125- Your Alive! – Part 1

Isabella

Beep…

Groaning softly do I slowly begin to hear the most annoying sound ever. Like good god, let me just sleep already. Soft lighting soon tries to greet me tired eyes. As if daring me to protest.

Beep… Beep…

Oh come on already! Now growing impatient by the annoying little beep do I try to shut it off only to realize that I could barely move my arms. My arms feeling like lead as I try. My body heavy and sore. As if someone was holding me down.

Beep… Beep… Beep…

Soon realizing that there was no end to the blasted noise still going on around me do I slowly move to open my eyes. Eye boogers coating the edges of my eyes from not being able to use them in quite a while.

My eyes soon seeing white. White walls. White ceilings. Everything white. Was I dead? Was this heaven? Yet the more I continued to think about it the more I could pick up on the faint smell of sanitizer. Or bleach for the lack of a better term.

The beeping noise still going off as I slowly begin to move. Eyes now searching the room. My eyes soon seeing machines along my left. Of course, they weren’t just any machines. No. These ones were designed to monitor someone’s heart. My heart. The machine beeping away slowly as it did. My gaze soon wandering the room slightly only to see a few more machines as well as tubes.

Tubes that were now connected to my body as I slowly move to follow them. My eyes now noticing that my arms were wrapped inside a heavy white gauze. Most likely to help my arms heal from when Antonio stabbed me with the scalpel.

What the hell?

With my head still hazy do I try to remain calm. Now shuffling the pieces back together only to then realize that I had been brought to a hospital. My eyes still trying to focus on the only source of lighting within the room. A lamp. The curtains currently closed so as not to disturb me while I slept.

The sound of light snoring now catching my attention as my focus shifts. Now searching for the sound as I do. My heart almost stopping dead in its tracks as I do. For there, sitting directly towards my right was none other than Tony.

Currently reclining in a big lazy boy armchair does Tony peacefully sleep within it. His mouth slightly open as he snores peacefully within it.

Tears beginning to rise as I suddenly remember. What started as a simple trip to the mall suddenly turned into one big massacre. Having witnessed him being shot almost repeatedly that day was enough for me to assume he was dead.

Lucia and his brothers then soon grabbing me by the arms before taking me to their lair. Isolating me for weeks without a care or cause. Torturing me whenever they could for their own sick and twisted fun. The roof. Dead bodies. Gods, even my own grandfather. All of it.

My tears now falling freely as I begin to sob silently. My sobs just loud enough to wake Tony from his slumber once he realized what was happening. Quick to get to his feet does Tony rush towards my side. His hands gently caressing my face as he moves to wipe away the tears that fall.

His touch soft and sweet, even as I wince slightly in pain.

“Whoa there, easy, easy there baby. It’s going to be okay, I promise you. There gone. Your safe” whispers Tony as he continues to assure me. His thumb and fingers still caressing my face. His other hand now bringing one of my own hands up towards his lips. His lips now kissing it softly as he does.

Tony soon noticing when I slowly begin to calm down. His voice soothing even when I still wanted to cry my eyes out.

“That’s it. Nice and slow. Good girl.”

Now gazing into god-like features do I move to choke out the words that I’ve been wanting to say since noticing him sitting next to me within that recliner. “Your… Your alive?”

Squeezing my hand does he move to smile at me. Fresh tears now falling from within my eyes as I continue staring into his gorgeous gray-blue eyes. My heart skipping in happiness that I hadn’t lost him to the grim reaper just yet.

“Is this real?”

“Yeah Baby. I’m real. Very real. And it’ll take a lot more than a few bullets to take me down.”

Now smiling at his words do I move to ignore the slight pain that was beginning to form along my face. My heart ballooning in sheer joy even as Tony moves to reply back to me.

“I told you baby; I would find you and I did.”

Not wanting to speak or ruin the moment do I settle with just snuggling into his soft touch. His hand gentle even as I lean into his large, calloused hands.

“Where’s Lucus? And Grant and Alex?” I finally move to ask, now remembering that they had been shot at while trying to rescue me from Antonio on the roof.

“And what about Antonio? Or his brothers? Did… Did he…” unable to say what I wanted to say do I move to pause within my words. Hoping that Tony would answer my unanswered question about Antonio and his brothers.

The sound of a door now opening as Tony moves to speak up. A smirk now gracing his face as he moves to look over at the door before turning back to me. “Why not ask them yourself?”

Confused by his words do I silently watch as he moves to nod his head in the direction of the door. My eyes now landing on my other three handsome men. Hope now dancing within each of their eyes. Grant, Alex and Lucus each staring at me as if they had each won the million dollar jackpot, which if I was being honest, they did, and I was the prize.

Each of them taking huge breaths before each of them move to approach me. Each taking turns as they kiss and caress me. Neither one of them willing to stop as if they were almost afraid I would up and vanish into a cloud of thin air.

My eyes now quick to notice Grant. My sexy green eye demon. Grant currently sporting a sleek black cane within his hand. My mind now remembering that he had been shot at while on the roof. My heart aching for his pain.

“Finally… you’re awake Bambina (Baby)” whispers Lucus. Tears threatening to fall from his beautiful deep blue eyes as he continues to kiss my lips gently with his.

Lucus a man to harbor many emotions but showing ones weakness was not something he was willing to gamble with. His face now turning serious as his dominant side finally begins to show. My core tightening as he does. Not now Isabella, I scold. Knowing that now wasn’t the time for me to be wanting them in that manor.

“Your sweet girl, are never, ever, doing something as crazy as putting yourself in moral danger ever again, you hear me?”

Catching the firmness of his tone do I move to nod my head. Fear stirring within me as it does. A piece of me knowing better than to disobey his direct order anytime soon.

“WORDS!”

Swallowing thickly do I move to reply back softly. “Yes Sir.” Satisfied with my answer does Lucus move into his more mischievous side. A part of me already knowing that I gave him what he wanted. A simple yet direct answer.
