The gates of hell are about to open now.

The day after.....

Tomorrow is the final verdict,my judgement day, funny right? People don't know their judgement day but here I am, going to face mine.

I dread tomorrow,I want this night to be long but also,I want to see what the day would unfold for me,what my fate would be.

"Today,the accused Rina Richards is going to face her verdict for the murder of who was soon to be her father in law."the reporters said as I stepped foot at the court room,the ladies looking at me in disgust,the older women spitting at me and the guard..... dragging me roughly, pushing me to move fast and forward.I wanted to cry, I wanted to die.

"As for the evidence presented,the jury finds the accused....."

You know those moments where you feel as if you can't breathe,you can't think ,you can't focus,this is it,the woman who had my fate in her hands,the woman that could determine my future as from now on.

I stood up as Martin grasped my hand hard, pressing it as I held it tightly, this is it.

"The accused is found..."
1,2,3,4.....

"Guilty!!"I couldn't feel my legs as I fell on the seat, Martin coming to my aid, everything was going in a slow motion,my tears we're blinding me. I shook my head vigorously, holding tightly on Martin's suit.

Martin was speaking but I couldn't hear him, I could only see the tears in his eyes as he hugged me tight,My life is over.

"The accused,Rina Richards is sent to 30 years inprisonment for the murder of Mr Montez Palacio.The court is adjourned!."

God!30years,I'm now 28,30 years of being enclosed,my child,what will be of  his life, I have to set my pride and tell Xavier, I have to protect my child's future. I won't let him or her grow up in a place full of criminals , criminals, I being one of them.

They took me to the prison,my new home. Where's the justice, where's the justice people talk about?

"Hey...I'm Martha."

"Ri-"

"I know who you are , everyone knows who you are."the lady said,she was almost the same height as mine,with those dark green orbs and a cute smile.It made me wonder how someone could smile when being enclosed at such a place,so ironical.

"You are pretty,and I believe you didn't do it,you just don't look like one to kill.Friends?"she said, offering her hand to shake in which I did,but she gasped as she saw my fingers.

"Wow, what a beautiful tattoo,angel."she said tracing her finger on my tattoo.

The tattoo Xavier made me have,angel...angel.

"I will definitely get the same tattoo as you."she sings as I raised my brow in confusion,is she nuts?She definitely must be,how can she get a tattoo when we are locked inside here for crying out loud!?

"This is just a prison girlfriend,not hell, there's definitely a tattoo artist and I'm going to get it at the same place as yours, it's just so... unique."

She turned out to be my friend,we kept each other company and would always help me whenever I got in trouble with other mates,she also got to know about my pregnancy and asked me to tell it to Xavier,I made up my mind I'm going to tell him today.

"Rina Richards, someone is here to see you."

Who could it be,maybe it's Alex,he got to hear of the news and came to see me. I smile as I follow the guard lady.

"Rina, it's nice to see you,it turns out prison suits you." yeah,you guessed it right,it was Lucy.

"What do you want?!"I spit, totally bored.

"How's your pregnancy going?"she said shocking me,how did she know?

"Yeah , I know...now listen to me,not a word should go out to anyone, not even Xavier you get me..or else."

"Or else what?"I backfired, tightening my fist.

"You won't want to know what I'm capable of, that's why you are in prison,defy me and I won't think twice on destroying both you and your unborn child in here."

"What do you mean by that's why I'm here,....are you,oh my god,it's you,it was you,you killed him!"I gasp as I clasped my hand on my mouth.

"Smart girl....now do what I tell you or else you and your bastard of a child are going to follow him soon."she spit as she left, I fell on the floor as I cried,she was the one,she is behind it all,I'm suffering in here because of her, she's a devil!!!!

Martha got the same tattoo as mine, Martin has been visiting from time and Alex, maybe he doesn't know that I'm in here,he's in another state and Xavier... never have I seen him, except for the letter I received from Levi, telling me that he loves me and asking me to forgive him for not helping me,that letter brought me into tears,my boy was suffering ,all because of that witch.

"Here Martha,wear this chain,it was given to me by my mum when she passed away."

"Wow,it's beautiful..... thanks."she said as she wore it, making me smile.

"Rina,wake up!!!wake uup!!!"I was jolted from my sleep as I stared blankly at Martha, smoke, there's smoke in the room.

"What's happening??."I quickly get up as she held my hand.

"We have to get out... there's fire, hurry up,we have to go Rina."she cried as she opened the unlocked cell.

Everywhere was smoke,as the mates ran away for safety,Martha dragging me along as we coughed from the smoke entering our lungs.There was a fire,a great one,but how did it start??

People were running aimlessly,even the guards ,no one wanted to stay behind, everyone wanted to get out, to some, the fire was their freedom,it was my freedom ,but the unfortunate had to happen.....

Martha slipped from my hand and fell.

"Martha, let's go,stand up,"

"Shit I can't!!! I have sprained my ankle,oh gosh!!!!!it hurts....Rina go,you have to go."she pleaded as she touched her foot, rubbing it and closing her eyes from the pain.

"No..I'm not leaving you here Martha ,we have to go, here grab my hand."

"Rina fucking listen to me!!!! If you help me,I will delay you,you are pregnant,you can't handle the smoke,now go please, I will be fine,if you can't do it for me,do it for your son...Run!!!!!!"

I left,I left her there as I ran,tears blinding my way,but I had to move, for her , for my child,but I didn't expect it to be the last day I see her.

Almost there, I can see light at the end of my tunnel, almost there Rina,I rubbed my eyes as I coughed from the smoke.The moment I sat my foot outside,there was a big blast,as the whole prison was in a blaze.

They all ran to the prison on hearing the news,Xavier,Levi,Martin and even Lucy.

Alex had flied back home that day after getting the news that her sister was jailed,he wanted nothing but to hug her,she has suffered alot , then the news that the prison her sister was in was on fire struck him hard,he was afraid to go identify the body.

They all went towards the laid body which was covered by a white sheet.
The inspector in charge opened the sheet as they looked at each other,and when it was opened,the first thing to catch their eyes was the necklace dangling on her neck,the necklace they all knew and recognized,her face was burnt completely and unrecognizable.They were afraid to watch any longer,as poor Levi cried on seeing the necklace.

Xavier couldn't believe it and with shaking hands he took the body's fingers and there it was, the imprinted tattoo"angel"

He confirmed it,his angel was dead.Rina Richards was dead! But little did they know that it wasn't over yet but the story had just begun.....
