.

There she was,my angel, trapped by the hands of that bastard,anger ,fury and rage is all I could think of,he wants to do it again,he wants to repeat the story,but not this time round.

"The heck!!"I growled, punching his fucking face making him stagger backwards,he laughed rubbing his jaw and smirked looking at me.

"Xavier my partner, what got you so hot in your dick.?"pathetic, just pathetic.

I grabbed him by the collar, pulling him towards me.

"She is mine you get me,she fucking belongs to me and I promise you that next time you dare lay your filthy hands on her then bet yourself to be six feet under,you bastard!"

"I did it once, what makes you think I won't do it again."he said making me tighten my fist almost punching him before I was stopped by my angel's voice.

"Xavier let's go .... please."I took a heavy breath, grabbing her by her hand pulling her outside the company, towards the car waiting for us.

"Xavier.."I attempted to start a conversation before he snapped at me.

"Just shut up!"he growled, brushing his hand through his hair.

The ride was silent, I looked out the window to hide my tear strained face,why did he have to shout at me I did nothing wrong.

We arrived at the mansion, when he angrily stepped out of the car, slamming the door.

"Xavier, Xavier we need to talk."I said running towards him trying to match his pace when he suddenly stopped, almost knocking me out.

"What do you want us to talk about huh!!The position I found you two in huh!!!?Tell me, what do we need to talk about,how you were enjoying him carresing your face, fucking answer me!!?You love him do you or you are just a whore like all-"

A slap,a tear and a kiss.

I slapped him as a tear rolled down my cheek but he stared at me with puffy red eyes before smashing his lips with mine,it was a kiss for dominance, an angry kiss,he kissed me as if he was punishing me, letting out all his anger and frustration on me.

I tried pushing him but that made him grip me harder.

"You love him do you or you are just a whore like all-" 

His words came into me like a wild tornado,he called me a whore and questioned my love for him.I pushed him with all the strength I had before giving him a tight slap.

"How dare you!How dare you accuse me of being a whore!How dare you question my love for you.....that man was the one who came to me and not the other way round, I fucking love only you but you....yo-u , I don't know what shit you two have together but leave me out of it.!!"I screamed running up the stairs while he screamed my name..
