Simon Showed Up

POV: Selina
At the end of the night, Felix drove me back home and walked me to my door. Just before I went inside, he leaned in and gently kissed me on the lips, wrapping his one hand around my hips while the second hand went to the back of my head to hold me in place while he kissed me passionately.
"Thank you for a wonderful evening, Selina. You have no idea how happy you made me tonight. I hope to see you again soon, my love. This time, I want to try something different, something special. You are going to love it, I promise." He told me with a smile. I blushed so hard, my heart racing with happiness. I knew in that moment that I would love whatever Felix was planning to do with me.
He is someone special, he’s the kind of man that I need in my life right no. He would change my life and take me place I’ve only ever dreamt about. I’m so excited to see where this new chapter in our relationship would take us. I just have to figure out how to make him happy, I don’t want to ever see him as furious as I saw him this evening. I hate seeing him like that.
“I would love to see what you have planned for us, I would do anything, as long as it makes you happy.” I confessed.
“That’s my girl,” he commended with excitement, leaning to kiss me again. But just as our lips met, a car pulled up in my driveway and distracted us. We turned in the direction of the car together and our eyes met with Simon Wilson. I have no idea what he was doing here, I didn’t even give him this address. I guess he knows about everything I’m getting from being the assistant manager at FY Glams. His sudden appearance was a surprise and I happily greeted him, smiling excitedly in his direction.
I only realized my mistake when I felt his grip on my waist get tighter. He was looking at Simon with a soft smile playing on his face, but I know it was a fake smile. He’s trying to hide the anger in his heart, but he’s hurting me with his hand, crushing my hips.
“Felix…
Stop, you’re hurting me!
Enough Felix, what is wrong with you?
I told you to stop already!” I scolded him angrily.
“What is he doing here?
Did you invite him over?
What was the plan, you planned to screw him after I’m gone, huh?” he asked angrily, his hand still wrapped tightly around my hips. I didn’t struggle to break free, I didn’t want salmon to see us this way and think something is wrong.
“I didn’t invite him and I certainly didn’t give him this address. Now let me go so I can find out why he’s here, you don’t want him to think you are hurting me, do you?” I asked him firmly.
“I don’t care about his reasons for coming here, I don’t want to see him around you. Now get rid of that bastard before I have a car run him over!” he threatened.
“What?
You could do that?”
“You don’t want to know what I’m capable of, trust me. Now get rid of that fool!” he told me sternly. I thought he would go away, but he stood right there in front of my door and watched me as I walked towards Simons car to speak with him. Simon had this look on his face that almost looks as if he were laughing at me or even mocking me.
“He asked you to send me away, didn’t he?” He asked me the moment I approached his car.
“Why are you here, Simon, what are you doing here and why didn’t you call me?” I asked him, ignoring his question. He scoffed at my sorry attempt to evade his question. Then he got down from his car and came around to stand in front of me, his face stern and serious.
“Actually, mom sent me to you. She wants me to talk so me sense into you and make you understand exactly what is going on with the company. But it seems you’ve already picked a side,” he let out pitifully as be tuned to stare at Felix, shaking his head in regret.
“You can’t be here now, Felix, he doesn’t like me…”
“Having normal people around you, right?” he completed the statement fit me, sounding so mean.
“I warned you not to fall for him, didn’t I?
I told you he was mean and dangerous. But you fell right into his trap. Do you know what he does to his girls?
Well, I’m going to tell you. He controls and manipulates all his girlfriend’s, driving them insane. He isolates his girls, keeps her all to himself, making her unhappy and miserable. He is not the man for you, Selina. End it now before you lose yourself. Do you even know anything about him, do you the rivalry in his family?
What if he loses the company, what if he becomes a pauper tomorrow. Will you still be happy with him, will you still want to be with him?” he asked me, making me squint my in surprise because u haven’t thought this deeply about our relationship. Will I want to be with him if he becomes poor?
“Of course, you won’t. You are just after his money. I won’t waste any more of your time, I have some personal business to attend to. I just want you to know that you are making a wrong decision, it’s the worst mistake you’ve ever made in your life.
Just do me a favor and stay out of mom’s business and mine. Stay the hell away from me until you end whatever it is you have with that monsters. I may not be your lover, but you are my friend and I want only the best for you. I know a lot about his family and past relationship, I can help you understand what you are getting into if you want.
Mom wants me to explain why she is doing what she is doing, but as it stands now. I can’t even tryst you with our secrets so you don’t get us exposed. If you ever cared about me, if I ever meant anything to you, then you will stay out of our way and mind your damn business. If you need anything from me, you know where to find me.” He told me angrily before turning to the other side and getting back into his car.
I stood on the same spot wondering if everything he said about Felix was true. He did say some things that sounded a bit familiar, but I pushed them aside because I could hear the bitterness in his voice and I know he was only being jealous and angry. I stood there even when I couldn’t sight his car anymore. I was thinking about everything he said about, how some made sense and some don’t. I felt his hand going around my waist and I shivered in fear for a second, scared of what his reaction to my long talk with Simon will be.
“Did you tell him you are mine, did you tell him to stay away from you?” he asked me, placing a soft kiss on my earlobe.
“Hes my friend, Felix. I told him I’m your girl now, but ill never ask him to stay away from me. You can’t treat me like your other girlfriends, you can’t make me chase my friends away.” I told him sternly. He was taken aback by my outburst, he stopped caressing me with his lips for a brief second. I turned to him and he had this thoughtful look on his face for a minute. But it suddenly disappeared from his face and he smiled warmly at me again.
“Very well then. Would you mind walking me to my car?” he asked me, smiling brightly at me. I sighed deeply bit complied anyway. He kissed me and asked me to walk back the house so he can watch me get in safely. I laughed at his thoughtfulness and I soon forgot why I was even angry with him. He smiled as he watched me walk back to my apartment. The moment I got in and shut the door, he sped away.
I smoked to myself, musing about the even and how he was so nice and perfect after his initial outburst. He is so thoughtful and kind, so loving and caring. How can anyone think that he is a bad person?
