All my expectations were cut off when Kate pointed at Hinn Carlos, my jaw dropped and I had to blink countless times to know if I was seeing the Hinn I do see on stage at the Villa or if I was seeing someone else…

“That’s your prince charming over there,” Kate told me as she pointed over to the man who stood close to a glass door and peered through it like a crazy pervert and someone who could be guilty when caught.

He was wearing a blue boot, blue jeans and a grey top and his hair looked like someone who had never styled it once and worst of all his lips were open like one who was ogling over another person.

I frowned. “Hey Kate, I just love his music and how he sings,” I turned my eyes to Him again and my face fell, “Although he is attractive,” I mumbled.

No, I was lying to myself right now, I love Hinn Carlos and it doesn’t matter how he kept himself, he was just cute and handsome the way he was.

“But what is he looking at?” I asked Kate curiously. We were hiding behind a pillar and watching Hinn, what we were doing was no different from what Hinn Carlos was doing so I also felt guilty and was like a crazy pervert.

“Could be…” Kate listened for a while and the smile on her face vanished. “I can hear music beats, that must be Katherine’s practice room.”

“Who is Katherine?” I asked since I was always curious.

“Whoa!” Kate exclaimed and I knew that person must be someone special. “You should see her.”

“What is she like?” I blink, pressing for more answers.

“She is the school dance machine and she also knows how to sing too, she is awesome and to sum it up, she could be the next star from this school.” Kate finished and I can’t help but imagine how this Katherine would be like in my head, she must be too special to have Hinn peer at her that way.

“Then why is he watching her, is he a pervert or something like that?” I asked Kate and she first sniggered to hear me call the person I have admired for years now a pervert

“I don’t know.” She told me and turned her eyes toward Hinn and my eyes were still on her and to my greatest surprise, I saw Kate's eyes enlarged and her lips parted as she followed someone with her eyes and then I heard light footsteps.

“Whoa, who is that guy, he is so handsome…” Kate spoke softly as if she had been enchanted and I had to turn my eyes to see who she was talking about then I scoffed.

“What?” I rolled my eyes and turned my attention again to Kate. “I thought you said there are many attractive guys in this school.”

“But, I have never seen anyone like him…” Kate bites down her lips and I think my best friend had just lost it. “That figure, he looks just like a model, his height, his straight legs, his shape pointed nose, those long lashes, red thin lips, brown soft styled hair,” Kate swallowed hard and I think she has lost it.

Kate looked at me. “Ivana, is he a half cast?” She turns her eyes to continue admiring Robin who had just approached Hinn Carlos. “Look at his eyes, so charming…”

Kate went on with her admiration, but all I was pondering was how Robin got to know Hinn Carlos, from what I heard his mother say at dinner last night was that Robin had returned after 15 years.

“Robin Hiesten, is that you?” Hinn Carlos looked at Robin as if he had just seen a ghost.

“Yes man,” I watched Robin’s lips turn up and I can’t imagine that he chose not to smile at me but at Robin, just last night he was giving me the cold shoulders and was only talking and smiling at his mother.

“I am glad to meet you again, when did you arrive?” Hinn asked Robin as they both shook hands.

“Just yesterday,” Robin responded and I figured out that they must have been friends before now, so maybe my judgment was wrong. Robin only smiles at his mother and Hinn, who was his long time friend, so I may not be the only one he hates.

“You didn’t tell your buddy…” Hinn frowned and Robin shook his head.

“I wanted to surprise you.”

“Way to go,” Hinn flashed a charming smile that also lit up my face. His smile seemed to transmit and he looked so carefree and charming to me.

“What are you doing here?” Robin asked as he turned his eyes to look through the glass door in order to see what Robin was watching when he arrived and he turned back to Robin quickly. “Don’t tell me you are now a pervert?”

“Hey man,” Hinn raised his hands guiltily. “Hell no…” I watched them both break Into a laugh and I shook my head wondering what was funny.

“Who is she?” Robin asked and I looked at Kate who was frowning now, perhaps not happy that the man she admires was curious about who Katherine was.

“Interested?” Hinn asked.

“Tsk,” Robin put his two hands into his pocket and looked away. “No,” I looked at Kate and a smile spread through her face and I knew I could watch this all day. “It’s just that she dances well.”

“She is the school queen and dance machine,” Hinn explains and then he looks over his shoulders and back at Robin. “Let’s go away from here and have a good talk,” Hinn told him, and they both nodded and walked away as I and Kate came out of our hiding place.

When they were out of sight Kate turned to me. “He even knows Hinn.” She finished her admiration and I could tell that I didn’t get to hear all her detailed admiration of Carlos.

“Let’s go away from here,” I told Kate and just at the moment, we passed the practice room and a beautiful classy lady who I have already figured out to be Katherine stepped out.

“Hey you there,” She beckoned to us and we stopped to look at her, not sure if she was talking to us. I had to glance back to make sure it was only us and the hallway was empty and I faced her again.

“Yes.”

“What were you both doing just now?” She asked with a frown and her question left me perplexed.

“Nothing…” I shrugged. “We were just passing through…”

“Oh, you were trying to steal my dancing moves,” She cut me off before I could finish my speech and I made the first logic in my head that she was so full of herself.

“Anyways,” She flipped her hair backwards and sized me up. “You can steal them, that is what girls like you do, I can come up with more in the future.”

The next logic in my head was that she was rude, proud and a pain in the ass and I won’t take shit from a girl like her. “Hey, do you know me…” I began to say but she snapped her fingers and I swallowed the words in my mouth.

“I know what girls like you are capable of doing, girls who don’t have anything else to do but to steal others moves,” She smirked. “Well, if you love my moves, you should make good use of it,” she rolls her eyes at us. “Now walk along losers.” She waves us away like flies and walks back into her practice room.

I was too angry and I looked at Kate. “What did we do wrong Kate?” I asked just to be sure since I could still trace back our steps, I didn’t even glance at Katherine’s practice room to see her steps and the people she should have told these were Hinn Carlos and Robin Hiesten, not us.

“You should get used to it Ivana, she is just so arrogant and full of herself, almost everyone in this school is the same as her, we should just let it go and leave here,” Kate told me softly but I was glaring at the practice room door.,

“I will only let this slide for today,” I said with gritted teeth and Kate pulled me away with her.

I had come to this school to become a star not to let anyone look down on me, it doesn’t matter who that person might be, I won’t take their bullshit, or, would I?
